RT: Child sex abuse cases rise 60% - but arrests fall since 2011 - April 9, 2015 CET

Cases of child sex abuse reported to police have risen by more than 60 percent in the last four years, according to official figures for England and Wales.

Data obtained through Freedom of Information (FoI) requests indicate the number of offenses reported to police jumped from 5,557 in 2011 to 8,892 last year.

Yet over the same period, the number of arrests for child sex abuse fell 9 percent, from 3,511 to 3,208.

Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper accused the government of failing to tackle a growing “national scandal.”

The legal definition of child sexual abuse includes grooming, facilitating abuse and rape of a child.

The data, which was based on the responses of 33 out of 41 police forces in England and Wales, indicates that many areas have seen the number of reported cases double over the past four years.

South Yorkshire police force saw the biggest rise in reported child sex abuse, with a 577 percent increase from 74 in 2011 to 501 in 2014.

Despite the substantial rise in reported cases, the number of arrests made by South Yorkshire police last year was just 57, a small increase on the 50 arrests made in 2011.

It shut down nearly ten years ago as the threat from Russia seemed to subside, but this week the Pentagon announced that Cheyenne Mountain will once again be home to the most advanced tracking and communications equipment in the United States military.

The shift to the Cheyenne Mountain base in Colorado is designed to safeguard the command's sensitive sensors and servers from a potential electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack, military officers said.

The Pentagon last week announced a $700 million contract with Raytheon Corporation to oversee the work for North American Aerospace Command (NORAD) and US Northern Command.Admiral William Gortney, head of NORAD and Northern Command, said that 'because of the very nature of the way that Cheyenne Mountain's built, it's EMP-hardened.'

Jeg har fået endevendt min profil af Politiet en gang for meget, nu viser det sig, at den selvejende kontrolmyndighed Udbetaling Danmark kan indhente og samkøre en lang række oplysninger om dig og din ægtefælle – og uden dit samtykke sende »rent private« oplysninger videre til kommunerne for at sikre, at fællesskabets penge bliver udbetalt retfærdigt. Vi er udmærket klar over, den danske stat vil social bedrageri til livs, jeg er helt enig, men når privatlivets fred krænkes, persondataloven bliver misbrugt, for at kradse penge ind til Staten, så stå jeg af.

Siden 2013 måske endda før, har ændring af retsplejeloven (Revision af logningsreglerne - logningsbekendtgørelsen) så som Sessionslogning mod alle danskere, har medført, at Politiet og Staten har mulighed for, at logge alt hvad du foretager dig på nettet.

Staten i Danmark har siden indførelsen af CPR-nummeret i 1970’erne løbende indført mere og mere registrering af borgerne. Senest i forbindelse med terrorlogningsdirektivet, der trådte i kraft 15. september 2007, hvorefter alle borgeres aktiviteter på internettet registreres, alle telefonsamtaler registreres, osv. Når vi flyver, registrerer staten hvilken mad vi spiser undervejs, og deler registreringen med EU og USA. Spædbørn får lavet blodprøver for at afsløre eventuelle sygdomme, der kan kureres. Men blodprøverne gemmes i et nationalt DNA-register (som kaldes PKU register) så man senere kan afsløre barnet, hvis det efterlader et DNS-spor under en misgerning, eller dukker op som et uidentificeret lig. Scanning af nummerplader, mere kontrol til politiets terrorbekæmpelse.
Der er i Danmark og EU love, reguleringer og institutioner, der skal forhindre den slags overdreven registrering. I Danmark har vi persondataloven, og datatilsynet. I EU forordning 45/2001 og the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS).

Dear Lightworkers, first we wish to thank you for the heroic efforts you made to bring in and establish the Resurrection Flame, which now burns brightly in the Temple of Light.  The concentrated effect of thousands of Lightworkers across the globe, joining together during the eclipse and the Blood Moon moment of ascending energies on April 4th created a massive shift in the light quotient on Earth.  This was accomplished because of the combination of rising vibrations on the part of our human team, together with their monumental efforts to clear away the dark energies.  Mother and Father continue to increase the levels of incoming energies flowing across the planet.

From the grid, I first saw vortexes of light popping up all across the earth. When I looked I saw that they were the Lightworkers consciously focusing everywhere. This formed an immediate network of love. The dolphins in both their physical and etheric bodies began to form a resonance field across earth that had the effect of clearing all heavy energy. The dolphins were able to create a high frequency cleaning field that was so perfectly tuned it could draw out darkness on a cellular level from all beings and things.

The whales began to sing an ancient sacred tone. They told us it was the tone of the heart used by Mother and Father Source at our original birth. The whales had been keeping this tone safe and secret, as Kathryn described in the last message. They were emanating regal reverence and mighty love as they released the tone. The angelic choirs amplified their efforts, directing the tone both towards earth and out across the universe.

The many birds around our feeders here in the country suddenly disappeared. We were in awe to realize that they had joined the effort to clear the air of dross.

Og jeg kunne blive ved. Ikke ét eneste sted står der nogen KONKRET om; Contrails, chemtrails, Fukushima strålingsudslip, skifergas, Pesticider i drikkevandet, sprøjtegifte i landbruget, Mikroplast og andre miljøfremmede stoffer (også fra slam fra spildevandsanlæg), forurening på gamle garverigrunde (Oprensning af en forurenet grund), dumpning af kemisk og radioaktivt affald og afbrænding af kemikalier og olie på havet, regeringsgrundlaget er kogt ned til, simple overordnet mål, der ingen konkrete udmeldinger eller tilkendegivelser eller bestemte tiltag, så kan man jo ikke klandres for noget eller holdes op på noget og fornærmere ingen......

Welcome to the April edition of my news-letter.  The last 6 weeks have seen some of the greatest activities on this planet perhaps not seen for the last 20 years. 

In March it may be remembered that President Putin disappeared for some ten days and I can now reveal what he did.  Apart from meeting Chinese officials and formerly signing the BRICS agreement, the elite American government personnel along with their allies in UK rerouted sensitive encrypted information along the VPN line in the Ukraine.  This information contained, amongst others, reports from the atomic energy commission and Britain’s spy centre known as GCHQ.  This information was fabricated and it was hoped that the Russian secret service would intercept these transmissions.  Encoded in this information was the false report that Britain’s nuclear submarine fleet had targeted their missiles on Russia,  I am left with no other conclusion than to believe that this was an attempt to start a 3rd world war.  Thank god President Putin realised the trick and did not respond militarily, however this was the final act that convinced him to sign the BRICS agreement - for up until now he had not formally signed.  This is why he nationalized the main bank in Russia, because he required a state run bank to trade in the new currency which of course will be gold backed.  Within his inner circle he formed a special committee of between 3 and 5 people who now are very much involved in rolling out of the alternative gold backed system. I understand President Putin had a recent addition to his family and I congratulate him.

On a far more sinister note an arm of the Zionist regime sent a hit squad in an attempt to assassinate President Putin, this was thwarted and at the same time a hit squad was despatched to take out President Obama.  That is why some 10 members of the senate were recently arrested - because this plot also failed.  So now we begin to see why America at its highest levels is fearful of the new gold backed currency.  With China, Switzerland, India, Brazil, potentially Hungary, Iceland and even the United Kingdom wishing to join, America is being isolated economically.
