It was a historic week on Planet Earth. This message through our dear Kathryn will begin to explain the monumental changes that were created above and below, bringing the inter-dimensional connections closer than ever, since before the sinking of Atlantis. Many of you are aware that Kathryn planned a workshop/retreat near her home in the Mid-Hudson Valley in New York State. The group stayed in a small eco-friendly retreat center on the Crystal Mountain - the site of the great, newly reactivated crystal which is the twin of the great Arkansas crystal deposit. The crystals were reconnected late this summer during a previous retreat, and serve now as the energy transmitters that carried the ascension energies from the retreat across the country and across the globe.

I de senere år er brugen af kolesterolsænkende lægemidler vokset kraftigt i den vestlige verden. Det mest udbredte middel til at hæmme kolesterolproduktionen er statinpræparater. I Danmark bliver omkring 600.000 mennesker behandlet med statin, heraf 80 pct. med præparatet Simvastatin. Uheldigvis lider en stor del af patienterne af muskelsmerter som bivirkning til statin-brug – en bivirkning, man hidtil har stået uforstående overfor. Måske kan denne artikel gøre dig i stand til, at få ny viden om hvordan vi bliver manipuleret af Big Pharma industrien. At sænke kolesteroltallet har været en stor fokus på den medicinske profession for de sidste tre årtier. En rutinemæssig læge besøg indebærer kontrol af kolesteroltal, og alt for ofte forlader patienten lægens kontor med en recept på nogle typer af kolesterolnedsænkende medicin.

Kroppen har brug for kolesterol. Kolesterol er en vital komponent i hver celle. Uden kolesterol kan kroppen ikke lave vitale hormoner som østrogen, testosteron og kortison. Kolesterol er en forløber for det hormon kendt som D-vitamin, som er afgørende for et godt helbred. Faktisk kan et for lavt kolesteroltal øger en persons risiko for dødsfald.

The method to transmit power wirelessly is just the same as the method to transmit data through WiFi or radio/TV broadcasts. You just need to raise transmission wattage to that same level they used for HAARP, 4 gigawatts.

Of course, we also need to install antennas in order to receive wireless power. It doesn’t matter how many people would connect their homes though the transmission, it won’t overload the system ever!

As we’ve mentioned a while back both China and Japan are already manufacturing free energy devices which we might be able to purchase when the reset is completed.

A whole series of changes lay ahead of you now that the dark Ones plans have been thwarted.

However, in time all will be revealed and no individual will find any hiding place. The higher vibrations are no place for any lesser Beings as there comes a point when only the truth can exist.

The dark Ones have had their day and in spite of all you may know about them, as with any other soul we offer them the opportunity to turn to the Light without any recriminations. They will however have a long way to go to fully recover their position in it.

As you will have undoubtedly realised, our prime desire is to see every soul fully returning to the Light, and every opportunity will be given to them. You will notice that we do not talk about punishment for wayward souls, but compassion by giving them every chance to return to the Light. The journalist Søren K. Villemoes seemed confident coming out of the courtroom. But his counterpart, the University of Copenhagen's former associate professor Niels Harrit, though expressing optimism to the University Post, seemed unhappy with the performance of his star witness.

This is the short conclusion after a four-hour long court drama in the Eastern High Court (Østre Landsret) in Copenhagen. The issue? Whether it was in the realm of press freedoms of speech for journalist Søren K. Villemoes from Weekendavisen to call Niels Harrit, associate professor, a ‘crackpot’ [in Danish, 'tosse', ed.] in an opinion piece. The wider issue is whether the World Trade Center building collapsed from fire, or by a controlled demolition, as Niels Harrit has argued.

Søren Villemoes was not surprised about what went on in the courtroom. "I would be surprised if this higher court does not confirm the lower court's ruling after today," he said to the University Post subsequent to the proceedings.
