Chinese company ‘builds’ 3D-printed villa in less than 3 hours

A pioneering
3D-printed house just popped up in Xian, China - and Chinese company ZhuoDa
“built” the two-story villa in less than three hours. Made up of six
3D-printed modules, the house was assembled like LEGO bricks before a live
audience who were then invited to explore the interior. The modular fireproof
home can withstand a magnitude-9 earthquake and is made from a special
construction material the company is keeping secret.
The company
completed approximately 90 percent of the construction in an off-site factory
before shipping the modular pieces to the installation site. This efficient
and timesaving process dramatically reduces construction costs to just 2,500
– 3,000 yuan ($400 – $480) per square meter. According to An Yongliang, the
developing engineer at Zhuoda, the 3D-printed villa only takes about 10 days
to produce from initial construction to final assembly, while it typically
takes half a year to build a traditional villa.
The house is
capable of withstanding high-magnitude earthquakes because the modules, each
weighing over 100 kilograms per square meter, bear weight independently. The
steel-framed structure home can also be filled with heat-insulating
materials. The Zhuoda Group has filed over 22 patents on their technology and
is keeping their top-secret material under wraps. However, the company’s vice
president Tan BuYong has revealed that the new material is sourced from
industrial and agricultural waste, is fireproof and waterproof, and is free
from harmful substances such as formaldehyde, ammonia, and radon.
After the
structural framework was 3D-printed, the company applied decorative sheet
textures to each module before final assembly. Homeowners will be able to
choose from a variety of decorative textures, such as jade, marble, wood, and
granite. Herbs can even be embedded into the walls of the house for ‘built-in
aromatherapy.’ The buildings can withstand wear for at least 150 years.

Little did I know then that the lessons I learned, the cynicism proven so correct, nearly a half century of entropy, America the slowly rotting corpse we see today, those signs were there then for any to see.
Forth three years later, the Vietnam War continues to define America, not through the accomplishments of war veterans instilled with courage and leadership gained through surviving a brutal struggle but quite the opposite.

Vietnam is still important, the war at least, but few understand why.
Within the first five years of the “end of the war,” 50,000 veterans had already died. Survival rates for amputees was low, thousands died of infection and neglect in filthy veterans hospitals.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or so it is called today, was unimagined, unthought-of and, most certainly, undiagnosed and untreated. It ravaged a generation, filling prisons, destroying families and infecting generations to come.
Nearly a million more veterans would die of exposure to Agent Orange, a defoliant still devastating Vietnam decades later.
Thousand more killed themselves. The same thing is going on today, the count of veterans from the “Global War on Terror” that have died at their own hand exceeded 30,000 by 2009. Since then, not only has America stopped counting but it has buried that figure as well.

Miracle motorbike that goes 500km… on a liter of water! (VIDEO)

A Brazilian man, Ricardo Azevedo from Sao Paulo, has shown off his wonder bike to the world. The magic machine can travel up to 500 kilometers on a liter of water.
As a result, combustion is created giving the motorbike the impetus to move.
In the video, Azevedo first drinks from the bottle, proving that it’s indeed water and not some kind of other fuel. Then he fills the canister and rides off.
Azevedo also demonstrates how the bike works. The inventor shows that even polluted waters from the Tiete River can be used to fuel the vehicle.
The Brazilian is promoting his creation as an environment-friendly machine.
“The advantage of this motorcycle, which works with the hydrogen that comes from the water, is that the result that comes out of the exhaust is water vapor. This is different from gasoline, which [produces] carbon monoxide," he told RT.

Forleden blev der i en af landets aviser bragt en kronik, der har skabt debat. Den var skrevet af en ung mand ved navn Thomas Riis, som er søn af den tidligere cykelrytter Bjarne Riis, idéhistoriestuderende og også selv cykelrytter. I kronikken argumenterer han for, at alt for mange dømmer i sager, de ikke ved nok om, og at der har været gode grunde til, at hans far har haft så svært ved at tale klart angående de mange dopingproblemer. Ikke mindst dem, han selv har været involveret i. For alt er jo foregået i en konkret kontekst. Thomas Riis vil gerne forsvare sin far og leverer en diffus ordstrøm, der dog får afsløret en tankegang, som må bekymre langt ud over spørgsmålet om cykelsportens fremtid. For mens det ikke lykkes Thomas Riis at stille sin far i et bedre lys, får han til gengæld understreget, hvilken tomhed der opstår, når man vil opløse faste normer og ikke anerkender betydningen af moralsk vurdering.
Den 22-årige Thomas Riis mener, at vi risikerer at udvande vores kultur, hvis vi begrænser diskussioner til et for eller imod. Og så foretager han en parallel mellem cykelsport og indvandrerdebat. Ligesom vi dømmer dopede cykelryttere og deler folk op i onde og gode, dømmer vi muslimske fundamentalister, mener han. Der er her nogle store misforståelser på spil, som nok desværre kendetegner en del af den unge generation. Først må vi dog lige have en mindre detalje på plads, da det jo ikke er rigtigt, at dopede cykelryttere blot placeres i en sort-hvid kategori. For eksempel sidder Bjarne Riis for tiden på ophøjet vis i TV 2-studiet, skønt han om nogen repræsenterer snyd og doping. Bjarne Riis er ikke en dømt mand. Han er på besynderlig vis i manges øjne en kronisk stjerne. Men tilbage til det centrale, for det virkeligt bekymrende ved Thomas Riis’ udredning er, at han faktisk mener, at man i mødet med fundamentalistisk islam kun kan vurdere tingene i en konkret sammenhæng. Og altså ikke i en overordnet tænkning grundet i kultur, religion og historie. Russian Major General: “UFO’s Are Real and We Know How to Summon Them!” - July 25, 2015
They claim that UFO activity is increased when large scale weapons testing is taking place and have been measuring UFO activity by doing so.
Accrding to Vasily Yeremenko, a Major General of FIB in reserve, academician of the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement:
“We can say that we learned to summon UFOs in Vladimirovka. To do this, we dramatically increased the number of military flights and movement of the equipment. If the intensity on our side increased, UFOs appeared with the probability of 100 percent.”
The Russians have come to three main conclusions:
- Modern science is not yet able to identify such phenomena.
- The UFOs could be US or Japan surveillance drones.
- The UFOs could be extraterrestrial activity.
According to Svobodnaya Pressa, a news website, the Russian Navy have now declassified records of encounters with unidentified objects that technologically surpass anything ever built by humanity.
A special Navy group headed by Deputy Navy Commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov collected information on reports of unidentified objects, delivered by submarines and military ships.
According to Vladimir Azhazha, a UFO researcher and former Navy officer:

We have been hearing reports from England that Queen Elizabeth – the real one not the doubles – is dead. and that Lord Lyons of Scotland cannot Certify Prince William Mount as “King” because the Windsor Family is made up of Pretenders.

If this is true the United Kingdom is dead unless Lord Lyons can come up with another man to fill the spot and if this is true the United States Corporation must go away and return as a Republic by Law and by Treaty and the Money (Stuart Trust) of the crown must be redistributed to the people of America and England. Further – the Rothchilds may now be arrested and tried for treason and their assets seized by the English Government.
The violation of these treaties is punishable by death by the English Parliament.

So, since Congress seems to be stuck in 1984 and clearly doesn’t understand modern technology, we’re building a robot that can send them thousands upon thousands of... FAXES.
