Locals described the scene as "absolutely horrendous" and have called emergency services. Three (3) people arrested, woman suffers leg injury and nobody dead, when a car 'ploughs into crowd' of families and children at 50mph in 800-strong crowd at Congleton Christmas market in Cheshire, so media claims. Unfortunnaly, SoTW, was expected something like this would happen and just after Black Friday to keep the fear up among the 'muggles'.
