There is a very powerful day I believe we can all use to create and empower our personal lives. That day is September 13th. On this day the Moon will unite with both benefics, Jupiter and Venus. The evening on that day (Central Time Zone) the Moon is between Jupiter and Venus and the Moon will be in the nakshatra of Vishaka (ruled by Jupiter). It is a day of power and unique positive energy. On this day make an intention with prayer and know your intention will come to manifestation. Just make sure your intention is for your highest good. Sungazing is a simple practice which is as the name suggests: gazing at the sun. At sunrise or sunset, when the sun is closest to our planet, sungazers stand on the ground and look at the sun for about ten seconds. Ten seconds are added every day, and some people reach a duration of 44 minutes.

Ancient Egyptians, Tibetans, Indians, Aztecs, and Mayans understood the strong link between the sun and health and argued that that this practice benefited them by healing common diseases, eliminating the need to eat, and even making telepathy possible. Hira Ratan Manek is the man who made sun gazing popular as the HRM phenomenon and let NASA test him to validate the benefits of the practice. The test was done by doctors at the University of Pennsylvania and it involved tracking 24 hours daily, 24/7. Manek managed to survive the ordeal by consuming small amounts of water and buttermilk in addition to sunlight.

Experts claim that energy-not food- is needed in order to maintain the human body properly.
