The definition of foreign aid
has been changed to include some military spending, in a move that
charities fear will lead to less cash being spent on directly
alleviating poverty.
The change in wording was agreed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development
(OECD) after the UK and other countries lobbied to be allowed to use
overseas aid budgets to support the military and security forces in
fragile countries, as long as this still promotes development goals.
The move paves the way for Britain to spend more of its £12bn aid
budget in countries that have suffered conflict, while still hitting its
target of spending 0.7% of its national income on helping poorer
countries. Justine Greening,
the international development secretary, said: “It is firmly in
Britain’s national interest to fight disease and conflict and promote
global stability, which is why the UK government has been at the
forefront of work to modernise the international rules which govern how
overseas aid is spent.
Jonas Dahl, gruppeformand, SF

It’s no secret that many of the companies in the world are owned by just a handful of mega-corporations. This information fittingly makes people worried. Though being such a large company is not inherently evil, the power that often comes with it exceeds that which any one entity should have.
Check out these exceptional infographics to see how so few corporations own so many companies.
First up, food manufacturers. Just 10 corporations own well over 100 companies.
And now, banks. What was roughly 40 banks 25 years ago, is now just an astounding 4…
Even airlines have gone from 10 to just 4.
There are not too many variations of cars anymore either…
Sure, there are plenty of struggling micro-breweries out there. But, most of the beer you drink is owned by one of these 9:
And lastly, good old American television, with all its variety of programming, is at the whim of just 7 companies.
Since three days ago, Goldman Sachs Asia Chairman, Tim Leissner, has taken a “personal leave” obviously to escape from the recent money laundering and bribery scandals involving with no less than Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Razak, involving Saudi royal money.
It turns out that the unexplainable disappearance of some portion of the $681 million of Saudi royal family “donation” to Razak are scattered through various bank accounts throughout Asia.
This is huge because now we can see a possible correlation of this scandal to the two Malaysian airliners’ disappearance in the Indian Ocean and false flag shot down inside Ukrainian airspace.
A few minutes ago, Bloomberg reports,
“Singapore has seized “a large number” of bank accounts in connection with possible money-laundering in the country, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Commercial Affairs Department said in a joint e-mailed statement in response to queries on 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
“In connection with these investigations, we have sought and are continuing to seek information from several financial institutions, are interviewing various individuals, and have seized a large number of bank accounts,” the agencies said on Monday. They added Singapore has been “actively investigating” possible money-laundering and other offenses since mid-2015.
[Kp note: Yes, the original title of this was “”, and later I realized it should have been “Sailing Away”. So now it’s as it was posted by Zap and Hobie at RMN.] As usual, I’d suggest using discernment with all of the funds, RVs, et al. Envision a brighter picture for this planet, but live in this moment. That’s it. Also I like to essentially put all “dates of this” and “dates for that” in the back, and to LIVE and BE in this moment… not in the dates numbers.
Music lyrics and no video are at the end.
A few selected highlights.
[Poof] Yes, we see all the many ways in which the world
is going psycho. It is clear that every voice out there has an opinion
and the loudest are the louder ones preaching destruction and chaos.
There will be some of that; you already know it, you are in it and you
were warned about it. Stay attuned to the warnings and at the same time
detach from the potential for fear. [Susan] The movement behind the curtain this passed week has been
amazing. Don’t give up on your dreams they are about to become a
reality. Much love, Susan [Zap] “BY ALL ACCOUNTS, IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE ARRIVED. THE TRANSFER
FROM THE TRUST SHOULD BE CLEARED BY TUESDAY, AND FUNDS USABLE ON
WEDNESDAY. SO THE INFRASTRUCTURE WILL GET STARTED, AND AWAY WE GO. “THE POWER OF SUCCESS RULES NOW. TAKE THIS TO MEAN ALL THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF THAT STATEMENT. “WE DO HAVE SOME INCREDIBLE TECH THAT WAS PROVIDED BY BOTH
TERRESTRIAL AND OTHER SOURCES, AND THESE WILL MEAN THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN A LIFELESS PLANET, AND A BACK-TO-PRISTINE-CONDITION ONE. TAKE
HEART AS WE ARE NOT FAR AWAY NOW, AND WILL GET THIS DONE RIGHT QUICK. “…FROM THE INTEL I GET, THE PPP WILL BE COMING OUT INTO ITS OWN
ANYTIME. I HOPE SO. IT WILL HELP MANY. THE STUFF I AM DOING IS VASTLY
DIFFERENT, BUT IT WILL GIVE A SIMILAR HELPING HAND TO MANY I THINK.”

Did a Chinese banker just announce the biggest event in human history
Last week Zhou Xiaochuan, the head of China’s central bank, announced, in a jargon filled technical interview, that China would no longer be pegging its currency to the US dollar. Instead, the Chinese yuan will be linked to a broad basket of currencies, Zhou said.
This seemingly arcane shift could trigger a collapse in the US dollar, which, as economist Peter Schiff put it “will be the single largest event in human history.”
The fact is that 84% of the US workforce is in the service sector (banking, government, retail etc.), meaning they do not actually make anything. In other words, the Americans do not make enough stuff to pay for the stuff they are getting from the rest of the world. The corporate propaganda media still cling to the lie that the US is the world’s biggest economy and China is number two. That is outright fiction. The Chinese, for example, produce 11 times more steel than the US and, in the last 3 years alone, have produced more concrete than the US used during the entire 20th century. The Chinese have decided enough it enough and demanded real payment for their goods, not so-called US dollars.
The significance of the shift has been underlined by the double digit collapse in world trade in January and the shutting of US ports. Chinese exports in January fell by 11.2% year on year while imports fell 18.8%. Most of this was related to the US. The message was clear, the US was not going to be allowed any more to pay for stuff with money printed out of thin air.
This Chinese move is what prompted US Corporate Government Presidential spokesperson Barack Obama to ask Chinese elders and the Rothschild family for permission to devalue the US dollar, which was, as reported here last week, denied.
The failure to get permission to devalue the US dollar prompted Obama’s handlers to call an unscheduled emergency summit meeting of ASEAN heads of state last week in California.
In fact, the real meeting that took place in California was between General Joseph Dunford, head of the US military and General Mulyono, chief of staff of the Indonesian armed forces. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss................

North Korea; President Putin; Zika virus, microcephaly; refugees; challenges; “true self”; what happens to souls: lingering near Earth, abortion, suicide
With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We begin by addressing issues foremost in thoughts around the world. North Korea’s recent successes in rocketry were not unexpected by analysts who have been observing activity in that country; nevertheless, this is of concern because Kim Jong-un is considered unstable, egoistic and ambitious. What none of them knows is that if North Korean scientists attempted to launch a missile bearing a nuclear warhead, crews in spacecraft surrounding Earth will assure its failure just as they have done with more than a dozen Illuminati attempts during the past several years.
Our perspective of “Putin’s aggression in Eastern Europe” is that this is an Illuminati-promulgated implication that he will forcibly bring Baltic countries and others under Russia’s governmental and economic control. That is not his intention, and as a reminder, the Illuminati feed on the energy of fear and resort to any means to engender fear.
With talk of a ceasefire, albeit temporary, it is natural that violence has escalated in Syria, where energy long has been chaotically directed; and, with several diverse contingents at battle in that country and nearby countries, a lasting ceasefire will not come until those energy streamers have run out their course. While Russia is criticized for its air strikes that aid the Assad regime as well as help ground forces regain areas taken over by the Islamic State, President Putin and other influential individuals are working behind the scenes to bring stability throughout the Mideast and North Africa.
