Resumé: Formålet med lovforslaget er at indføre regler, hvorefter det bliver tilladt at tvangsbehandle varigt inhabile somatiske patienter over 15 år. Desuden foreslås det at indføre regler om tvangsindgreb, som skal sikre, at tvangsbehandlingen kan gennemføres, herunder regler om fysisk fastholdelse, anvendelse af beroligende medicin, tvangsindlæggelse, tilbageholdelse og tilbageførsel samt regler om gennemførelse af personlig hygiejne. The Government is hiding a devastating report that shows rehabilitation courses taken by thousands of jailed rapists and paedophiles make them more dangerous once they are released.


According to the study, prisoners who take the courses are at least 25 per cent more likely to be convicted of further sex crimes than those who do not, suggesting that the sessions may have created hundreds of extra victims.

The controversial Sex Offender Treatment Programme (SOTP), a six-month psychological group-therapy course, is believed to have cost taxpayers well over £100 million since it was set up in 1991.

Before the report was compiled, about 1,000 prisoners had been taking the 'core' programme at a cost of about £7 million a year, many at eight sex offender treatment 'hubs' – specialist jails where thousands of such criminals are concentrated.

Selamat Balik! An amazing degree of progress is occurring despite the immense daily requirement of counting prospective distribution funds. As all of this continues, it is evident the current banking system with its limits is causing a slowdown, which is why it's clear that a new banking system is needed. It is unfortunate that even though we are on the brink of wider prosperity, we are stuck with the very clumsy and inadequate reality of an older and more limiting banking system. Nevertheless, the counting and accompanying realities of the new one are clearly coming to pass!

This process may have been slowed, but it is not to be stopped. Until all currencies are fully accounted for by the new monies, the process demands that none of these currencies be released. When this process is completed, a new and more adequate banking system is to arise. At that time, you can then interact with a reality that is fully capable of easily meeting your every need. Until then, remain patient and ready to use what you are then to be given. The best is truly yet to come! This process may seem tedious and slow but it is progressively being accomplished!

The Petya ransomware
In May, the WannaCry ransomware virus quickly spread around the world infecting hundreds of thousands of computers and locking their owners out of files. Now, it appears another piece of malware is infecting machines at scale.What is ransomware and how can you avoid it?

A new strain has reportedly taken Ukraine banks offline and locked government officials out of their computers, as well as infecting the systems of a Danish shipping company.

At present, reports about the malware have focussed on the impact on computers in Ukraine. But security researchers have said it is spreading quickly.
