Nykredit ejer Totalkredit, og tilsammen sidder de tungt på realkreditmarkedet her i landet. Det betyder, at tæt på halvdelen af alle danskere med realkreditlån, har fået besked om, at deres lån pr. 1. juli 2016 får en højere bidragssats (altså betalingen til realkreditinstituttet, der kommer udover renten som betales til obligationsejerne) bliver væsentligt dyrere.

Afhængigt af lånetype og belåningsgrad kan der være stor forskel på, hvor meget stigningen er på, men for de fleste er det 20-30 pct. oveni hvad de allerede betaler i administrationsbidrag i dag.

I kroner og ører bliver det for en fuldt belånt bolig i intervallet kr. 80 – 230 hver måned pr. lånte million, efter der er opnået et skattefradrag herpå. Og det er ikke kun bidragssatserne der stiger, de hæver også kursfradraget, så det bliver også dyrere at få refinansieret eller omlagt sit lån. Så med et er Nykredit/Totalkredit gået fra at være en af landets billigste udbydere af realkreditlån til at være den dyreste uanset lånetype. Samtidig har de meldt ud, at de planlægger en børsnotering af virksomheden, som i dag er foreningsejet, dog suppleret af nogle få kommercielle ejere, der tilsammen ejer ca. 10 pct.

Prisstigningerne og den planlagte børsnotering har skabt en del røre både i pressen, men også på sociale medier, hvor både enkeltpersoner, men også en gruppe på pt. 28.000 mennesker er ved at organisere en forening, der skal arbejde for lavere bidragssatser. Det er så bagsiden ved at have så stor en markedsandel. Det er dejligt at have mange kunder, når det går godt, men det er mange at håndtere, når de bliver irriteret over prisstigninger.

Hvorfor sætter Nykredit priserne op? 

Deres egen forklaring er, at der er kommet strammere regler for hvor meget kapital de skal lægge til side, når de låner penge ud. Denne regulering er en reaktion på finanskrisen, hvor de mange konkursramte banker og statslige redningsaktioner/bankpakker tydeligt viste, at de dengang gældende regler ikke var tilstrækkelige til at modstå kriser som den vi var igennem. Måden man regulerer det på, er ved at stille krav til kapitalgrundlaget, altså penge der kan absorbere de tab der til tider opstår.

1901: The company is founded by John Francis Queeny, a member of the Knights of Malta, a thirty year pharmaceutical veteran married to Olga Mendez Monsanto, for which Monsanto Chemical Works is named. The company’s first product is chemical saccharin, sold to Coca-Cola as an artificial sweetener.

Even then, the government knew saccharin was poisonous and sued to stop its manufacture but lost in court, thus opening the Monsanto Pandora’s Box to begin poisoning the world through the soft drink.

1920s: Monsanto expands into industrial chemicals and drugs, becoming the world’s largest maker of aspirin, acetylsalicyclic acid, (toxic of course). This is also the time when things began to go horribly wrong for the planet in a hurry with the introduction of their polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

PCBs were considered an industrial wonder chemical, an oil that wouldn’t burn, impervious to degradation and had almost limitless applications. Today PCBs are considered one of the gravest chemical threats on the planet. Widely used as lubricants, hydraulic fluids, cutting oils, waterproof coatings and liquid sealants, are potent carcinogens and have been implicated in reproductive, developmental and immune system disorders. The world’s center of PCB manufacturing was Monsanto’s plant on the outskirts of East St. Louis, Illinois, which has the highest rate of fetal death and immature births in the state.(1)

Even though PCBs were eventually banned after fifty years for causing such devastation, it is still present in just about all animal and human blood and tissue cells across the globe. Documents introduced in court later showed Monsanto was fully aware of the deadly effects, but criminally hid them from the public to keep the PCB gravy-train going full speed!

1930s: Created its first hybrid seed corn and expands into detergents, soaps, industrial cleaning products, synthetic rubbers and plastics. Oh yes, all toxic of course!

Fans of Denmark must be even happier than usual: Denmark has retaken the title of "world's happiest country," knocking Switzerland into second place. Denmark and Switzerland were closely followed by Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, according to the World Happiness Report Update 2016, released Wednesday in Rome by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network for the United Nations. Denmark won the title three of the four times the report has been issued, losing to Switzerland only once.People in Burundi are the least satisfied with their lives, according to the survey of 156 countries, but residents of Benin (153rd place), Afghanistan (154), Togo (155) and Syria (156) aren't doing much better. The United States ranked 13th in overall happiness, lagging behind Canada (6), the Netherlands (7), New Zealand (8), Australia (9), Sweden (10), Israel (11) and Austria (12). Germany came in 16th place, while other superpowers -- the United Kingdom (23), Japan (53), Russia (56) and China (83) -- were markedly lower. Some countries that saw drops suffered economic and political turmoil -- including Greece, Italy and Spain -- while Ukraine's political trouble and violence likely caused a significant drop in happiness there.

TIME TRAVELING PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE RELEASES 100 CAMPAIGN PROPOSALS

Andrew Basiago, who claims to have participated in two DARPA/CIA classified programs involving time travel and teleportation to Mars, has released 100 proposals on highly alternative issues for his 2016 Write-In Presidential campaign. In putting forth a policy platform based on his alleged experiences, he is offering a template for a future post-disclosure Presidential campaign to include public policy debates over the uses of highly advanced technologies and the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Basiago’s proposals contain many positive and progressive insights regarding classified programs that deserve widespread public support. His proposals concerning the disclosure of extraterrestrial life, classified technologies, secret space programs and the truth about Bush administration foreknowledge of the 911 attacks, make for refreshing reading given the more mundane public policy proposals of mainstream political candidates.

It is therefore worthwhile to examine a few of his key proposals in light of what other independent whistleblower sources and documents have revealed about classified space programs and exotic travel technologies.

First, it is important to point out that there are many who are still not convinced that Basiago is a genuine whistleblower and/or is part of a sophisticated psychological operation by the CIA and other agencies. In a series of articles (see here, here and here) investigating documentary and other whistleblower testimonies, I found impressive evidence to support his key claims of being a participant in two CIA/DARPA run classified programs.

My main reservation was that Basiagio, by his own admission, is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure initiative to reveal classified time travel, teleportation and space program activities. His “grooming” as a predicted future President by CIA ‘White Hats’, who included his deceased father, Raymond Basiago, raises specific concerns about his 2016, and future, Presidential campaigns.

In particular, does Basiago’s perspective about the CIA’s historic role in classified advanced technology programs reflect an agenda to skew public perception in order to preserve the CIA’s existence in a post-disclosure world? By focusing on our volatile world’s intrinsic need for the CIA’s intelligence gathering using classified technology programs, he believes this makes it indispensable and worth reforming as a “super-university,” despite its nefarious history in covert operations and the abuses that occurred, as his following proposal advocates.....
