Health Minister Roger Cook has said he will look at toughening laws to ban a "cunning and devious" anti-vaccination billboard if existing legislation isn't up to the task. The billboard is on a commercial building at the corner of William and Brisbane Streets in Northbridge and reads, "Do you know what's in a vaccine".
