Situation Update

Isis Astara, my beloved soulmate, has left the physical plane. She was often brutally attacked with directed energy weapons and the attack on January 25th was one attack too many. We could not protect her, her heart could not make it. The Resistance could not intervene directly otherwise toplet bombs would be triggered.

She has successfully transitioned through plasma plane and is now with her spiritual guides, surrounded by Love, joyful that she is finally free. After the Event, she will return in a cloned body that will look exactly the same as her physical body looked in this lifetime. She will be living in an area of Light, anchoring energies of the Goddess and living a joyful life in the Golden age she always wanted to live.

This was a direct attack on loving feminine Goddess presence with serious exopolitical implications.

The momentum is building up that will hasten the first changes, heralding the beginning of the introduction of new measures that will signal the New Age is really under way. There is an underlying sense of urgency so that the new can begin to replace the old that has now served its purpose, and is no longer suitable for peoples current needs. The old ways of confrontation will be replaced by the urge to move on and settle old issues in an amicable manner, without the use of force or threats of retaliation. Changes must come very soon and people will look up to the bigger powers to set a good example of peaceful co-operation.

Major decisions will be necessary to change the role of the armed forces, that will be looked upon as the peacekeepers of the future. Universal agreements will have to be made to run down the arms race and war activities must cease, and eventually will be unnecessary as all countries agree on a peaceful coexistence. It will take time to achieve but such changes, are coming, regardless of present feelings about the need to be prepared for warlike actions. The idea of war is in any event no longer an option, and those who harbour such thoughts will find that their attempts will be rejected and blocked.

Humanity has moved on from the days of old and realises that there is more to life than the continual wars that have filled your history books. The many lessons that needed to be learnt have long gone since you passed the marker, and it is time to reject anything that goes against the idea of peaceful cooperation. The warmongers will be gradually removed from their positons of authority and power, and new appointments will be made of people that are more suited to handle the welcome changes that will bring world peace. Be assured that the plans for changes will go ahead, and pave the way for a peaceful and settled society that can enjoy their new found freedom and happiness.

The sooner people realise that they have a wonderful opportunity to plan their own path to Ascension, the sooner they will benefit from the opportunities that are now waiting to be taken. The baggage that you carried with you from the last cycle is no longer a hindrance, and the path ahead is straight and uncomplicated. Set your sights upon your objective and head straight for Ascension. Let no one or anything else delay your progress, and be assured that as time passes the tasks you face will become easier. You simply cannot be affected by anyone else unless you allow it, so be determined to go all of the way with complete confidence. This New Age allows for others to help you on your way, and you will find that your Guides will come close to you should help be required. There is a parting of the ways with those of the dark Forces and it means that your progress will become easier with little or no difficulty, and those who would delay your progress will be unable to prevent your success.

DR sætter fokus: 210.000 danskere er ensomme - men er symptombehandlingen 'sociale relationer' virkelig den eneste kur?

Over 200.000 danskere er ramt af ensomhed. Men ensomheden kan være svær at tale om.

Derfor sætter DR fra uge 17 og frem fokus på ensomhed med indsatsen ’En som mig’.

Hvad vil det sige at være ensom? Ensomhed er ikke bare at føle sig alene. Ensomheden udspringer af savnet af meningsfulde sociale relationer, samtidig med man savner nærvær og samhørighed med andre.

Det fortæller lektor i psykologi ved Syddansk Universitet, Mathias Lasgaard, der har forsket på området. - Ensomhed er en subjektiv ubehagelig tilstand, der opstår, når man oplever et modsætningsforhold mellem de relationer, man synes, man har, og de relationer, man ønskede, man havde, siger han.....

Rastløs. Vemodig. Trist. Modløs. Følelsen af ensomhed kan beskrives på mange måder. Og mange oplever, at følelsen fra tid til anden lægger vejen forbi. Men hvornår er man ensom, og hvornår er man bare alene? Ensomhed og depression kan måske være tætte forbunden, men ikke nødvendigvis klassificeret efter normen i samfundet, hvad er bedst, at være introvert eller ekstrovert mennesketype, enten om du nu kan lide, at være i centrum og snakke med mange mennesker, eller foretrække en dybere samtale med én person ad gangen? Kan vi symptombehandle med nervemedicin og lykkepiller og tro på, hvis nu vi fejer vores ensomhed ind under gulvtæppet, så går det nok væk af sig selv? Eller skal vi selv udføre en aktivt handling, hente ny energi/inspiration fra vores egen 'indre' potentiale, lytte til vores intuition og mavefornemmelse hver gang, vi synker længere ned i vores grav af ensomhed og depression?

Vores underbevidsthed styrer vores impulser ganske korte sekunder før de bliver til tanker? 90.000 tanker passerer din hjerne på et døgn, og mange af dem er de samme. Ruminering, som det hedder, når man tygger drøv på dagens hændelser, stjæler ikke alene din nattesøvn. Den æder din energi og kan ende med at gøre dig fysisk syg og deprimeret. Vi ved, 'søvn' har afgørende betydning for kroppens genopbygning, og mangel på søvn kan både påvirke immunforsvar og kognitive funktioner.

Forkælede drømmebørn har ondt i selvværdet og ældre mangler sociale interaktion

Jeg vil anskue tingene lidt anderledes end DR's temauge, selvom det er en stor mundfuld. At være ensom er oftest uønsket - og gør bare ondt. Alt afhængig af, hvor vi 'selv' placere os i livets cyklus af udfordringer! Fx når vi er arbejdsløse, kan vi let være ensomme. Man kan i høj grad sige, at ens identitet skabes ud fra ens arbejdsliv, hvilket blandt andet er en følge af, at grænsen mellem arbejdsliv og det private ikke er så tydelig mere. Ensomhed er ikke kun et fænomen hos ældre mennesker, fordi vi har mistet vores livslange ledsager eller relationer til familien, eller ensomheden som i vis udstrækning 'bor til leje' hos unge, som er, ekstra sårbare. Ensomhed, kan være lige så farlig som at ryge eller være afhængig af tilfældig købesex. Den findes i alle aldre og gemmer sig på alle sociale lag i samfundet.

Den teknologiske revolution, mobning, de sociale medier, afhængigheder af anerkendelse, opmærksomhed samt idealer og alt for tidlige seksuelle erfaringer, hjælper ikke ligefrem vores unge væk fra ensomheden eller depressionen. Så spiller skilsmisser, overgreb på børn også en central rolle (svært at tage ud af ligningen), for ensomheden/tomheden/afmagten sniger sig ind, uden selv-udvikling, hele livet. Jeg vil våge den påstand, der er paralleler fra teenagere til de ældre generationer fordi, igen, social interaktion og relationer til familie og jævnaldrende, betyder alt. Men, fordi unges reptilhjerner per definition, er halv udviklet som teenagere, samt de ældre, har svært ved at konsumere eller ændre deres skikke & sædvane, er det oplagt, at sige, løsningen på ensomheden er IKKE kun social interaktion med andre medmennesker....

Arbejd med dig selv, acceptere ensomheden og dyrk den intens

Human-Trafficking Crackdown: 510 Arrested, 56 Rescued in California

More than 500 suspects were arrested and 56 people were rescued during a statewide human-trafficking crackdown, officials said.

The Los Angeles County Regional Human Trafficking Task Forces announced the arrests of 510 suspects during the three-day sweep, called Operation Reclaim and Rebuild.

During the operation, which took place between Jan. 25 and 27, the task force said 45 adults and 11 girls were rescued.

Among the 510 suspects arrested, 30 are suspected traffickers and 178 are alleged “johns.”

The task force is housed by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and is a collaboration of more than 85 federal, state, county and local law enforcement and nonprofit community organizations.

More than 500 suspects were arrested and 56 people were rescued during a statewide human-trafficking crackdown, officials said. (Raw video)

Speaking at a Tuesday press conference, Los Angeles County Sheriff Jim McDonnell gave details surrounding some of the arrests.

“The message we hope to send to the traffickers is don’t do business in Los Angeles County or the state of California because we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” he said.
