Those documents were requested of Clinton and other former secretaries in accordance with government archiving regulations.

That request, along with a congressional investigation into the attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, led to a game-changing revelation last March: Clinton, unlike past cabinet secretaries, had established a private email server for her and two senior aides run out of the basement of her home in Chappaqua, New York. She used that private email domain throughout her tenure as secretary of state.

That news has dogged her campaign for the past year as voters and political rivals have raised questions about her honesty. Clinton eventually apologized for her decision to build a home-brewed server in an interview with ABC News, but has always maintained that she wants all of her email to be made public so people could see for themselves that she has nothing to hide.

Does water have a fourth phase, beyond solid, liquid and vapor?

University of Washington Bioengineering Professor Gerald Pollack answers this question, and intrigues us to consider the implications of this finding. Not all water is H2O, a radical departure from what you may have learned from textbooks.

Pollack received his PhD in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. He then joined the University of Washington faculty and is now professor of Bioengineering. His interests have ranged broadly, from biological motion and cell biology to the interaction of biological surfaces with aqueous solutions. His 1990 book, Muscles and Molecules: Uncovering the Principles of Biological Motion, won an "Excellence Award" from the Society for Technical Communication; his more recent book, Cells, Gels and the Engines of Life, won that Society's "Distinguished Award." In other words, there is some serious horse-trading and table pounding going on at the highest levels of global finance.
Since the Khazarian bankers refused to accept Chinese proposals to reform the international financial architecture, last week they formally launched the BRICS development bank to complement the already up and operating Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. In other words they are saying “if you do not let us into your club, we will just go ahead and start our own club without you.”

Indonesian President Joko Widodo, according to WDS sources there, is being offered huge bribes by the owners of the Freeport McMoRan gold mine to allow them to keep control of their mine and secret military base there. However, Widodo has also accepted a $35 billion infrastructure offer from the Chinese, who want the base shut down.

The White Dragon Society is offering to solve this situation by setting up a future planning agency to oversee a transition of the Western military industrial complex into something more benevolent. Asian allies last week offered to support the WDS by making available large quantities of gold, ready for pick up in Hong Kong, at a 10% discount to market prices. More and more of you are awakening with vivid, yet quickly disappearing, messages from your nightly meetings in dreamtime. These meetings are very real, but as soon as you awaken from your fourth dimensional dreamtime, your third dimensional self will quickly forget them.

Therefore, we advise that you keep a writing pad or means of documentation next to your bed so that as you awaken you can document these interdimensional meetings.

You must document these inner meetings almost immediately upon awakening, as your third dimensional brain is not yet trained to store this frequency of information and will quickly forget the meeting that was initially very vivid and “real.”

We say “real”, meaning that when you first awaken, and/or slightly before you awaken, your third dimensional brain is able to store these messages not as a “dream,” but as a “real” experience. Remember, your third dimensional brain is programmed to only perceive physical encounters as “real.”

Hence, any experiences that occur within your fourth dimensional, alpha wave consciousness are considered by your 3D brain to be “a dream” or “just your imagination.” Fortunately, your own Multidimensional Consciousness, which is NOW interfacing with your physical brain, will remind you that, “everything you perceive is real.”

However, it may not resonate to the frequency of the third dimensional, physical world. Your meditations are real. Your daydreams are real. Your night dreams are real, and your imagination is real.

You are NOW being called on to activate your entire physical body. By that we mean, you are being called upon to bring your “whole brain thinking,” your dreams, day-dreams, and your power of imagination, online with your third dimensional brain.

You may think that this information would be overwhelming, but please remember that you have been “brainwashed” over myriad incarnations on Earth to believe that your perceptions were only real if they resonated to the frequency of the third dimension.

Your perceptions were also considered “real” if they were “OK’d” by the 3D consensus reality. This primitive use of the wonderful interface system of your physical brain began when you were “brainwashed” during your lives in the later days of Atlantis.

It is a time of extreme vulnerability as we are completely emptied and the human consciousness learns a brand new way of perceiving.
Once you say YES to the consciousness shift and really go for it, this all happens quite quickly. It becomes very important to place a lot of focus on cultivating your still point so that you can move through your morphogenesis without fear and resistance. When resistance drops, our density drops and the old programs cease to really work.
In this biological morphogenesis, the nervous system is being rebuilt. We are receiving a new electrical system that is wired differently so that we can operate from different grids of attunement and vibrate faster.
This can be extremely intense, especially with those people who are neurologically sensitive or in others who have imbalances in the physical, emotional or mental bodies. These types of changes always come with phases of detoxification. It can be both physical and energetic as we constantly clear out the old database that upholds fear programming.
With our intention upon DNA activation, there is a lot of shifting activity in this regard as well. The DNA stores a lot of genetic information that has been passed down from our ancestors. Since the currents of the nervous system are changing, many things are being loosened from their familiar footholds including our DNA encodings.
Elements from past plagues may come to the surface to be cleansed. Sometimes you may feel the DNA imprinting moving through you. For example, it can be arthritis that your father held. It can be a virus that your mother had. As these genetic patterns move through your blood, you may actually feel the same ailments that your parents felt. It can be felt but it is not actually really you! It will probably not even be diagnosable.
With a new nervous system integrating, there can be greater occurrences of body flinching, twitching and other nerve patterns as the body is trying to assimilate the higher frequencies.
Our equilibrium can be affected, we might feel dizzy or off balance at times. There can be assorted pains and discomforts or feeling disconnected to your physical body. If your nerves are experiencing energy overload, you may not be able to digest the foods in the same way.
The other thing that can happen is any number of our spinal vertebrae can shift out of place. When this happens, there a loss of normal nerve function and this can pull us right out of body homeostasis.
I hope that you are getting a good picture here. We definitely need to take care of and nurture our energy body especially during intense phases of morphogenesis.

A court has ruled that French Professor Gilles-Eric Séralini was correct when he concluded that GMO food, when fed to rats, caused serious health problems including tumors.

Now, Prof. Séralini is in the news again - this time for winning a major court victory in a libel trial that represents the second court victory for Séralini and his team in less than a month.

On November 25, the High Court in Paris indicted Marc Fallous, the former chairman of France's Biomolecular Engineering Commission, for "forgery" and the "use of forgery." The details of the case have not been officially released.

But according to this article from the Séralini website, Fallous used or copied the signature of a scientist whose name was used, without his agreement, to argue that Séralini and his co-workers were wrong in their studies on Monsanto products, including GM corn.

A sentencing for Fallous is expected in June 2016.
