Det har en dommer ved Københavns Byret afgjort tirsdag.

55-årige Bettina Jensen var tiltalt for at have modtaget knap 800.000 kroner i bestikkelse, mens hun sad som afdelingschef i Rigspolitiet og blandt andet stod for konsulentkontrakter.

Pengene har hun modtaget fra konsulenten Mariann Færø, som i samme periode fik godt ti millioner kroner for sit arbejde for Rigspolitiet. Der er dog ikke fundet bevis for, at der er sket bestikkelse, mener dommeren.

Specialanklager Søren Harbo havde nedlagt påstand om to års fængsel, mens begge forsvarere har argumenteret for frifindelse af de to kvinder.
