Online news sites to be blacked out during next major catastrophic event?

(NaturalNews) According to what I'm hearing from several sources in my network of contacts, the U.S. government is putting systems in place to black out online news sites like Natural News, Drudge Report, The Blaze and many others. A practice run that took place earlier this week in California has already achieved this result and confirmed the technical ability to make it happen at will.

The recent outage of news sites experienced by internet users in California was reported by this article on BeforeItsNews.com and confirmed by The Washington Times, The Blaze and other sites. The Natural News reader service team also recorded numerous complaints from California users who were unable to reach our website even though our site was fully functional and serving pages worldwide.

What was especially telling about this outage is that it only affected online news sites while allowing other internet traffic to flow normally. This selective targeting of news websites could have been accomplished by "deep packet inspection used inside the routers that move information packets along the internet," reported Before Its News technical staff. "This technology allows ISP's to look inside the packets your computer sends and receives and then make a decision to allow the packets through, modify the packets or block them. This technique can also be used to slow or speed up traffic."

The selective targeting proves that this was not a general outage. The traffic blockage was specifically targeted to online news sites.

Online news censorship being prepared in advance of large-scale event

This selective blocking that took place earlier this week is widely believed to have been a dry run for a planned online news site blockade by the federal government during an upcoming "major event."

What sort of major event? The sort of major event where the government wants its official narrative to be the only information allowed to circulate, obviously. These tend to be either terrorism events or false flag events which are seized upon by the government to enact harsh new police state regulations and surveillance initiatives to spy on the American people. Similar events in recent U.S. history include Oklahoma City, Waco and of course 9/11 -- all of which were exploited to vastly expand police militarization and the surveillance reach of the federal government. (Patriot Act, anyone?)

What all governments know is the importance of "getting out in front of the narrative" and telling the government's story first, before anyone else can look at the facts and present a more rational explanation for what happened.

Guccifer hacker warned of nuclear bombs in American cities - New York Times

The infamous hacker Guccifer, now arrested, is well known for hacking into the email accounts of members of the Bush family in the United States. According to numerous stories in the mainstream media, Guccifer acquired emails which spoke of a nuclear detonation in a major city in Pennsylvania in 2015.

A widely-cited story published in the New York times just two weeks ago revealed that Guccifer obtained information that he believed indicated a nuclear bomb would be detonated in Chicago and / or Pennsylvania in 2015. As the New York Times explains it, these are "wild conspiracy theories," but the psychologist who interviewed Guccifer insisted the man wasn't crazy at all.

Plummeting Oil Prices Could Destroy The Banks That Are Holding Trillions In Commodity Derivatives .....

Could rapidly falling oil prices trigger a nightmare scenario for the commodity derivatives market?  The big Wall Street banks did not expect plunging home prices to cause a mortgage-backed securities implosion back in 2008, and their models did not anticipate a decline in the price of oil by more than 40 dollars in less than six months this time either.  If the price of oil stays at this level or goes down even more, someone out there is going to have to absorb some absolutely massive losses.  In some cases, the losses will be absorbed by oil producers, but many of the big players in the industry have already locked in high prices for their oil next year through derivatives contracts.  The companies enter into these derivatives contracts for a couple of reasons.  Number one, many lenders do not want to give them any money unless they can show that they have locked in a price for their oil that is higher than the cost of production.  Secondly, derivatives contracts protect the profits of oil producers from dramatic swings in the marketplace.  These dramatic swings rarely happen, but when they do they can be absolutely crippling.  So the oil companies that have locked in high prices for their oil in 2015 and 2016 are feeling pretty good right about now.  But who is on the other end of those contracts?  In many cases, it is the big Wall Street banks, and if the price of oil does not rebound substantially they could be facing absolutely colossal losses.

It has been estimated that the six largest “too big to fail” banks control $3.9 trillion in commodity derivatives contracts.  And a very large chunk of that amount is made up of oil derivatives.

By the middle of next year, we could be facing a situation where many of these oil producers have locked in a price of 90 or 100 dollars a barrel on their oil but the price has fallen to about 50 dollars a barrel.

In such a case, the losses for those on the wrong end of the derivatives contracts would be astronomical.

At this point, some of the biggest players in the shale oil industry have already locked in high prices for most of their oil for the coming year.  The following is an excerpt from a recent article by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard…

US producers have locked in higher prices through derivatives contracts. Noble Energy and Devon Energy have both hedged over three-quarters of their output for 2015.
Pioneer Natural Resources said it has options through 2016 covering two- thirds of its likely production.

From Daniel Pantaleo To Darren Wilson, Police Are Almost Never Indicted

A police officer who choked an unarmed man to death on a public sidewalk will not face trial. This is the second recent high-profile case in which a grand jury declined to indict a white police officer who had killed an unarmed black civilian -- first Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and now Eric Garner on Staten Island, New York.

Those decisions underscore a fundamental truth about police force in America: that the laws are deeply stacked against the possibility that police officers will be charged, let alone convicted, of killing civilians, particularly African-Americans.

In Garner's case, the medical examiner ruled his death at the hands of the New York City Police Department a homicide. Garner had repeatedly pleaded that he couldn't breathe while an officer held him in a chokehold, which is itself barred by NYPD rules. The homicide occurred in broad daylight and was filmed from close range.

“You'd have to be blind or prejudiced to say there's no probable cause,” Garner’s mother said before the grand jury's decision came out.

Grand juries are meant to determine only whether there is "probable cause" to indict a criminal suspect -- a standard far lower than the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard that comes into play when deciding guilt at trial. Federal prosecutors secured indictments in more than 99.9 percent of the 162,000 cases they brought before grand juries in 2010. But in Missouri and New York, two grand juries decided that even that low hurdle had not been surmounted.

“First Ferguson, now Staten Island,” said Vincent Warren, executive director of the Center for Constitutional Rights. “How can anyone in the community have faith in the system now?”

And how, one might wonder, has the United States managed to imprison more than two million people if grand juries can’t find probable cause for murder or even manslaughter in two such straightforward cases, where the identities of those who killed and the means of death were clear?

It is a morning for glory! It is a morning for joy! We are making plans to come and join you in the very near future. As we ready ourselves and get into the swing of what we will be doing with you, it is a wondrous journey that we plan, and the magic of it is that there is no plan. We have devised a way by which we will be coming to you in the ways that you will be comfortable with.

It is I St. Germain, and I am so pleased to be speaking through this one again. I have been with her throughout many centuries and this one is the epitome of how we will be addressing that which we have been setting into motion energetically over the time span that we have been creating.

First I want to tell you of the trials and tribulations that have been prevalent over the planet for so long. They have come to prove something that will be represented in your realizations, which are soon to be realized as the pathways to the light and love, which you have put aside in this journey on this glorious planet earth. This planet was designed and created with the knowing that there would be an understanding when this coming evolvement is about to become your present day reality.

Yes, you will all realize when the doors come flying open to your truths that there has been reason for all that has taken place on this planet and throughout the universe. I came to this planet knowing full-well what my mission was to be. When I lowered myself into the absence of realization of who I truly am, it was a wondrous awakening that came to me after my journey in duality was complete. I knew then what each of us were undergoing and still are experiencing. I knew as well that one day all of humanity would come to the place where I am, and would rejoice in every aspect of what you all created in this whirlwind of truth.

Yes, I say truth because it is what we have created and it is what we have learned from. We have experienced that which we would not have even imagined would come to be if we had not stepped down from our knowing of who we are and what we have represented in the universal picture. We have opened up a wormhole that is now full of surprises to each of you as you awaken to the promise that you each gave to yourselves as you walked into this land of forgetfulness.

Now you are at the pivoting point of seeing that which has been your journey through the land of forgetfulness, and how much of who you truly are has been with you through the whole journey. It will be an eye-opener for so many of you, and a remembrance for the rest of you. It will be the best movie that you can have brought to the screen of life forevermore. It will show you your power and your ability to walk through the muck and the mire into the golden leaves of autumn as they collect on the ground and crinkle beneath your toes. They will speak to you of the wondrous life that you have created in the energy of the Mushaba Love and the expression of that which is in the works for you in the leaves that grow forth on the trees of Life in the coming evolvement. Yes, there is much that you will be hearing about, as shown from your own inner knowing. It will be the new realization of another facet of your evolvement, and what it will bring you to be able to walk forth in the next aspect of your coming times.

You have been told some of what I speak, and you will be hearing more and more of it as you awaken to your inner selves. You will know of what I speak when I tell of the Mushaba energy. The messages will come forth more and more of the Love Essence that emits forth from that energy that is sprouting forth from deep within each and everyone of you. You will resonate with the information more and more as your knowingness comes forth in equal measure to the information that will be coming from various sources throughout the universe. It will be another source of what you already have within, and with the rising energy of creation building in your souls you will resonate with what you know to be truth.

I shall end this message on this note. As you wander through the next days and nights to the respect and honor that you feel around you, it will be a new regime that will be forming for you. It will be endless and complete in every moment for every moment is complete in perfection. Brazil, Uruguay move away from US dollar in trade - Dec 3, 2014

Brazil and Uruguay have switched to settling bilateral trade with local currency to stimulate turnover, bypassing the US dollar.

Payments in the Brazilian real and Uruguayan peso started on Monday. The agreement was signed on November 2 by the head of Brazilian Central Bank Alexandro Tombini and his Uruguayan counterpart Alberto Grana. Both countries believe such a move would strengthen trade across Latin America.

"The agreement was the result of long negotiations between the countries belonging to Mercosur [the common market of South American countries - Ed.], as well as the global strategies of BRICS," RIA quotes Carlos Francisco Teixeira da Silva, Professor of International Relations at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Silva says the measure is a "step forward" in Latin American monetary independence, and "the best opportunity for the countries of South America to get rid of the old mechanisms of economic regulations dictated by the United States."

If the new mechanism proves to be successful, it can be further expanded to countries such as Paraguay, Bolivia, or Venezuela.

Alex Luis Ferreira, a doctor of economic sciences from the University of Sao Paulo, says "the Brazilian real is likely to be used as an exchange and reserve medium."

In November President Vladimir Putin said Russia plans to leave the "dollar dictatorship" of the market and increase the use of the ruble and the yuan in trading with China. Settlements in yuan between China and Russia have increased 800 percent in annual terms between January and September 2014.

Russia, China and Latin American countries are not the only ones interested in ditching the US dollar. The Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) which also includes Belarus and Kazakhstan is planning to create a single market for financial services by 2025 which will simplify switching to dollar-free trading. Earlier this week the Russian State Duma proposed the creation of a single area for payment in national currencies. Such measures are expected to minimize Western influence on the economy of the EEU.

Selamat Balik! We come before you with more to say. Those who are pushing the dark minions from their powerful pulpit of power are now ready to finish this process. We are informed that a series of important moves are under way, to lead to the arrest of key personnel and the transformation of a number of major governments. At present, the US de facto regime is blocking the release of the new Treasury note. This gold-backed note spells the end of the Federal Reserve note and consequently, the fall of this most illicit government. Those dark minions who control this regime are to be arrested and grandly separated from the public. All of this is ready to happen. The individuals who are to be chosen for the interim governance are in a safe place and fully ready to exercise power. A vast number of special recommendations are to be given to the new congress when it is sworn in, after the four months duration of this interim governance has expired. These recommendations are to turn congress and its other two branches into true servants of the people.

The end of a government secretly run by special interests is only the beginning. The U.S. Constitution needs to be restored to its original intent. This means that the now absent original 13th amendment is to be restored, and the illegally ratified 16th amendment stricken. These adjustments are to be further modified by a return to common law. Justice is no longer to be at the whim of a bunch of scalawags who dearly wish to up the number forced to attend their private prisons. Crime is to be apportioned to care for the needs of every community. The key is to create a true rehabilitation process that prepares all for a great and permanent prosperity. Society needs to ready itself for the coming of its mentors. Communities that are torn asunder now require means to heal. Prejudice needs to be confronted, and understanding of each other’s importance brought to the fore. Public projects need to be undertaken to bring roads, transportation systems, sewers and water supplies to a new, higher standard. Technology exists in your various societies to do this quickly. Monies are not to be the cause for delays. Once the monies start flowing, all sorts of humanitarian projects are to get underway. Once we are officially announced, we want to help. We can practically, in the twinkling of an eye, complete these various projects to end the immense disparities that currently exist around your globe. There is either an absence of sufficient water for living, or a great lack of proper sanitation. Transportation is scattered, and there is a lack of proper roads. Housing also requires a vast upgrading. To live in the coming consciousness upgrade requires a standard level of living equal to our own. We fully intend to make sure that this happens quite quickly. Heaven has a timetable we intend to meet.

As you upgrade your global living standard, you need to do so in a way that does not degrade nature. Human societies have the ability to use technology that can actually assist nature and improve the life of your surrounding ecosystems. Our cities operate in such way that the ecosystems are not disturbed. We are, after all, planetary guardians. We constantly work with the elementals to assure that each ecosystem is provided for, and thrives. Our rituals to enhance our home world and support our planetary Spiritual Hierarchy emphasize this interaction.
