Both of the main bridges in the Turkish city of Istanbul have been closed by security forces, reports say.
Traffic has been stopped from crossing both the Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges, but no reasons have been given.
There are also reports of military aircraft flying over the capital Ankara, with gunshots heard.
It is unclear if the events are related and there has been no official information so far on the deployments.

There are Cabal surrender negotiations taking place behind the scenes, and the general population has a right to know what is going on and to communicate their perspective. So here I am putting the terms of surrender for public review and discussion.
The Rockefeller faction will most likely fight until their bitter end, but the rest of the Cabal will surrender when it gets unsafe enough for them. Many positive factions are getting increasingly impatient and increasingly capable of removing the Cabal from the planet.
Whatever is negotiated with Rothschilds must be negotiated with Jesuits and Black nobility families as well. Chimera group is not involved in these negotiations.
The purpose of negotiations is a peaceful transition, and not revenge against the Cabal.
They will get safety:
1. They can get assured that they will not be removed from the planet by any of the Earth based factions.
2. They can keep their kitschy castles and lifestyles, but not more, so that amounts to a few billion US dollars. No trillions in bank accounts that could steer the planetary agenda, no control of the media, no access to advanced overunity technology, no position of power whatsoever. They will be integrated into the new society as the 'Other side of the coin advisers' and given a chance to reintegrate as 'Honorable members of the 'New Society' after they accept surrender to the Light.
They will need to mend their ways:
1. They will need to release control over the financial system, the media, the military and the politics worldwide immediately so the Reset can begin peacefully and much needed assistance is given to humanity
2. They will need to appear in front of truth and reconciliation commission such as the ones in South Africa that were quite successful:
3. They will need to coexist with humanity peacefully. One mistake, and they are removed.
These conditions are as favorable as they can possibly get for them. For this reason, many of them will begin to cooperate and actually genuinely accept the Light. Unnamed FBI agents have told the New York Post that Hillary
Clinton forced them to sign an unusual non-disclosure form banning them
from revealing the truth about the investigations.
According to the Post,
the special form known as a “case briefing acknowledgement”, bans
anyone connected to the case from testifying against Hillary.
“This is very, very unusual. I’ve never signed one, never circulated
one to others,” one unnamed retired FBI chief tells the Post.

This week on An Hour with an Angel, St. Germaine led our discussion into the importance of surrender.

monumental undertaking of surrender.” Golden openings are available to
us right now.
Ascension has never been easier, he explained. We’re being flooded
not only by the violet flame, the I AM presence, the legions of light,
the Company of Heaven, but we’re also being washed and cleansed and
raised up to a frequency that we’ve never known. Our job is simply to
allow this to happen.
In surrendering, he said, we’re being the beacon, the transmitter of
love, completely outside of judgment. We’re both the observer and the
participant at the same time in the building of a new realm based on the
divine qualities.
We progress by surrender. We’re here to surrender to theLove
and our love and we do that by being vigilant as participant and
observer of ourselves to start with. We’ll see and observe many
situations that don’t look or appear like love. What do we do? We
surrender to the Divine, ourself, and the truth of who we are. And we
come back to the love.
Don’t get mixed up in the whirlwind, he asked us. Our participation
is to send the energy into the situation but not to drag ourself down by
putting ourselves into it.
We can only eradicate what is not of love with love.
