Europe is about to fall into deflation. With oil prices now below $60, negative price growth is pretty much certain in the eurozone early next year.

The good news is that economists are projecting that Europe's deflation will be brief and mild. After a few months below zero, inflation will begin to rise again later in 2015, to 0.1% for 2015, according to Capital Economics. Most analysts think it will then pick up a little bit further over the following couple of years. Of course, most also predicted that Europe would not fall into deflation at all.

So what if Europe, like Japan, fell into a long period of mild deflation?

In that sort of scenario, Italy is Europe's biggest worry. Its economy is around eight times the size of Greece's, so it's a systemic risk for the whole of the continent that can't be easily isolated. If Italy sneezes, the rest of Europe can expect to catch a cold.

The main problem for Italy is government debt. Here's what Italy's public debt forecast looks like with no growth and no inflation:

This isn't a completely unbelievable scenario. In US dollars, Italy's trend growth between 1995 and 2011 was just 1%. Combine that with 1% deflation, and you would get the same scenario. That's what's really important here: nominal growth. (You want a bit of inflation combined with GDP growth because that makes you debts easier to pay — you're using today's money, which is now less valuable, to pay yesterday's debts whose prices are fixed.) If you don't have it, dealing with your debts is much more difficult.

'Stripped naked, kept in solitary': Manning tortured like terrorist, Welsh relatives say

US authorities tortured Chelsea Manning with barbaric CIA techniques, which posed a threat to her psychological health, the Welsh aunt of the jailed whistleblower revealed to local media.

Before her trial for providing WikiLeaks with the largest cache of classified information in US history, Chelsea Manning was humiliated in a similar way that terrorist suspects were, her Welsh relatives told WalesOnline on Sunday.

“What really hurt me was the treatment Chelsea received in Quantico two years before the trial: stripped naked, kept in solitary confinement, made to stand in a corner, everything taken away,” said Sharon Staples, Manning’s aunt.
Her revelation echoed the 2012 report of UN special rapporteur Juan Mendez, who ruled that “the alleged prolonged solitary confinement … was … a violation of Manning’s right to physical and psychological integrity,” as well as of presumption of innocence.

The allegations by Manning’s family add further to the growing calls to investigate US interrogation techniques, as well as the role British intelligence played in the process.

The summary of a CIA report, released this week, revealed the agency’s harsh torture methods – including freezing inmates to death, sleep deprivation, rectal feeding and waterboarding.

Susan Manning, mother of the former intelligence analyst for the US Army, said: “Chelsea will be 27 years old on 17 December and this will be the fifth birthday she’s spent in prison. It breaks my heart to think of her missing out on her freedom, all because she told the truth instead of covering it up.”

“Chelsea was brought up to be truthful,” she added. “When she was small, her grandmother lived with us and she always said to the children: ‘If you can’t tell the truth, don’t bother speaking’.”

Welsh Secretary of State Stephen Crabb, who attended Tasker Milward school in the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire, where Manning studied for four years, said there can be “no justification whatsoever for the use of torture, neither in military nor civilian cases.” He added that the concerns raised about Chelsea Manning’s treatment deserve to be addresse

We want to talk with you about your twin flames and your connection with them, which is part of the important changes happening now with all humankind. Of course there are many who are not aware of what a twin flame or twin soul is, or why it is now a good time to make these deep connections. We will explain.

A twin flame is, literally, the other half of your soul - the original soul which was created long ago. Prime Creator oversees the creation of all souls, in cooperation with Mother/Father God. When it is decided, by the Masters who are wishing to give birth to a new being, they go to Prime Creator to join their intention and their energies in the creation of the new being. Prime Creator throws out the spark of life, which joins with the DNA of the parents to create a Galactic being.

It is Prime Creator who decides which Galactic species the new soul will become; which planet will be its primary home, with the agreement of the parents, and of the soul itself of course. The DNA of that planet then is added to the mix, and a new being and its physical child form are completely envisioned.

(NaturalNews) The drug companies rushing to develop Ebola vaccines in the wake of this latest manufactured epidemic won't have to worry about getting sued when their jabs kill people. A study recently published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) explains that vaccine manufacturers will have full immunity in the event of injury or death from Ebola vaccines, which is reason enough for the public to avoid them at all costs.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell recently announced that, in accordance with the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act of 2005, Ebola vaccine manufacturers won't be held liable for claims brought against them, even if there's overwhelming evidence that the vaccines cause serious harm or death.

The PREP Act delineates that vaccine manufacturers are shielded from liability when their products are offered in response to an "urgent" public health need, including biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear agents of terrorism, as well as epidemics and pandemics. In other words, if the media is able to stir the public into a panic over some new disease or terrorist threat, drug companies can respond with drugs or vaccines that will incur for them no liability whatsoever.

Covered under the PREP Act are the following three vaccine candidates for Ebola:

-- GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) Recombinant Replication Deficient Chimpanzee Adenovirus Type 3 Vectored Ebola Zaire Vaccine, known as AhAd3-EBO-Z

-- BPSC1001 vaccine (rVSV-ZEBOV-GP), made by BioProtection Services, a subsidiary of NewLink Genetics

-- Ad26.ZEBOV/MVA-BN-Filo vaccine, manufactured by Janssen, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson/Bavarian Nordic

HHS urges other countries to shield vaccine companies from liability

The declaration reportedly went into effect on December 3, and Sec. Burwell announced that she hopes other countries will follow suit. Holding vaccine companies accountable for causing permanent harm or death is no longer an acceptable American value, and neither should it be for the rest of the "global community," as Burwell puts it.

"[W]e must ensure that legitimate concerns about liability do not hold back the possibility of developing an Ebola vaccine, an essential strategy in our global response to the Ebola epidemic in West Africa," she stated.

What this essentially means is that vaccine companies now have full license to kill, and there's absolutely nothing the general public can do if they become injured or die after taking a protected vaccine. 100 percent of the risk is borne by vaccine recipients, in other words, which is hardly a gamble worth taking when one's children are involved.

As you may recall, vaccine companies already have almost limitless protection from liability for all the other vaccines they produce, thanks to a 2011 Supreme Court ruling that exempts them from being held accountable to the law in a normal court (hence the creation of the phony "vaccine court"). But now they want even more protection during "emergency" situations like Ebola, which serves as a convenient cover for vaccine manufacturers to produce all the deadly vaccines they wish without consequence.

"Drugmakers that provide vaccines here in the US have been granted a no responsibility ticket when it comes to their vaccines," explains Age of Autism. "It protects not only those who create the vaccines, but protects those who administer them also. Simply put, manufacturers and medical providers can make and give all the vaccines they want. They are never held accountable for any of them, including the vaccines that harm or kill people."

There are two operant Crowns in England, one being Queen Elizabeth II.

Arcturian Message to the Lemurians

(Excerpt from Pleiadian Perspectives on Ascension Book 4)

Life for most of the Lemurian era and a lesser portion of the Atlantian era was exactly like logging into a 3D video game. The higher dimensional Spirits entered into a form that was clearly a ‘game’ on the holographic matrix of fourth dimensional Earth. At first, they entered the plants and animals. Humans were so un-evolved at that time that there was little differentiation between a human and any other form of animal.

Humans were male and female just like the other third dimensional animals. Visitors from other Star Systems who were in need of biped workers had genetically engineered these ‘humanoid animals’ millennia before. However, the early Atlantians, as well as the Lemurians, were androgynous and visited earthly forms to temporarily experience the concept of gender.

Due to the actions of the later day Atlantians, the Spirit’s state of consciousness lowered, and they suffered an increasing sense of separation from the higher dimensional expressions of their Multidimensional SELF.

Eventually, their consciousness lowered so drastically that the oscillation of the sine waves of their consciousness slowed to such a low frequency that they could no longer travel inter-dimensionally. Then they became trapped in the forms that they were once just “visiting.”

Travel via consciousness is based on the oscillation of the sine waves of the traveler’s consciousness. The higher the consciousness and the faster the spin and oscillation, the more easily the Spirit (true non-physical form) can travel inter-dimensionally via consciousness.

Because the frequency of consciousness is influenced by the rate of spin of molecules within the form that Spirit is visiting, it became increasingly difficult for the visiting Spirits to remember their true consciousness while they were inhabiting a denser form.

For many millennia, Spirits visited the third/fourth dimensional reality in which the masculine and feminine polarities were separated into two different genders. These visits became longer and longer as the Spirits became addicted to the experience of lower dimensional form. These longer visits into the increasing sensation of “time” on Earth further lowered the Sprits consciousness.

Obama administration wants to make it look like Republicans are blocking 2015 government funding, so the Democrats can step in and create a gold backed currency solution.

Meanwhile, 7 global trustees—all with different sign off tiers--have a release agreement in place with Sovereign Families, Governments, Banks, BRICS for the GCR/RV to monetarily begin. It's final execution date is unknown, but monies are flowing out to holding entities and paymasters right now.
When all 7 trustees have signed off, the public announcement of the RV will occur. We have confirmationthat 3 trustees have signed off and will be receiving funds.

England's Prince William is one such trustee, and was in NYC/DC to sign off this week.

New Republic President Carter Ham is another trustee. This means that the General 64 Group & The Admiral's Group should get their start after President Ham has signed off, expected this week, as groups have been cleared to receive and disburse payouts.

No one knows how New Republic information will be made available moving forward, as it is sure to upset the general population that its USA has been bankrupted by its own elected leadership and is now in receivership of foreign Asian Elders.

But at least the TRN announcement is the cabal's official public acknowledgment of surrender, as it ends theirworldwide financially reign via the UD Federal Reserve Bank & Global Central Banking System.
Know the objective of these Asian Elders is to re-establish USA sovereignty, not occupy its boarders and control it's population. But to do this, they have to root out all the entrenched toxic power structures and replace it with new leadership. Hence the reality of a General Carter Ham--a loyal American General, working for the Asian Elders,yet serving US interests as a true patriot.
Forex rates for all revaluing currencies will adjust at a moments notice and without advanced warning. That event will occur with no public announcement. Trading at the new RV rates has been occurring for several months now.

Banks have been training employees to handle redeeming RV currency clients very discreetly, and without extra attention. Even setting up off site redemption centers to handle heavy volume and high volume clients.

Wells Fargo, Chase, Citibank and Bank of America are all now owned in majority by the Chinese Elders. Expect some large banking acquisitions and name changes in the near future. With Wells Fargo originally founded by Chinese Royal Families for Chinese American gold prospectors.

IRS, Homeland Security and FEMA Agencies will be eliminated in the new 2015 USA Republic budget. All 3agencies were illegal formed under the original USA Constitution, which will also be restored and amended by President Ham. YES ! THANK GOD

Americans will still pay taxes,just not to the IRS and not as much. Corporations and banks will have their loopholes closed as well.

All these massive changes, either in banking or basic structure of USA Republic government, has been or will be gradual, as not to upset the general population's day-to-day routine.

The Asian Royal Elders prefer an anonymous and harmonious transition, as a healthy and financially sustainable USA provides long term growth opportunities for China and the world.
