States of Consciousness

We ask you all to go into the Core of your physical form, which will change according to your bodily needs. Your Earth vessels are beginning to transmute in earnest now. Therefore, your Earth vessel will need the attention of your ever-expanding consciousness.

You see it has taken a long “time” for your body to become familiar enough with this higher energy field that it could begin to accept this frequency of light as beneficial as opposed to damaging.

This experience is much like stepping into cold water or a hot bath. At first the “temperature” is uncomfortable, but as your body adapts to the new temperature, it becomes more “normal.” It is the same with the temperature/frequency of Light that is increasingly penetrating the body of Gaia and ALL Her inhabitants.

Just as you need to take some “time” before you become accustomed to the water that was too hot or too cold, your consciousness and your body need to “take some time” before you could fully accept this higher frequency of Light. The members of our Away Team who are awakened to their Mission have been the first Ones to openly accept and surrender to the process of transmutation that this higher Light offers.

To our volunteers, this Light is similar to a “memory from Home” in which reality was brighter, more transparent and easily transmuted via their thoughts and emotions. Those of you wearing Earth vessels, human or otherwise, who can remember your true SELF are not frightened by this Light. Therefore, you do not resist it. Instead, you can remember to surrender into it. ....

Eric Holder Says Justice Department Has Moles on Wall Street

In addition to hundreds of Federal bank examiners permanently stationed at Wall Street’s biggest banks by the Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in an effort to eradicate a serial crime spree, an unknown number of Justice Department moles are now roaming about the mahogany corridors of power, chatting up potential criminals around the water cooler and hoping to make it out alive before being detected.

Avoiding detection as a mole becomes so much more challenging when the highest law enforcement officer in the land, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, comes to New York to address Wall Street’s lawyers and tells them, flat out, that he’s got moles stationed inside his Wall Street targets. (There were likely 100,000 text messages flying about Wall Street before Holder got to the next paragraph of his speech.)

The revelation by Holder came on September 17, not in off the cuff remarks, but in a carefully prepared speech delivered at NYU School of Law in Manhattan. Discussing an insider trading case, Holder stated:

“It was only because the government had a cooperating witness inside the company – a witness who had agreed to wear a wire – that the department was able to record a verbal account of these actions, to illuminate other obstruction, and to uncover illegal conduct that otherwise might never have come to light.

“Similarly, in our full-court press to investigate and prosecute the ongoing LIBOR matter – which is being led by the Criminal and Antitrust Divisions, and involved a wide-ranging scheme to rig one of the world’s benchmark interest rates – witnesses from inside some of the world’s leading financial firms have played important roles.  They have strengthened our ability to follow leads; to obtain guilty pleas from subsidiaries of major banks like UBS and RBS; and to pursue individual charges against nine former traders and managers at these institutions.  Our ongoing investigation into the manipulation of foreign exchange rates has relied on similar investigative techniques involving undercover cooperators, as well.” 

We learn two things in that last sentence. Moles are now called “undercover cooperators” by the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Attorney General wants Wall Street to know they’re there.

World Leaders Flooding into New York for Crucial Meeting - Reuters

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - World leaders gather in New York this week to tackle a host of crises: the violence Islamic State militants are wreaking in Iraq and Syria, the exponential spread of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa and deadlocked negotiations on Iran's nuclear program.

There is little hope the 193-nation U.N. General Assembly will achieve much in the annual five-day marathon of speeches. But on the sidelines, U.S. officials plan to lobby allies for pledges of concrete military assistance to help defeat Islamic State, whose hardline Sunni Islamist fighters have taken over swaths of Syrian and Iraqi territory.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said more than 140 heads of state or government will attend the assembly's annual "general debate", which begins on Wednesday and ends Sept. 30. He noted an unusually large number of serious conflicts: in the Middle East, Africa and Ukraine.

"The world is facing multiple crises," Ban told reporters.

"All have featured atrocious attacks on civilians, including children," he said. "All have dangerous sectarian, ethnic or tribal dimensions. And many have seen sharp divisions within the international community itself over the response."

U.N. officials and delegates say the top issue for Western and Arab leaders is the rampage of Islamic State militants, who are blamed for a wave of sectarian violence, beheadings and massacres of civilians.

"Together, we will address the horrendous violence in Syria and Iraq, where conflict and governance failures have provided a breeding ground for extremist groups," Ban said.

U.S. President Barack Obama is expected to use the U.N. podium on Wednesday to call for more countries to join his coalition of more than 40 nations to prevent IS from expanding its territory. The United States has been bombing IS targets in Iraq for the past month but has yet to bomb Syria.

The White House said it was unlikely that Obama would meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani while both are in New York this week. But Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif at which they are expected to discuss Iran's atomic program and IS.

On Friday, Kerry told a special meeting of the Security Council that Iran could play a role in helping tackle IS, an apparent shift in the U.S. position. Both Iran and the United States have ruled out military cooperation.

EBOLA OUTBREAK

In addition to speeches by Obama, Rouhani and other high-profile leaders, other important attendees making their U.N. General Assembly debut this week include Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On Wednesday, Obama will chair a rare summit meeting of the U.N. Security Council on the problem of foreign fighters. He last chaired a council summit in 2009 on eradicating nuclear weapons.

At Wednesday's meeting, the council plans to adopt a resolution demanding countries "prevent and suppress" recruitment and travel of foreign fighters to join extremist militant groups like IS by ensuring it is a serious criminal offence under domestic laws. Foreign fighters in IS are believed to be the group's cruelest.

U.N. member states will also tackle the Ebola crisis in West Africa. Obama and other leaders will also attend a high-level meeting on the exponentially worsening hemorrhagic fever outbreak that has devastated Liberia, Sierra Leone and other countries in the region.

The meeting comes just after the Security Council declared Ebola a "threat to international peace and security" and established the first-ever U.N. mission dedicated to tackling a public-health threat.

Since the current outbreak was first detected in March, Ebola has infected at least 5,357 people, according to the World Health Organization, mostly in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. It has also spread to Senegal and Nigeria. The virus has killed an estimated 2,630 people.

Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf had been due to speak at the General Assembly this week but canceled her trip to New York because of the Ebola crisis.

While the General Assembly speeches are going on, senior foreign ministry officials from the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China are meeting in New York with Iranian officials. They will try to break a deadlock in talks aimed at ending sanctions in exchange for curbs on Iran's nuclear program. Foreign ministers from the six powers may join the talks in the course of the week.

Even though a Nov. 24 deadline for a long-term deal is a mere two months away, diplomats close to the talks say a deal in New York is unlikely.

Just ahead of the General Assembly on Tuesday, U.N. chief Ban will convene a global summit meeting on climate change that aims to set the stage for a major environmental conference in Paris next year. Obama is expected to use the session to highlight strides the United States has made on climate change.
There will also be high-level side meetings on conflicts in Syria, Libya, South Sudan, Ukraine, the Central African Republic, Mali, the Israeli-Palestinian problem, and the U.N. war on poverty.

Randor, Father/Creator, Tells of the Origins of Evil

Prime Creator:

I would like to introduce a being of Light to you.  This is someone you have never spoken with before, nor has he contacted anyone on the Earth plane before today, but as you would say, times they are a-changin'.  My Brother Randor, who was the Creator of the Omarrhan Universe, has been very interested in the developments on Terra, because of course it was his Universe which spawned the dark ones who have been such a challenge to all of you in this civilization.

As I told you in a previous message ("How Our Universe Began, and The Invasion from Omarrhan"), Omarrhan is no more, because it was necessary to dissolve the entire project in order to halt the spread of the darkness and destruction that threatened to create havoc in the entire Multiverse.  With the direct oversight of One, those incarnated beings who could be moved were taken off the planets where they had been living, and were eventually dispersed to other places around the cosmos, including some of the earliest planets in our Universe.  Others simply decided to depart their bodies and return to One.  The only ones who refused to return to the Light were those who escaped at the last moment in their ships and managed to cross the boundary into our Universe, where they set their sights on establishing bases from which to dominate and eventually take over the entire Universe.

I would not have permitted this to happen, but we do not simply attack and annihilate living beings because they might be dangerous at some future date.  Our principle of nonintervention guides us to tolerate, and where necessary, control the offending beings in whatever way we find most effective.  In the case of the groups of dark ones who had loosely organized to divide up the territories, mostly in your galaxy, we took an approach of cautious optimism, and we began a program of containment, diplomacy, and infiltration to try to bring them back to the option of being included as respected members of the greater society.

Anybody who understands finance and geopolitics can now see clearly the Nazi/Zionist cabal faces the mathematical certainty of defeat. It is also very clear the United States is on the brink of revolution. That is why cabal representatives have begun negotiating surrender with the White Dragon Society and their allies.

First of all the deaths of, and attacks on, senior cabalists continue. Putin interrupted the USGovt heroin trade supply routes out of Afghanistan. Like Abraham Lincoln 150 years ago, the elite banker chambers wish to remove Putin and to suppress Russia, but the sprawling nation has joined at the hip with China.  Thus Russia cannot be isolated any more than a bear can be bear hugged.  The nation spans 12 time zones and is a top supplier of numerous important commodities. The Russia & China bond is growing and will result in a marriage, the consummation being a baby called the Gold Trade Standard. The King Dollar is being displaced, kicked off its throne.  Its squire the Petro-Dollar is undergoing demise.  The Ukraine War is the USDollar Waterloo event. The Saudi rejection of the USD in exclusive oil payments will be the crash heard around the world. The marriage between the Saudis and Chinese is a process well along, with each month featuring yet another high level conference. The Saudis will make the announcement in the coming weeks or months, as a genuflection before the Chinese, with a hat tip to the Russians. Soon the crude oil price will be set by the Russia-China tag team, priced in Yuan. When the Gold Trade Standard is entrenched, the diversification away from USTreasurys in the global banking system will become a torrent. Bank system practices will follow trade payment practices. When installed, it will cause prosperity in the East and havoc in the West. The Crash Heard Round the World is coming.  The USDollar will be rejected, and replaced by the Gold Trade Standard.

The byline should read MONEY VELOCITY HITS RECORD LOW, WHILE MONEY SUPPLY CONTINUES TO GO INTO ORBIT… SYSTEMIC FAILURE IS EVIDENT AS POLICY IS NOT STIMULUS AT ALL… THE PRINCIPAL CAUSE FOR THE BREAKDOWN IS MONETARY POLICY, WHICH IS STUCK IN PLACE.

The USFed monetary policy is killing the system, simply and boldly put. They call it stimulus, when the extreme accommodation is actually just a backdoor Wall Street bailout combined with a pass on the USGovt debt discipline. No debt limit is enforced anymore, a travesty. The United States is looking more like a Third World nation with each passing month, with colossal fraud, economic decay, war and sanctions, and no leadership. The US Federal Reserve has ventured into very dangerous ground, putting hyper monetary inflation as the installed policy, while making money free for the Interest Rate Swap machinery that operates the derivative for maintaining the easy policy. So foreign creditors have largely exited the room, with no great entities to finance the yawning annual $trillion debt. So derivative machinery is relied upon to maintain the absurd 10-year USTreasury (TNX) yield at 2.60% without buyers. So asset markets like the US Stock Market go to monthly new high levels, despite the USEconomy mired in the worst recession since the Great Depression. The visible piece is shopping malls with one third of stores shuttered, and the jobless rate over 22% in the real world without rose colored glasses. These conditions cannot be sustained, especially since the credit machinery is all jammed. The big US banks are insolvent structures dedicated to the bond carry trade, where that same cheap money is used to invest, often with leverage, in the long-dated maturity USTreasury Bonds. The banks serve the casino, not the business sector.
