Outrage after West Virginia politician demands Hillary Clinton be 'hung' on the National Mall for 'treason, murder and crimes against the US Constitution' - July 18, 2016

Michael Folk (left), a Republican for the House of Delegates posted the tweet Friday that read: 'Hillary Clinton, you should be tried for treason, murder, and crimes against the US Constitution... then hung on the Mall in Washington, DC'
  • Michael Folk posted tweet Friday following FBI's decision to not charge Hillary Clinton over the investigation into her private email server
  • Folk's tweet said Clinton should be 'hung on the Mall in Washington, DC'
  • He said Sunday in phone interview that his comments were just 'hyperbole'
  • But he said he does believe she should be tried and prosecuted
  • The West Virginia Democratic Party is recommending that Folk resign
  • Folk is also a commercial pilot with United Airlines who 'removed him from flying' pending their investigation
