For centuries, the US has committed war crimes around the world and rarely suffered negative consequences as a result. Some of the US most notable war criminals, such as Henry Kissinger and Barack Obama, have received numerous accolades, including the Nobel Peace Prize, despite their dark legacies. However, things may soon change as former President George W. Bush may be forced to stand trial over the war crimes his administration committed in Iraq. The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in California recently confirmed that Judges Susan Graber and Andrew Hurwitz will hear oral arguments in the case of Saleh v. Bush, beginning tomorrow December 12th. Other members of Bush’s administration, such as Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz, are also named as defendants in the case.

The case was brought against Bush by Sundus Shaker Saleh, an Iraqi woman who charges Bush and high-ranking officials in his administration with breaking international and US law by planning and executing the invasion and subsequent occupation of Iraq. Saleh maintains that Bush and his colleagues are guilty of the “crime of aggression,” which was defined as the “supreme international crime” at the 1946 Nuremberg Trials.

In the case, Saleh is appealing the immunity provided to Bush and the other defendants by California’s Ninth Circuit court in 2014, after they were urged to do so by President Obama and the Department of Justice. Saleh previously tried to take Bush to court in 2013 until the Department of Justice intervened. The California Court dismissed her case in December 2014, citing the Westfall Act of 1988, which immunizes former federal officials in civil lawsuits if a court determines that the official was acting within the legitimate scope of his or her position. However, this time around, Saleh argues that the invasion of Iraq fell outside the legitimate scope of employment of former President Bush and his administration. Plenty of evidence since the invasion took place has shown that the administration knowingly lied to justify and execute the war by falsely claiming Iraq under Saddam Hussein possessed “weapons of mass destruction.” The real reason, however, was that Hussein had stopped selling Iraqi oil in dollars by switching to euros, threatening US hegemony in the region.

Following the lead of our friends across the pond, America delivered their own version of Brexit by electing Donald Trump president. In the year of miracles, add Trexit to Brexit and the Cubs winning their first World Series in 108 years to the list of odds defying events. History tells us that eventually the pendulum will change direction and swing the other way and the number of casualties is growing by the day. The list is long and distinguished and perhaps the biggest losers are the US crime families named Clinton and Bush.

It is incumbent upon the people of the US to now direct their energy and focus attention on Trump’s promise of “draining the swamp”. Our readers know the swamp is large and will take time to drain but at least the alligator hides business will lead the economic recovery provided they aren’t allowed to slither off into the night to wreak havoc once again.

Robert Rubin, the current Co-Chair of the Council on Foreign Relations, former Goldman Sachs and Citigroup operative and Bill Clinton’s former Secretary of the Treasury went on television in the UK on Sunday, November 6 and assured the viewers that (1) Hillary Clinton would not be arrested and (2) would be elected President of the US on November 8. A globalist hack and cabal henchman, Rubin has fully been discredited for the fraud he is and always has been. Rubin was no doubt a supporter and instigator of the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act which resulted in the derivative nightmare and contributed to the crash of 2008. Rubin revealed himself for what he is, an arrogant, cabal/bankster who has lost all influence (as he should) in the world of government and finance.

We’ve gotten a glimpse of this group and the picture isn’t pretty. The product of a nationwide, heavy handed government influenced school system sprinkled with an obsession with social media has given us a generation of reactionary, unthinking and mindless followers of socialism and entitlement. You have to conclude that the once open minded US college university system has been overtaken by a very un-American undercurrent that finally revealed itself. This is social engineering (aka brainwashing) at its finest.

Thin skinned but thick headed, this group has followed the current Administration’s lead on the attack of the 1st Amendment, displaying a penchant to be offended by anything in an effort to stifle free speech and free expression. Rigsrevisionen fremlægger i dag deres undersøgelse af en eksplosiv stigning i udbetalingerne af negativ moms - også kaldet momsrefusion.

Flere frygter, at der kan være tale om en ny milliardskandale i SKAT.

Allerede i efteråret 2015 udtrykte flere medarbejdere hos Skat over for Politiken bekymring for de store udbetalinger på momsområdet og den manglende kontrol.....

I 2005 i anledning af struktur-reformen købte VK-regeringen med danse-Kristian (V) og bilags-Lars (V) i spidsen det nye digitale inddrivelsessystem EFI til brug hos SKAT. Nu skulle det landsdækkende system inddrive restskat, parkeringsbøder, børnepenge mv. fra skyldnerne. Hidtil var dette lagt ind under kommunerne. Her kender man nemlig disse snyltere. Kommunerne advarede derfor gentagne gange politikerne om at lave om på tingene. Men al indsigelse var forgæves. Systemet blev forsinket i seks år. Først i 2013 tog man det i brug. Og det fungerede naturligvis ikke.

Det er efterhånden meget svært at pege fingre af enkelte udvalgte hovedansvarlige. Der er så mange at vælge imellem. Hvis man skulle læne sig op af en bestemt person, må det være Kristian Jensen, i hvert fald er han notorisk kendt for lave flest skatte-skandaler i gennem årtier. Han var skatteminister fra 2004 til 2010 og lagde grundstenen til den digitale inddrivelse af gæld til det offentlige. Seneste: Skatteskandalerne skaber mistillid til årsopgørelsen. 
Efter milliarder er forsvundet fra Skat, opfordrer ekspert borgerne til at gå årsopgørelsen efter i sømmene. Selv om den store skattedag er en årlig begivenhed, så er den i år alligevel ikke helt som den plejer at være. Borgerne har ikke længere den samme tillid til skattevæsenet, og det kan måske sætte sine spor, siger skatteadvokat Torben Bagge.
Men han kunne ikke handle alene, foruden VK-regeringen, øverst på kongerækken sidder nemlig vores elskede kronprins - Lars Løkke Rasmussen.

Ifølge Jesper Rønnow Simonsen, der blev direktør for Skat i januar 2013, er Skat en "it-virksomhed". "Hvis man tager inddrivelsessystemet EFI som et eksempel, var det et it-system, der var bestilt hos nogle leverandører med vores it-organisation som den, der bestilte det på forretningens vegne. Så lavede it og leverandøren det færdigt og afleverede det til forretningen bagefter."

"Der må vi bare konstatere, at det ikke var en god måde at gøre det på," lyder erkendelsen hos Skats direktør, der sidste år valgte at afskedige daværende it-direktør i Skat, Jan Topp Rasmussen, på grund af netop problemerne med EFI.
»Det er jo den vigtigste del af min opgave at få EFI op at køre og at få nedbragt restancerne. Kan jeg ikke løse opgaven, er jeg ikke den rette mand til jobbet.....« - udtalte den øverste nytiltrådte direktør for SKAT til Politiken i 2013 (Jesper Rønnow Simonsen. Den bemærkning gav straks en bonus på 100.000 kr. oven i lønnen. To underdirektører med ansvar for systemet fik hhv. 55.000 kr. og 75.000 kr. i bonus. I alt syv direktører havde EFI indskrevet som et succeskriterium i deres ansættelseskontrakt.

In the last few months there have been thousands of new people to join the newsletter and broadcast programs.  This has brought up many questions from those new to the process.

 This week in the video and in the broadcast program I do an overview of the RV/GCR process.  Why is this happening and why do we have the opportunity to participate in this world changing event.  One thing is very clear from the funding sources.  This is not about you and me becoming rich.  This is first and foremost about creating a world of economic parity so we as a collective human race can free ourselves from centuries of economic slavery to the controllers of the worlds money supply.  This is about a 70+ year effort to neutralize the cabal controllers of the world's money supply to set humanity free from our financial slavery to a world debt system.    Those of us privileged to be a part of this private currency exchange are part of this process of re-hydrating the global economic system with clean asset back funds to replace the current fiat money system.  Short of this change we would be headed for a catastrophic global financial collapse.    While some of you have been involved in this for close to 10 years, the funders have been in this process of change for more than 60 years.  All intel displays we are finally there.  Various delays have come and gone, but all intel is reporting to a completion being right as the door step after all of these years.  Enjoy this over video and join me on the broadcast program on Wednesday evening.

Australian journalist John Pilger is one of the few establishment journalists who uses the platform to uncover and promulgate truth, often railing against mainstream media and their role in brainwashing and propagandizing the world on behalf of the war-mongers among us. Earlier in 2016 he spoke at a conference in Sydney, shedding light on the critical subject of nuclear weapons and the build up to World War III, which he rightfully points out as already being underway, as both Russia and China are strategically encircled by the U.S. military.
Few are willing to speak out against the insanity and inherent destructive nature of imperialism and the proliferation of state-owned weapons of mass destruction, and Pilger’s sentiments are both highly relevant and shockingly prescient as the Western media forces itself into a conflict with Russia, baiting the public with claims of Russian interference in the election.

As hot conflict becomes increasingly inevitable, Pilger reminds us that the Nobel Peace Prize president, Barak Obama, has one of the bloodiest legacies of any American president, commenting that after wining the peace prize, The Obama administration,
“… almost immediately launched a program to build more nuclear weapons, more nuclear warheads, more nuclear delivery systems, more nuclear factories. Nuclear warhead spending alone rose higher under Obama than under any other American president. The cost over thirty years is estimated at $1 trillion.” ~John Pilger
The shocking truth is that in the last two years, the largest military build up since World War II has been taking place along Russia’s Western front, an effort led by the Unites States.
This is extremely important to remember as the U.S. media wages a nasty campaign to vilify Russia as a covert influencer of the U.S. presidential election, even when no clear or hard evidence of proof of this claim has surfaced. The entire anti-Russia campaign seems like a deliberate effort to drive the world into war, and Pilger’s remarks add depth to this perspective.
