Del 2: Vores forblændet bling-bling Finansminister Bjarne 'Cory-DON'(G) eventyr - success eller downfall - 28. April 2015

  • Goldman Sachs Wall Street selskab skummer fløden..

Margaret Paul: What Are Emotional Triggers + Why You Need to Understand Them - April 28, 2015 CET

April 27, 2015 By Graham Dewyea

(GAOG) We all have emotional triggers. You know the feeling when someone makes a jokingly-mean comment that might not be a huge deal to another person, but totally destabilizes you for the rest of the day? You feel this way any time someone expresses any disapproval of you. Suddenly, you find yourself feeling off center and thrust into a bout of anxiety, depression, guilt or shame.

Sound familiar?

It can be challenging to identify what exactly our triggers are, but this process of getting to know and understand them can help us heal, and learn how to cope better in response.

But why do we all have triggers? In short, because we were all children once. When we were growing up, we inevitably experienced pain or suffering that we could not acknowledge and/or deal with sufficiently at the time. So as adults, we typically become triggered by experiences that are reminiscent of these old painful feelings. As a result, we typically turn to a habitual or addictive way of trying to manage the painful feelings.

So what are your triggers? What do you do to manage the painful feelings that are triggered? Do you face your triggers head-on or attempt to avoid the pain? Here are a couple of examples that might help you to discover your own triggers …

Maddie was raised by absent parents. Her father traveled frequently, and her mother was emotionally unavailable. She was left alone a lot even as a toddler, and when her sister was born two years later, Maddie was put in charge of her. By age five, Maddie was not only in charge of making meals for herself, but also her sister and their younger brother. She essentially raised herself.

Today, Maddie is a very competent physician, but she gets painfully triggered when someone she cares about isn’t available. When she calls her daughter at college and her daughter doesn’t return the call, Maddie gets upset and sometimes even begins to blame her husband for her pain (even though it has nothing to do with him).

Until Maddie began her work with me, she didn’t realize that “unavailability” is her trigger, and that she most often tries to avoid her old pain by blaming her husband. But now that she is aware of the trauma from her childhood neglect, Maddie is learning to compassionately attend to her inner child in order to heal.

Dollar Vigilante Warns of September 2015 Crash: “There Are a Lot of Things Going On… a Lot of Crazy Things”

Mac Slavo, April 27th, 2015 , SHTFplan.com

The warnings signs of a coming collapse of the global financial system are starting to appear everywhere. From currency machinations in the United State and Europe to government exercises and simulations preparing the military and law enforcement for widespread civil unrest, it seems that those those in the upper echelons of the global power structure know that it is only a matter of time.

Though the exact path to the next financial crisis is still unclear, there are a host of possible trigger events that could send the system into a tailspin in rapid fashion. The Dollar Vigilante Jeff Berwick, one of the most well known contrarian financial analysts in the world, suggests that the reckoning may come in the Fall of 2015. Berwick doesn’t make forecasts such as this lightly, but as he notes, there are a lot of crazy things going on and it’s just amazing to see all of these things being put into place.

In this must-watch interview with Future Money Trends Berwick holds nothing back and highlights the critical issues we face. He pieces together the larger view of the puzzle, including the thousands of tanks that will be involved with this Summer’s Jade Helm 15 national security exercises, how that relates to global financial markets and economies, and the tendency of the elite to follow spiritual markers such the 7 year Shemitah and numerology. Taking any single event may seem inconsequential on its own, but when considered as a whole, one simply cannot ignore the possibility of a serious calamity taking place later this year.
I think we’re getting very, very close to the next crisis collapse. I haven’t said that since 2008. I haven’t said it’s going to happen this year or next year… I’ve never really been warning that I think it really is now very close and I have been doing that lately… and I’ve actually predicted later this year in September.
There’s a number of reasons why I predicted that date. There are a lot of things going on… a lot of crazy things… to go into it all it’s just amazing how you can see these things being put into place.

Greetings and Salutations:

POOF SAID;

In watching the exchange of intel, the information channels are loaded with all sorts of hints, and all of these would make you think that tomorrow is the day . If only it was so! It is surprising this has taken this long after it was handed to the powers that will make it happen. Still, they do have checks and balances which are tested every step of the way. So why would you be surprised? Sometimes it feels like you are addicted to the daily news, the weekly news and all the forecasts… and yes, you want to know it is happening! It is just the way of human nature; know the end game is in full swing and for that you Should have much
Gratitude….P…

A THOUGHT TO PONDER:

Doing Energizes The Doer
Thinking in terms of doing rather than not doing is a
kick-start to accomplishment...and accomplishment is
the reward that prompts the energetic "can do" attitude.

Avoiding the expenditure of energy doesn't provide nor
preserve strength, so not doing is a weakening choice. It's
as easy to think, "I am energized by doing this thing" as
thinking, "I don't have enough energy for this." The very
fact that we have a choice in how much energy we generate
is, in itself, an energizing thought!

It takes as much energy to be sick (perhaps even more)
as it does to be healthy, as much to have little as to have
plenty, and as much to create disharmony as happiness.

ZAP SAYS;

HI ALL

I PUT OFF SUNDAY’S LETTER HOPING I WOULD GET SOME SERIOUS NEWS I COULD SHARE, BUT THE BLACKOUT CONTINUES, AND I AM STILL BOUND TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT ON SO MANY THINGS.
