When they programmed CALEA to tap the phone a glitch made it go through the CALEA system first and then it was suppose to ring the cell phone. But if you had two phones the glitch in the system let it ring both phones. I knew it and I confirmed it with ATT techs familiar with the CALEA system. I once received a call from South Korea at 4:30 in the morning on both phones and the other calls were also from some company that I had no connection with what so ever.
