Medicinalfirmaet GSK tilbagekalder håndbog om Panodil Junior, der ved en fejl anbefaler dødelig dosis til børn.

Ved en fejl anbefaler en håndbog om brugen af det febernedsættende og smertestillende Panodil Junior til børn en dosis, der er seks gange højere end den anbefalede.

Den dosis kan være dødelig, oplyser firmaet, der med øjeblikkelig virkning tilbagekalder håndbogen.

- Der er sket en fejl, der ikke må ske. Vi lever af at redde liv, og intet ligger os mere på sinde end patienternes sikkerhed, siger firmaets kommunikationschef Henrik Kastoft i en pressemeddelelse.

Ifølge DRs oplysninger har GSK fået trykt 40.000 eksemplarer af håndbogen, hvoraf kun 2.000 er blevet sendt ud. De er havnet hos sundhedsplejersker og på apoteker.

UNITED States of America  -  It can now be reported that the alleged al Qaeda terrorist who was allegedly assassinated by the U.S. military, Mokhtar Belmokhtar also known as Khaled Abou El Abbas or Laaouar or Abu Khaled, is actually still alive and has six different aliases with direct connections to British Intelligence MI5 and MI6, along with a direct financial and operational link to the 7/11 London Bombings.

 

We can also report that Belmokhtar was trained by British Blackwater Associates in Pakistan and then became operational in Libya with direct ties to the U.S. State Department and the directed assassination of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens at the Benghazi, Libya unregistered outpost.

P.S.  Leaked British MI6 files, now in possession of the Joint U.S-French Intelligence Task Force, have emails between British Intelligence and U.S. CIA claiming Belmokhtar was untouchable because he knows too much.

Members of the Bush administration are being sued for their involvement in the Iraq War by an international team of lawyers, one of whom was former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark. The team was assembled by Sundus Saleh, an Iraqi single mother.

“The invasion resulted in the total destruction of a beautiful, peaceful country,” Saleh told Truthout. “The invasion didn’t destroy only the country’s infrastructure, buildings and heritage; it destroyed millions of families and their dreams.”

Saleh’s pro bono counsel, San Francisco-based Comar Law, filed an amicus brief on May 27 urging the US Court of Appeals on the Ninth Circuit to review facts and statements of former President George W. Bush, former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and other high-ranking members of the Bush administration during the Iraq War.

Former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark told Truthout that Saleh’s case represents a crucial struggle for anyone concerned with human rights.

The lawyers on the team are requesting that the US Court of Appeals hear Saleh’s claim that the US-led Iraq war was illegal under the international system of law created from the Nuremberg trials in the wake of World War II.
