Military Whistleblower Chelsea Manning Spends Her Birthday in Prison

Pope Francis agrees to removing secrecy from priests who abuse children and who up till now have been protected by the Pope and the rule of secrecy.

Ok so let’s not hold our breath - This was passed in February 2019 - Only took 10 months to agree to it!!!!

Will it make any difference - I doubt it - but now whistleblowing is somewhat easier in that place...
