As ever time is flying by and is your measure of how it is increasingly going quicker, and you are realising that time is not constant. Once you venture outside Earth and even outside of the solar system it will become more apparent.

Eventually you will cease to measure time in your way and be guided by astronomical signs. A human’s life is built around time yet if you were more spontaneous and just allowed things to happen, you would be very surprised at how well synchronised events would be. You have a saying “that old habits die hard” and we realise it will take you quite a time to allow the flow of events to embrace you.

You do not have to be a slave to events in your life, but sometimes try and be free and easy. It is of course appreciated that when you are employed you may well have targets to meet, and do not have the luxury of natural progression.

Everything is in the process of change and at the root of it are the continuing higher vibrations. There is much on Earth that is of low vibrations and will have no place after the cleansing has taken place. If you did but realise it, the Earth at times has been a living hell and even so many souls have managed to hold on to their higher vibrations, and come through period s that have been some of the greatest tests they have faced. All credit to those souls who weathered the “storm” and now stand at what may be called the gates of heaven. In your present experiences you have never touched upon the beauty and perfection of the higher vibrations, but it will come with Ascension.

6.03.2020: Professor og virusekspert Ørjan Olsvik kritiserer Folkehelseinstittutet for å gjøre folk unødig redde (bange).
Han tror færre nordmenn vil dø av det nye koronaviruset enn av vanlig influensa.
Da svineinfluensaen kom til Norge i 2009, manglet det ikke på advarsler om hvor ille det kunne bli.
Helsemyndighetene sa at 1,2 millioner kunne bli syke og 13.000 kunne dø.

Det ble startet massevaksinasjon og nesten 550 fikk alvorlige senskader av vaksinen.
Rundt 30 personer døde av influensaen. – Informasjon fra Kina tilsier at
viruset ikke er «en voldsomt farlig sak». Utviklingen i Norge den siste uken har vært omtrent som vi kunne anta.
Vi har ikke fått noen eksplosjon i antall tilfeller, og heldigvis ingen alvorlig syke eller døde.
Men det er for få tilfeller foreløpig til å trekke bastante konklusjoner.

Lars: Steiner har nævnt et sted, at vi ikke bliver syge af mikrober (bakterier, virus o.l.).
Men når vi bliver fysisk svækket, kan der trives en bestemt mikroorganisme i os.
Altså årsag og virkning er det modsatte af det, man ellers tror. Altså en trossag.

Wow -- what a time to be on the planet, is all I can say!

We are in the interesting place of having to decide to concentrate on what Eckhart Tolle calls, "the Good that has no opposite."

The calm acceptance of What Is, without the resistance that our egos, left-brain reasoning, and false 3D self would love to place on issues that look like they're begging for judgment.

The Collective point out in this week's Message that as sensitive people, we easily pick up the feelings and experiences of others.

Yet fear is a great weight to carry. It suppresses our immune system, contracts our energies, separates us from our Joy and fulfillment, shuts down creative thought and solutions.

Stay conscious as you take in the news. There is always a higher Truth and higher reality at work that you and I cannot see, though we can sense it when we quiet our inner selves.

Talk to your Spirit team and the Universe about how you are feeling about any issue, and spend time in Nature. Lady Gaia is staying calm and centered, and so must you and I.

In the Galactic Good News update we got last night after the Abundance Call, Rama told us that the Andromedans are assisting us now, to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Federal investigators have been trying for months to speak with Andrew, a longtime friend of Epstein's who has been accused by one woman of sexual abuse.

Prince Andrew has refused to cooperate in the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein's network of enablers, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan said Monday.

"Contrary to Prince Andrew's very public offer to cooperate with our investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators, an offer that was conveyed via press release, Prince Andrew has now completely shut the door on voluntary cooperation," U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said, adding that his office is "considering its options."

Federal investigators have been trying for months to speak with Andrew, a longtime friend of Epstein's who has been accused by one woman of sexual abuse.

Epstein, 66, died by suicide in August while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Prosecutors accused the politically connected financier of preying on dozens of underage girls in New York and Florida in the early 2000s.

Following Epstein's death, prosecutors vowed to continue the investigation of his alleged sex trafficking ring. The case brought renewed attention to several high-profile people in Epstein's orbit, including Andrew.

In a widely panned interview with the BBC in the fall, Andrew denied allegations that he had sex with Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who says she was trafficked by Epstein when she was 17 and was directed to have sexual relations with the prince. You have finally cleared Mercury Retrograde season. There is much to celebrate as the erratic and anxiety laden energy of this past month begins to dissipate and resolve. Frequency manipulation is common practice these days. As is the understanding that all is frequency. This includes thoughts. As frequency manipulation becomes more advanced, there comes a growing need to be able to protect the frequencies that are our thoughts.

So much of what we have thought of as science fiction has rapidly become our current reality. The idea of artificial intelligence reading and measuring the frequency of our thoughts may have seemed preposterous to many. We have watched examples of this in mainstream cinema and television. I have experienced this a few times now. I have thought of something only to find it appear in my social media feed, or web browser advertisements as soon as I access those platforms. 

Considering that we have already accepted that this is a current A.I. upgrade being implemented in the mainstream, how do we counter it? How do we outsmart the machines? These counter measures are now imperative to implement if we want to maintain some level of privacy within our own mind. Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot offers a spy skill called white snow. When interacting with potential thought monitoring technology, such as customs clearance procedures, one can clear their mind and focus on white snow. This offers no pertinent information to the A.I. that is targeting the thought forms.

The world is currently gripped in fear of the scary coronavirus. Let’s first get one fact clear: If you have ever had a cold or flu in your life, odds are that it was the result of a coronavirus infection. Yes, coronaviruses cause colds.

But, we are being programmed with the belief that this particular cold virus is “deadly.” This fear has shut down concerts, conferences, and major public events all over the world. The fear has led to quarantines and closing down of international travel. It has even led to a major scarcity of toilet paper in Australia, were concerned citizens emptied the shelves of this commodity in anticipation that they will be walled up in their homes with this infection.

First, how deadly is this version of the virus? Yes, there have been corona-related deaths reported with the statistics suggesting that ~2% of the infected population dies. Wow! That number is almost 1% more deaths than are attributed to any conventional flu the world experiences. What is misleading is the fear that everyone who carries this virus may die from their cold. This is simply untrue! The health of almost all the victims of this coronavirus was already compromised before they were infected.
