I foråret 2014 blev efterforskningsbureauet Parsifal hyret til at undersøge hvidvaskproblemer i Danske Banks estiske filial i kølvandet på advarsler fra bankens egen whistleblower, briten Howard Wilkinson. Aftalen var, at Parsifals hold af eksperter skulle flyve til Estland og undersøge sagen nærmere. Men kort før afrejse blev firmaet pludselig fyret. Det skriver Berlingske.

Sammen med den tidligere politimand Jan Jarlbæk, der også var partner i Parsifal, var de til flere møder om opgaven med Danske Banks daværende chefjurist Flemming Pristed. ”Flemming Pristed fortalte os videre, at det ville være skidt, såfremt Finanstilsynet fik nys om sagen, da det ville medføre blandt andet strammere kreditrating og øgede omkostninger for Danske Bank”, siger Kim Danielsen.

Trump later confirmed tanks would be present during remarks in the Oval Office.
