Canada Passport

Montreal: Canadian citizens who do not identify as male or female will soon be able to mark “X” on their passports and other identity documents, the government said Thursday.

From August 31, citizens will be able to add an “observation” to their passports stating their sex should be “identified as ‘X’, indicating it is unspecified,” the government said in a statement.

The move will help Canadians have documents that “better reflect their gender identity,” it said.

These interim measures will be in force until authorities are able to print an “X” on passports and other documents.

“By introducing an ‘X’ gender designation in our government-issued documents, we are taking an important step towards advancing equality for all Canadians regardless of gender identity or expression,” said immigration, refugees and citizenship minister Ahmad Hussen.

The former Democratic National Committee chairperson accused of fixing the 2016 Democratic party primary in favor of Hillary Clinton has been cleared of fraud in a federal court.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz became embroiled in a political scandal during last year’s US presidential election after the DNC email hack revealed she had been vocal in her criticisms of Clinton’s Democratic rival Bernie Sanders – conduct which Sanders supporters believe goes against the DNC’s official neutrality in primary contests.

Federal Judge William Zloch dismissed a lawsuit brought by two Miami lawyers, Jared and Elizabeth Beck, on behalf of more than 100 Sanders supporters who claim the email leak proves Wasserman Schultz “rigged” the primary process for the former US secretary of state.

Zloch wrote in his judgement: "The Court must now decide whether Plaintiffs have suffered a concrete injury particularized to them, or one certainly impending, that is traceable to the DNC and its former chair’s conduct – the keys to entering federal court. The Court holds that they have not, which means the truth of their claims cannot be tested in this Court."

Lawyers for Jared and Elizabeth Beck have tried to link their lawsuit to the unsolved murder of Seth Rich, the DNC staffer who was shot in the back while out in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington in July 2016.....[READ MORE]

U.S. Army fudged its accounts by trillions of dollars, auditor finds

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The United States Army's finances are so jumbled it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced.

The Defense Department's Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.

As a result, the Army's financial statements for 2015 were "materially misstated," the report concluded. The "forced" adjustments rendered the statements useless because "DoD and Army managers could not rely on the data in their accounting systems when making management and resource decisions."

Disclosure of the Army's manipulation of numbers is the latest example of the severe accounting problems plaguing the Defense Department for decades.

The report affirms a 2013 Reuters series revealing how the Defense Department falsified accounting on a large scale as it scrambled to close its books. As a result, there has been no way to know how the Defense Department - far and away the biggest chunk of Congress' annual budget - spends the public's money.

The new report focused on the Army's General Fund, the bigger of its two main accounts, with assets of $282.6 billion in 2015. The Army lost or didn't keep required data, and much of the data it had was inaccurate, the IG said.

"Where is the money going? Nobody knows," said Franklin Spinney, a retired military analyst for the Pentagon and critic of Defense Department planning.

The significance of the accounting problem goes beyond mere concern for balancing books, Spinney said. Both presidential candidates have called for increasing defense spending amid current global tension.

An accurate accounting could reveal deeper problems in how the Defense Department spends its money. Its 2016 budget is $573 billion, more than half of the annual budget appropriated by Congress.

The most important events that are waiting to go ahead are dependent on the first move to introduce a re-valuation of the currencies. It is the key to many important changes that have been prepared in advance, that will see elections quickly arranged to enable a new Republic to be established and a new President installed. Meantime Paul Ryan who has already been sworn in will be the President Elect until new elections are held to find a new Leader.

The ultimate aim is to ensure prosperity for everyone. It will take time but delays will be kept to a minimum because all of the groundwork has already been carried out. NESARA and GESARA are most important parts of the changes that will totally alter the future so that a Golden Age can commence. Once the present chaos and troubles are overcome the changes will all come into being much quicker than you can imagine. The preparations have long been ready, and those appointed to take charge are well aware of the tasks that lay ahead.

The waiting game will have to go on a little longer but do not despair as you will be assured of benefiting from all that has been promised. For many it will be full of pleasant surprises, well beyond anything you may have imagined. Many of the old ways will have to be changed to reflect a society that has moved on where their level of consciousness is concerned.

Peace will become your reality allowing people to come together in a common pursuit for growth, and love that will come from the recognition that regardless of Race or colour you are all One. You will see all Countries start working together for the betterment of all, and settle their differences in a peaceful manner. Beloved brothers and sisters, you knew before you eagerly volunteered to help Earth’s peoples awaken that you would not be immune to physical, mental or emotional conditions that dense bodies are vulnerable to and you wouldn’t be exempt from hardships that are commonplace in a third-density world. Of the many, many souls who volunteered, only the strongest were chosen—you are among them because your abundant inner strength helps you surmount encountered obstacles.

We know from experience that it is far easier to confidently choose such a mission than to manage its challenges when everything known at soul level is forgotten. However, along with the advantage of advanced conscious and spiritual awareness, you have information that most people do not. To keep on topic, you know that low energy can be one of the effects of bodies adjusting to increasing vibratory levels and, for light-filled bodies, the changing of cells from carbon to crystalline. You know, too, that discouragement—perhaps because progress is coming more slowly than you anticipated—emits the low vibrations that not only lower energy levels, but the universal law of attraction responds to those feelings by providing more circumstances that evoke them. Man kan vel spekulere i om Google, Facebook, Twitter osv, er en del af CIA's programmer og dermed en del af DARPA, men det er stadig skræmmende.. Europa-Parlamentets Retsudvalg's har allerede forslag i sin beslutning om lovbestemmelser for robotter, der er i stand til at handle med høj grad af autonomi og træffe deres egne beslutninger ved at være udstyret med AI og have fysisk fri bevægelighed kaldet: 'european civil law rules in robotics'.. Stadig flere militærrobotter kan fungere uden menneskelig indblanding, vi skal huske på, fuldt udviklet (AI) semi-og fuldt autonome systemer er skabt til, militæret og ikke det civile. Er slet ikke i tvivl om, at alt som bliver introduceret mod det civile samfund, slet ikke kan sammenlignes med det som allerede er udviklet og anvendt i militæret. Vi snakker om tophemmelige militærrobotter, som er meget mere avanceret.. Bare som et eksempel, jeg var som udvekslingsstudent udstyret med en familie, hvis far arbejde som lowtech security advisor i NASA/amerikanske militær. Det er helt tilbage i midten af 80'erne, allerede dengang, fik jeg fortællinger om autonome robotter, som for en ung mand, var særdeles skræmmende. Har senere snakket med folk som har opereret i det amerikanske militær og de griner nærmest højlydt, fordi det vi ser i dag, havde man prototyper af, i 60'erne (hvis ikke før), hvis man har sat sig lidt ind i Military Industrial Complex Secret Space Program (MIC-SSP) (USAF led Space Corps, US Naval The Solar Warden Space Fleet, CIA's programmer, NSA, DARPA osv). Men, jeg ved godt, jeg nok er blandt ganske få danskere, som tror på den slags. Virkeligheden er, for nogen som mig, vi lever i en avanceret simuleret Lego Star Wars verden, som ingen kender til, endnu. Artificial Intelligences har altid eksisteret i universet, nu har mennesket bare sat dem ind i en blikdåse... |

Manden bag Tesla Elon Musk og Googles Mustafa Suleyman står i spidsen for en gruppe af over 100 eksperter, der nu opfordrer FN til at gøre noget for at beskytte os mod farerne ved dødbringende autonome våben så hurtigt som muligt.
