What is ICD-9, you probably are asking. Well, it’s the official International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Edition, used to assign codes to diagnose and procedures associated with hospital utilization in the United States [1], and published by none other than the U.S. CDC. See chart below.


You will note from the listing how many poisonings and other adverse effects by or from vaccines are listed along with their ICD-9 codes. Why weren’t those codes used when infants, toddlers and teens were taken to emergency rooms by parents who say their children were compromised by vaccines?

Note none other than U.S. CDC’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid published that defining information!

However, in trying to research the current ICD-10, there seems to be some ‘sanitation efforts’ going on of the incriminating information regarding vaccines causing poisoning! Hmmm.

So, if the fact vaccines can and do poison was an accepted and published admission by the CDC for specific medical insurance coding reasons why, then, is everyone in Big Pharma, medical doctors, FDA, pharmacists and vaccine pushers, and the media so doggone upset about parents, guardians and affected individuals talking about, documenting and reporting their experiences, plus independent vaccine data/information researchers exercising their constitutional rights to free speech?

Good question? How about “active censorship” and/or suppression of our rights to self-determination?

A bus has driven into a pedestrian underpass in the center of Moscow, killing at least 5 and injuring 15 others, a source in the emergency services told Sputnik, with the death toll being later confirmed by police.

According to the mayor of Moscow, who has arrived at the scene of the crash, two people are in critical condition as a result of the accident.

"According to preliminary information, a bus drove into the underground passage at the metro station Slavyansky Bulvar," the source said.
The driver of the bus, who was detained earlier in the day, said as quoted by the Russian Investigative Committee that "the bus, while being at the bus stop, suddenly began to move on its own. At the same time, despite his attempts to stop the bus, the braking system malfunctioned and the bus continued to move."

Dronning Elizabeth II hylder i sit årlige julebudskab byerne London og Manchester for deres håndtering af ekstremisters terrorangreb tidligere i år.

"Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" was the only message facing disheartened visitors who tried to access Julian Assange's official Twitter account on Monday.

It was not immediately clear whether the leader of the transparency organization Wikileaks deleted the account @JulianAssange himself, or whether it was expunged by malignant hackers. It reportedly vanished in the early hours of Monday morning.

  • Even after a rough week, bitcoin is trading at around $14,400.
  • A recent research note from Morgan Stanley points out how hard it is to justify that valuation.
  • The scarcity of people willing to accept it as a means of payment indicates that its actual value might be nothing.

Morgan Stanley analyst James Faucette and his team sent a research note to clients a few days ago suggesting that the real value of bitcoin might be ... $0.

That's zero dollars. (Bitcoin stood at around $14,400 at the time of writing.)

The paper (titled "Bitcoin decrypted") did not give a price target for bitcoin.

But in a section titled "Attempts to Value Bitcoin," Faucette described why it is so hard to ascribe value to the cryptocurrency. It's not like a currency, it's not like gold, and it has had difficulty scaling. He concluded:

• Very difficult question to answer, but some points to consider

• Can Bitcoin be valued like a currency? No. There is no interest rate associated with Bitcoin.

• Like digital gold? Maybe. Does not have any intrinsic use like gold has in electronics or jewelry. But investors appear to be ascribing some value to it.

• Is it a payment network? Yes but it is tough to scale and does not charge a transaction fee.

• Bitcoin average daily trading volume of $3bn (last 30 days) vs $5.4 trillion in the FX market.

• Est. <$300mn in daily purchase volume vs. $17bn for Visa.
