Rob – Alright ladies and gentlemen. Once again, here we go with another wonderful interview with our emissary of light, Cobra, the true voice of the Resistance here giving us the real latest updates and Intel on what’s going on and we’re going to move into lots of different stuff here today. We’re going to get right into it. First of all, Cobra, welcome to the show. Once again, thank you so much for doing me the honor of coming here on the Victory of the Light Radio show.

COBRA – Thank you for your invitation again.

Rob – It’s always my pleasure. One thing I forgot to ask last month. It was shortly afterwards, but there were reports that there were four or five reporters had received direct satellite information confirmation of planes that hit the 9-11 towers and that they weren’t as we were told and that they had actually intended to start their own network. The very famous journalist, one of the top ranked in the USA according to mainstream media, was Brian Williams. And three of his partners and four other journalists were killed – I think within 72 hours under mysterious circumstances, including one who had a heart attack four hours after the Edward Snowden interview. Can you confirm if these are Cabal related hits?

COBRA - Yes, most of them were, unfortunately.

Rob – Yea, that’s not good. Of course we’ve had the latest news here. The information in regards to Putin was reported missing. I did just get Intel which I was checking right before the interview here that he has actually surfaced and said that, it would be boring without drama. I didn’t think anything too big was going on. He has ordered in response to . . . I believe Finland is massing some troops for an exercise on the border. He is actually, Putin, I’m speaking of, has mobilized some troops to the north in what he calls a snap readiness. Can you comment on this situation?

COBRA - He is just having the troops in readiness to counteract any possible offensive that could be orchestrated from the side of the Cabal. So he is not having any aggressivetendencies, but he just wants to make sure that Russia is defended against any type of crazy behavior.

Lad os se på et højst interessant bud på hvordan Bankerne fungere mht. gældsbeviser (kreditlån, huslån)

I bank verden er der ingen definition på penge. Hvordan kan det nu være, jamen alt hvad bankerne gør, er at udstede papir og veksle dem frem og tilbage og bogføre. Derimod er der definitioner på:

• Gældsbeviser (promissory notes)
• Veksler (bills of exchange)
• Omsætningspapir (negotiable instruments)

Likviditeten for en bank er; evnen til at opfylde sine økonomiske forpligtelser, når de forfalder. Banken udlåner finansielle investeringer i relativt likvide aktiver, men finansierer sine lån med hovedsagelig kortfristede forpligtelser. Således en af ​​de vigtigste udfordringer for en bank er at sikre sin likviditet under alle rimelige forhold.

Bankens likvide beholdninger er umiddelbart tilgængelige midler, der nemt og hurtigt kan omsættes. Kontanter er det mest likvide middel
... Et realkreditinstitut fungerer ikke som et almindeligt pengeinstitut, der kan tage imod indlån eller låne penge hos et andet pengeinstitut og låne dem videre. Instituttet er afhængige af, om der findes en investor (måske en alm. bank, pensionsselskab, investeringsbank ) til at finansiere de udstedte obligationer til f.eks. sit hus, men vidste i, at alt foregår elektronisk? Igen, ingen fysiske penge tilstede. Vi ved efterhånden, at Realkreditinstitutterne tjener Deres penge ved, Deres høje Bidragssats, men vidste i også uanset om renten falder eller stiger, er det kun os som låntagere og investorerne, som mærker ændringerne. Realkreditinstitutterne PÅSTÅR at Bidragssatsen svarer til rentemarginalen i et pengeinstitut, men er det  nu også rigtigt. Fundingomkostninger må da alt andet lige, ligge langt lavere for et pengeinstitut end for et Realkreditinstitut (Udlånsmarginalen er forskellen mellem det, du betaler i rente for dit lån, og bankens omkostninger ved at stille pengene til rådighed for dig) .... kom lige på afveje og vil ikke gøre mig klog på det.....men vi ved jo godt hvem som skummer fløden, store lønstigninger i realkreditten, der påstår, den er presset på indtjening - husejerne betaler gildet eller læs om Kim Paulsen som nægter at betale for den seneste gebyrstigning på sit realkreditlån, og han er klar til en principiel sag ved en domstol.......

.... nu til tilbage til bankerne ... Jamen er det ikke kontrakt brud, at bankerne ikke handler med rede penge? Juridisk set, kan man ikke låne noget ud, som man ikke har som kontanter eller i sin beholdning - ergo bryder bankerne de gyldne regler. Men sådanne forholder det sig ikke i virkelighedens banker forstås, bankerne sikre sig ved noget som hedder "Securitization" - global industriel defakto nu om dage; basal set tager man de dokumenter (gældsbeviser m.m.) som vi underskriver i bankerne og sikre dem som likvider..  (Bankerne er som sagt pengeløse!!).

Jaaa, så langt så godt, dog gør bankerne noget endnu mere smart, de overdrager nu tingene videre til SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle/Entity) - SPV er selskaber der er oprettet for en bestemt, begrænset og normalt midlertidigt formål. De er aktieselskaber eller interessentskaber, hvis formål er modtage gæld fra et andet selskab. Ved at overføre sin gæld fra sin egen balance til en SPV virksomhed er "bankerne" nu i stand til at isolere sig fra enhver risiko, som gælden kan udgøre. SPV anvendes ofte i securitisation af lån eller andre instrumenter. For eksempel kan en bank udstede et sikkerhedsgaranteret realkreditlån (MBS), hvor indtægterne stammer fra tilbagebetalinger fra en pulje af realkreditlånet - Ønsket fra bankerne kan være, en juridisk adskildelse fra de lån, ved at oprette en SPV.

Dvs. banken får altid betaling (fra os husejere via vores afdrag), samme gør SPV (der nu ejer vores gældsbevis / huslån fra banken), de selskaber som forsikre SPV for penge (forsikringspolicer).

Surviviors of institutional abuse have expressed outrage over Government plans to seal all major industrial school and orphanage investigation records for 75 years.

The move, which also allows for the possible destruction of documents, must now be ratified by the Dáil in a bill which will be brought forward by Education Minister Jan O'Sullivan.

The Irish Independent has learned that the bill has been approved by Cabinet for drafting.

The Retention of Records Bill 2015 will provide for the strict and confidential sealing of documents from the Commission into Child Abuse, the Residential Institutions Redress Board and the Residential Institutions Review Committee.

Tom Cronin of Irish Survivors of Institutional Abuse International said abuse survivors were "shocked and horrified" that the records would be sealed for so long.

"I can understand that these documents are sensitive and that they might need to be sealed for a period of years.

"But why seal them for 75 years? Why not seal them for five or 10 years? By the time they can be accessed again, everyone associated with this most shameful period of Irish history will be long dead. The whole thing won't be anything more than a footnote in history by 2090," he said.

Mr Cronin also expressed concern that, by sealing the documents, the Government may unwittingly frustrate any potential future legal action by abuse survivors.
