Hillary Clinton just can’t catch a break. As her self-inflicted imbroglio over erasing 30,000 emails involving her time as Secretary of State continues to command press attention, the April issue of Harper’s Magazine is focusing gasp-worthy attention on the “loan-sharking” business that Bill Clinton, as President, assisted in transforming into the too-big-to-fail Citigroup that played a leading role in bringing the country to the brink of financial collapse in 2008.

Janet Yellen’s Fed can’t be too happy either about the revelations. The Fed just gave Citigroup a clean bill of health last week under its so-called rigorous stress tests and is allowing the bank to spend like a drunken sailor, raising its dividend 400 percent with permission to buy back as much as $7.8 billion of its own stock. The Fed’s qualitative portion of the stress test is said to look at both risk controls and the internal culture of the bank. Citigroup remains under multiple criminal investigations for money laundering and involvement in rigging currency markets. Apparently, in the Fed’s eyes, this is now de rigueur on Wall Street.

Harper’s six-page article jolts the reader with nugget after nugget unearthed from Citigroup’s unseemly history – facts that both the Clintons and the Fed would no doubt prefer to stay buried. This epistle to greed and excess and regulatory hubris is written by Andrew Cockburn, Harper’s Washington Editor and a man well credentialed to do it justice. Cockburn and his wife, Leslie Cockburn, co-produced the documentary,American Casino, which provided an in-depth look at the players behind the 2008 financial collapse. Cockburn’s father, Claud Cockburn, was on the scene in 1929, covering the epic crash for the London Times. (His memoir of Black Thursday on Wall Street in 1929 can be read here.)

The Harper’s article is subtitled “The catastrophic incompetence of Citigroup,” obviously a tongue-in-cheek assessment since Cockburn meticulously documents the serial charges of crimes at Citigroup as a business model.

GAOG: Evolution and the DNA Strand.

Have you ever heard of “Junk DNA”? If you haven’t, are you even aware that as human beings we have two strands of DNA that are connected and active, while we have 10 additional strands that are “junk,” or not fully functional, or misunderstood on a scientific level of understanding? This is something I have been reading more and more on lately as I become more aware of myself on a multi-dimensional level.

Understanding the physical body from only the standpoint of medical science and physiology can oftentimes be very limiting when we think about it. The reason I say this is very simple. Evolution goes so far physically before we need to make the jump “spiritually,” and I mean that in whatever way that means to you, the reader. As the spiritual path is as individual as DNA, so is your connection to how you choose to describe your own experience.

So, given the fact that we don’t have a need to evolve into a human being with five arms, what is the next most natural point of evolution for the beings on earth? This evolution is not just in humans, but in all sentient beings who inhabit this plane of existence. We are all going through a process of spiritual evolution, which brings me back to this discussion on DNA.

If we are created with these strands of DNA, but they are not “firing”, “activated”, or being used in any way, then why do we have them? Perhaps, it’s our conscious reconnection to them that marries the evolution of our spiritual energies and our physical bodies.

Solar eclipse, Supermoon, Spring equinox: Friday will see three rare celestial events - March 18, 2015 CET

March 2015 – SPACE – As the eclipse plunges the UK and other places into darkness this Friday, two other rare if less spectacular celestial events will be taking place, too: a Supermoon and the Spring equinox. A Supermoon, or perigee moon, happens when the full or new moon does its closest fly-by of the Earth, making it look bigger than it normally does. And the spring equinox refers to the time of the year when the day and night are of equal duration, mid-way between the longest and shortest days. The solar eclipse refers to a phenomenon where the sun and moon line up, so that the latter obscures the former. And while it won’t be affected by the two other events, it is rare that the three events happen even individually.
Most of the time, there are between three and six Supermoons a year. There is set to be six in 2015, two of which have already happened. The next will take place on March 20, the day of the eclipse, and the others will come in August, September and October. Eclipses can only happen at new moon, when the moon appears is entirely in shadow. And the spectacular Supermoon images that are often spotted can only happen when the moon is full, since it can only be seen then. As a result, only the last three Supermoons of this year will be visible — because the moon is new rather than full on March 20, it won’t be seen. But it will be gliding past us closer than ever, and its shadow will be visible as it blocks out the sun on Friday morning.
The equinox will also happen on March 20. While it won’t have any discernable, direct impact on how the solar eclipse looks, it will contribute to a rare collision of three unusual celestial events. On March 20, the Earth’s axis will be perpindecular to the sun’s rays — which only happens twice a year, at the two equinoxes. After that, it will start tipping over, making the days longer in the northern hemisphere. As such, the equinox has long been celebrated as a time of beginning and renewal, by a number of historic cultures, and is linked to Easter and Passover. The equinox will happen at the same time as a solar eclipse in 2053 and 2072, though it doesn’t always appear as close together as that. –Independent UK

Now you know, alternative media advocates, such as us here atGolden Age of Gaia, are not in favor of financial crumbling, but we are in favor of ousting the cabal. Just like I mentioned above …events, basically up to this point, have largely been behind the scenes, and yet this happening has been outed to the point that the US found it necessary to make a public comment. 1. ISIS is still in control over there

2. ISIS has a lot of Iraqi Dinar

3. The CBI just printed new 25k, 10k and 5k notes

4. The CBI removed the 50 dinar notes (as of April 30, 2015) so the gurus were wrong because they claimed since 2010 that these "lower denoms" would be used after the RV. Why would the CBI remove the 50 dinars if they planned to RV? Common sense folks, it goes a long way, that is why I stopped listening to gurus in January of 2014 and why I NEVER listen to them for information. Most are in it for the money or they are trying to promote a scam product like dinar trust packages which you DON'T need.

Obama On UFOs: President Tells Jimmy Kimmel 'I Can't Reveal Anything' - March 18, 2015 CET

You can't blame a guy from trying, over and over again.

On his show Thursday, late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel asked President Barack Obama to come clean about UFOs. The president responded with a series of tongue-in-cheek remarks, which can be seen in the video above.

Last year, Kimmel broached the subject with former President Bill Clinton. He posed the topic of supposed UFOs and aliens at Nevada's top secret Area 51 military base in exactly the same way with both presidents.

Kimmel opening statement to Clinton last April:
"If I was president... I'd demand to see all the classified files on the UFOs, because I want to know, I'd want to know what has been going on. DID YOU DO THAT?"
Clinton response: "Sort of."
Kimmel opening statement to Obama on March 12:
"If I was the president... I would immediately race to wherever they have the files about Area 51 and UFOs, and I'd go through everything to find out what happened. DID YOU DO THAT?"
Obama response: "That's why you will not be president, because that's the first thing that you would do."

During this short exchange, Obama fired back with more potentially provocative comments.

"The aliens won't let it happen. You'd reveal all their secrets, and they exercise strict control over us," Obama said. "I can't reveal anything."

When Kimmel pressed Obama, telling him how Clinton claimed to have looked into government files on UFOs and found nothing, Obama replied, "Well, you know, that's what we're instructed to say."

While conspiracy theorists might have a field day with those types of comments, it should be pointed out that, throughout the short minute-and-a-half, UFO-alien-Area 51-related dialogue between Kimmel and Obama, both were smiling and laughing almost the entire time, giving the impression that everything said by the president was strictly humorous.
