Here in the spiritual realms, where you will soon be able to gain instant and limitless access whenever you wish, we continue to observe with delight the enormous ongoing progress that humanity is making towards its inevitable awakening. It is inevitable, and the moment of its occurrence is closer in every moment. There is only the now moment, which is infinite, never ending, in which all happens, in which all that is exists. And you are going to become aware of that and then open to it, whereupon you will be overwhelmed with amazement at the wonder of it, and in the new-found awareness that you have always been here!

Nothing has ever been withheld from you, it is just that the illusion which you built, and which seems to contain and limit you, has been a very convincing and long drawn out dream. So convincing that you fear to release yourselves from it because you believe that should you do so your existence will be terminated because there seems to be nothing apart from it. Of course nothing could be further from the Truth! You are all eternal beings playing with limitation and termination – death, oblivion, nothingness – through the illusion of time.

You do get momentary feelings or sensations that life is far more than you imagine it to be, that it should be uplifting, inspiring, truly joyful, but you mostly dismiss those feelings as childish nonsense, childish dreams that you have have outgrown. And you teach your children the same lessons. But today’s children are refusing, on a massive scale, to learn those ridiculous lessons, and they are demonstrating to you, by the way they are choosing to live, how misguided you have been. And that is yet another reason for rejoicing.

Today’s children are far less unconscious or unaware of their divine heritage, and are far less willing to cover their Light with a dark cloak and kowtow to the rules and dogmas of their families, cultures, and religions. They know, they absolutely KNOW that those rules and dogmas are insane, but many of them have not yet reached the point at which it comes fully into their conscious human awareness, or the point at which they are ready to disclose to you and to others their knowledge and understanding. They love you and do not wish to frighten you.

Guess What Happened The Last Time The Price Of Oil Crashed Like This?

There has only been one other time in history when the price of oil has crashed by more than 40 dollars in less than 6 months.  The last time this happened was during the second half of 2008, and the beginning of that oil price crash preceded the great financial collapse that happened later that year by several months.  Well, now it is happening again, but this time the stakes are even higher.  When the price of oil falls dramatically, that is a sign that economic activity is slowing down.  It can also have a tremendously destabilizing affect on financial markets.  As you will read about below, energy companies now account for approximately 20 percent of the junk bond market.  And a junk bond implosion is usually a signal that a major stock market crash is on the way.  So if you are looking for a “canary in the coal mine”, keep your eye on the performance of energy junk bonds.  If they begin to collapse, that is a sign that all hell is about to break loose on Wall Street.

It would be difficult to overstate the importance of the shale oil boom to the U.S. economy.  Thanks to this boom, the United States has become the largest oil producer on the entire planet.

Yes, the U.S. now actually produces more oil than either Saudi Arabia or Russia.  This “revolution” has resulted in the creation of  millions of jobs since the last recession, and it has been one of the key factors that has kept the percentage of Americans that are employed fairly stable.

Unfortunately, the shale oil boom is coming to an abrupt end.  As a recent Vox article discussed, OPEC has essentially declared a price war on U.S. shale oil producers…

For all intents and purposes, OPEC is now engaged in a “price war” with the United States. What that means is that it’s very cheap to pump oil out of places like Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. But it’s more expensive to extract oil from shale formations in places like Texas and North Dakota. So as the price of oil keeps falling, some US producers may become unprofitable and go out of business. The result? Oil prices will stabilize and OPEC maintains its market share.

If the price of oil stays at this level or continues falling, we will see a significant number of U.S. shale oil companies go out of business and large numbers of jobs will be lost.  The Saudis know how to play hardball, and they are absolutely ruthless.  In fact, we have seen this kind of scenario happen before…

Robert McNally, a White House adviser to former President George W. Bush and president of the Rapidan Group energy consultancy, told Reuters that Saudi Arabia “will accept a price decline necessary to sweat whatever supply cuts are needed to balance the market out of the US shale oil sector.” Even legendary oil man T. Boone Pickens believes Saudi Arabia is in a stand-off with US drillers and frackers to “see how the shale boys are going to stand up to a cheaper price.” This has happened once before. By the mid-1980’s, as oil output from Alaska’s North Slope and the North Sea came on line (combined production of around 5-6 million barrels a day), OPEC set off a price war to compete for market share. As a result, the price of oil sank from around $40 to just under $10 a barrel by 1986.

But the energy sector has been one of the only bright spots for the U.S. economy in recent years.  If this sector starts collapsing, it is going to have a dramatic negative impact on our economic outlook.  For example, just consider the following numbers from a recent Business Insider article…

Specifically, if prices get too low, then energy companies won’t be able to cover the cost of production in the US. This spending by energy companies, also known as capital expenditures, is responsible for a lot of jobs.

“The Energy sector accounts for roughly one-third of S&P 500 capex and nearly 25% of combined capex and R&D spending,” Goldman Sachs’ Amanda Sneider writes.

Even more troubling is what this could mean for the financial markets.

As I mentioned above, energy companies now account for close to 20 percent of the entire junk bond market.  As those companies start to fail and those bonds start to go bad, that is going to hit our major banks really hard…

Everyone could suffer if the collapse triggers a wave of defaults through the high-yield debt market, and in turn, hits stocks. The first to fall: the banks that were last hit by the housing crisis.

Why could that happen?

Well, energy companies make up anywhere from 15 to 20 percent of all U.S. junk debt, according to various sources.

It would be hard to overstate the seriousness of what the markets could potentially be facing.

The false flagging of North Korea: CIA weaponizes Hollywood

The campaign of aggression against North Korea, from the hacking of Sony and the crescendo of noise over the film, The Interview, bears all the markings of a CIA false flag operation.

The hacking and alleged threats to moviegoers has been blamed entirely on North Korea, without a shred of credible evidence beyond unsubstantiated accusations by the FBI. Pyongyang’s responsibility has not been proven. But it has already been officially endorsed, and publicly embraced as fact.

The idea of “America under attack by North Korea” is a lie.

The actual individuals of the mysterious group responsible for the hacking remain conveniently unidentified. A multitude of possibilities—Sony insiders, hackers-for-hire, generic Internet vandalism—have not been explored in earnest. The more plausible involvement of US spying agencies—the CIA, the NSA, etc. , their overwhelming technological capability and their peerless hacking and surveillance powers—remains studiously ignored.

Who benefits? It is illogical for Pyongyang to have done it. Isolated, impoverished North Korea, which has wanted improved relations with the United States for years (to no avail), gains nothing by cyberattacking the United States with its relatively weak capabilities, and face the certainty of overwhelming cyber and military response. On the other hand, Washington benefits greatly from any action that leads to regime change in North Korea.

But discussion about Pyongyang’s involvement—or lack of—risks missing the larger point.

This project, from the creation of The Interview to the well-orchestrated international incident, has been guided by the CIA, the Pentagon, and the State Department from the start. It is propaganda. It is a weapon of psychological warfare. It is an especially perverted example of military-intelligence manipulation of popular culture for the purpose of war.

There is nothing funny about any of it.

The Interview was made with the direct and open involvement of CIA and Rand Corporation operatives for the express purpose of destabilizing North Korea. Star and co-director Seth Rogen has admitted that he worked “directly with people who work in the government as consultants, who I’m convinced are in the CIA”. Originally conceived to be a plot taking place in an “unnamed country”, Sony Pictures co-chairman Michael Lynton, who also sits on the board of the Rand Corporation, encouraged the film makers to make the movie overtly about murdering Kim Jong-Un. Bruce Bennett, the Rand Corporation’s North Korean specialist, also had an active role, expressing enthusiasm that the film would assist regime change and spark South Korean action against Pyongyang. Other government figures from the State Department, even operatives connected to Hillary Clinton, read the script.

ZeroHedge: Gold Held In NY Fed Vault Drops To Lowest In 21st Century After Biggest Monthly Withdrawal Since 2001

Exactly one month ago we observed that, as expected in the aftermath of the Netherlands' shocking and still not fully-explained gold repatriation from the NY Fed, the amount of foreign earmarked gold on deposit with the Fed had just experienced a 42 ton withdrawal: the single largest outflow of gold held at the NY Fed in over a decade, going back all the way to 2001. This had brought the total amount of YTD gold withdrawals from the NY Fed to a whopping 119 tons: the most since the Lehman collapse.

However, because this total was insufficient to cover just the Dutch repatriation of gold from the NY Fed (which amounted to 122 tons), we knew there would be more activity when the November data hit. Sure enough, earlier today the Fed reported the total amount of earmarked gold (or gold "held in foreign and international accounts and valued at $42.22 per fine troy ounce; not included in the gold stock of the United States") for the month of November: at $8.184 billion, this was a $60 million drop from the previous month (or it would be at the $42.22/ounce "price"; at market prices the value of the withdrawn gold is about $1.7 billion).

In actual tonnage terms, this means that in November some 47.1 tons of gold were withdrawn from the NY Fed, bringing the Fed's total earmarked gold to just 6,029 tonnes: the biggest single monthly outflow going back to the turn of the century. This is also the lowest amount of gold held at the NY Fed vault located at 33 Liberty street (and just across from the even bigger vault located at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza) in the 21st century.



But even more notable is that with the November data, we now know that all of the Dutch repatriated gold is fully accounted for.

Which brings up a far more important question: net of the Netherlands withdrawals, there is some 44 tons of extra gold that has been also quietly redeemed (by another entity). The question is who: is it now the turn of Austria to reveal in a few weeks that it too, secretly, withdrew some 40+ tons of gold from "safe keeping" in the US? Or was it Belgium? Or did the Dutch simply decide to haul back some more. Or did Germany finally get over its "logistical complications" which prevented it from transporting more than just a laughable 5 tons in 2013? And most importantly, did Germany finally grow a pair and decide not to let "diplomatic difficulties" stand between it and its gold?

We should have the official answer shortly, but we know one thing: it sure wasn't Ukraine.

AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes dumped 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, the organization that provides travel insurance for AirAsia passengers, just days before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501.

On December 26, the Malaysian Insider reported that Fernandes, the founder of Tune Group Sdn Bhd which owns AirAsia, had sold a total of 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, with 850,000 shares being dumped on December 22, and the other 94,800 being sold the day after.

According to its official website, Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd is “an insurance product manager” for AirAsia in which “insurance products are sold to (AirAsia) customers as part of their online booking process.”

The share prices of AirAsia and Tune Insurance Holdings both fell on the first day of trading after the disappearance of Flight QZ8501, with the former shedding 12.9 percent at one point. Tune Insurance Holdings lost 0.6%. 

Fernandes decision to dump the shares less than a week before AirAsia Flight QZ8501 disappeared over the Java Sea prompted some to speculate that he may have had prior knowledge of the incident.

“Did Fernandes know his company stock was about to take a hit? The timing is suspicious,” asks Heavy.com, adding, “If so, it indicates knowledge of an impending attack on AirAsia.” 

The International Business Times adds that the move has prompted many to voice the theory that Fernandes, “possibly knew about an impending attack on one of the company’s aircraft.” 

The story bears some similarity to the unusual market activity in airline stocks that preceded the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. An “extraordinary” amount of ‘put options’ – speculation that a stock price will fall – were placed on United and American Airlines in the days leading up to 9/11.

As we reported earlier, one of the other main unanswered questions surrounding the incident is why a Chinese blogger urged people to avoid AirAsia flights less than two weeks before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501. 

Some say the posts, which were made on Chinese social media site Weibo, are a startling indication of prior knowledge whereas others claim the posts were deceptively edited after the crash of Flight QZ8501 to create the impression that its disappearance had been predicted ahead of time.

Identitetstyveri er ikke en selvstændig kriminalitetsform ifølge straffeloven, og derfor føres der ikke specifik statistik for, hvor mange mennesker der bliver udsat for at få deres identitet stjålet og misbrugt.

Efterforskning af identitetstyveri 

Pkt 1.: Efterforskning kræver en anmeldelse. ( En anmeldelse fører dog ikke automatisk til efterforskning, selvom der altid er et digitalt spor at følge. Politiet prioriterer blandt andet ud fra tabets omfang, og om hvorvidt der er tale om en serie forbrydelser - kun 20 pct opklaring ) 

Pkt 2.: Offline hæfter kortindehaveren typisk for en selvrisiko på 1.100 kr. (når vedkommendes betalingskort- oplysninger misbruges. Dankort hæftes ikke ved internetkøb) 

Pkt 3.: I snit hæftes for 3 procent af det økonomiske tab som følge af misbrug af deres identitetsoplysninger. (Til sammenligning hæfter kortindehavere, der har været udsæt for misbrug af deres Dankort, i snit for 6 procent af tabet, hvis det antages, at de alle betaler en selvrisiko på 1.100 kr. ved misbrug i offline verdenen)

I forbindelse med misbrug af identitetsoplysninger på internettet, er det typisk forretninger (når Dankort misbruges) eller kreditkortselskaber (når internationale betalingskort misbruges), der hæfter for tabet.

Hvad er Identitetstyveri?

Identitetstyveri sker ved, at kriminelle tilegner sig koder og personoplysninger, som de fx kan bruge til at tømme din konto. Ikke alene er du et offer, din opsparing og likvide midler kan misbruges, køb på dit kreditkort, stjålen CPR nummer, misbruge identitetskort, optage yderligere lån i dit navn eller chikanere andre gennem falske netprofiler eller ligefrem gå fallit med din egen virksomhed. Der er næsten ingen grænse for, hvad tyvene kan misbruge i dit navn. En NemID kort er ultimativ, det værste der kan sker for dig! (kommer tilbage til senere)

Nu går den vilde jagt, fordi bevisbyrden - den bærer DU! Simpelhen fordi, det er meget svært for den enkelte borger at overbevise virksomheder og myndigheder om, at man er udsat for misbrug af ens personnummer. På borger.dk er der en vejledning, som er blevet forbedret lidt siden sidst, dog.....

- her hopper kæden også af, samtidigt med du skal anmelde til politiet, lukke kreditkort m.m., opfodre borger.dk dig til, at modtage advokatbistand: "Du kan desuden overveje, om det er nødvendigt at søge bistand hos en advokat med henblik på at få vurderet styrken af de beviser, som den anden part mener at have på, at det er dig, der har indgået aftalen".

For mig betyder det - Du skal bevise din uskyld, regninger samt inkasso, for alle de ting Du ikke har rekvireret og købt. Yderligere skal du til at låne hos venner og bekendte for, at betale din advokat, købe mad og leve for - ergo ingen hjælp hos de offentlige myndigheder, indtil det er stadfæstet, havd du har været udsat for. Hidtil har det kun været muligt at få et nyt cpr-nummer, hvis der er fejl i personnummeret, eller hvis man skifter køn. Marts 2014, har Folketinget enstemmigt vedtaget en ændring af cpr-loven, der i særlige tilfælde gør det muligt at få et nyt cpr-nummer. (Identitetstyveri) 

Ifølge DR.dk er der sket en tredobling af forsikringssager hvor identitetstyverier indgår. En rundringning, som DR Nyheder ha lavet til otte af landets største forsikringsselskaber, viser, at der er sket en tredobling i antallet af sager fra 2013 til 2014-

Og hvis identitetstyvene først har fået fat i ens nøglekort, kan det blive rigtig grimt. Folk bryder ind i ens netbank og laver uautoriserede banktransaktioner, det kan være folk, der opretter forskellige abonnementstjenester, det kan være folk, som overtages ens hus og sætter det til salg, indgiver skilsmisse, navneforandring, forklarer fortæller it-sikkerhedsekspert Peter Kruse.

- I alt hvad du kommunikerer med det offentlige, validerer du din identitet med dit NemID kort. Så hvis det er landet i hænderne på kriminelle, så er det deres fantasi og moral, og den er meget lille, der bestemmer, hvad der kan ske med dig som person.

Danmarks Statistik, som sidste år gennemførte en såkaldt offerundersøgelse, svarede 1,8 % ja til, at de havde oplevet misbrug af personoplysninger på internettet eller anden for for krænkelse af privatlivets fred. Det svarer til, at 73.000 danskere blev ofre for identitetstyveri i 2012. I 2009 var tallet 48.000.

En undersøgelse i England har vist, at der i gennemsnit går op imod 467 dage, før ofrene opdager, at de har været udsat for identitetstyveri. Det er først, når regningerne og inkassoskrivelserne begynder at komme med posten, at det bliver opdaget.

Computere under angreb

Undersøgelser fra Danmarks Statistik viser, at en betydelig del af danske computere er udsat for malware. I 2011 svarer en tredje del af de adspurgte privatpersoner, at de har været under angreb fra malware. Det samme gælder for 7 procent af de danske virksomheder og 15 procent af de danske myndigheder. Overordnet set er trojanere den mest anvendte malware i 2012.

DK•CERT modtager anmeldelser vedrørende danske phishing-sider og sider med trojanere. Der er i 2012 1.211 anmeldelser omkring inficerede danske internetsider. I perioden fra 2005 til 2012 stiger antallet af inficerede danske internetsider støt, men samtidig lukker hostingselskaberne og internetudbyderne hurtigere phishing-sider.

Kommunernes nye krav om digitalisering har tunget os alle sammen på en digital løsning, ned over borgerne, men er kommunerne og politiet modstandsdygtige og parate til at slå ned på den stigende kriminelle adfærd? Overhoved ikke. De har hverken den tekniske ekspertise, kapaciteten eller knowhow som de yderst professionelle kriminelle har. Vækstplanen for digitalisering i Danmark (Danmark i Arbejde) lover jo kanon godt for erhvervslivet, men kan digitaliserings-bølgen følge med e-bedrageri og identitetstyveri og rettighederne for borgere i dagens Danmark??

Der etableres et beredskab for borgere, der har været udsat for identitetstyveri, og der igangsættes initiativer til bekæmpelse af identitetstyveri. Samtidig etableres en overvågningsløsning, som kan monitorere NemId-løsningen og sikre relevante tiltag, hvor NemId-løsningen dan styrkes.
I takt med, at kommunikationen mellem borgerne og de offentlige myndigheder frem mod
2015 bliver digital, vil nogle borgere have behov for hjælp til at bruge digital selvbetjening og digital post. Der afsættes derfor midler til at hjælpe borgerne med at bruge de digitale løsninger, til øget tilgængelighed af offentlige digitale løsninger og til fremme af offentlig digitalisering gennem benchmarking og udbredelse af bedste praksis.
Der afsættes 14 mio. kr. årligt i 2013-2015 til de nævnte it-initiativer.

Emergency Update

UNITED States of America   -   It can now be reported that French Intelligence has confirmed that AirAsia flight QZ8501 made an emergency landing in the eastern part of Belitung, the island located in the Java Sea.

The passenger manifest includes individuals tied to numerous Asian financial and banking institutions.

LATE BREAKING REPORT

The French pilot of AirAsia flight QZ8501 took his aircraft to a higher altitude when he received communications that his aircraft was about to be "stonered" by U.S. NSA satellites that had been fixed onto his aircraft from take off.

Note:  The best way to avoid "stonering" of an aircraft, especially the French airbus, is to immediately climb to a higher altitude, which then alters the satellite codes that were programmed to the aircraft's flight path.

P.S.  This all dovetails to the IMF (International Monetary Fund), the Department of U.S. Treasury, as well as the Internal Revenue Service, who have recently launched an investigation of the electronic currency exchange Bitcoin, HSBC of Hong Kong, Barclays Bank of England, Citibank USA, the German Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and the Central Bank of Japan for using Bitcoin (a ponzi scheme) to write naked short positions in the Japanese yen currency with these naked short positions disguised through the Bitcoin electronic exchange.

These disguised, undermargined, cross-collateralized foreign currency derivatives have been used to attack the Russian ruble, bring down the price of oil, and with the help of the Saudi Royal Family, create a massive U.S.-Japanese equity bubble based on no cash or any real volume.

“…There is a LOT going on in the world right now. Events are continuing to happen so fast we can barely keep up with them. Whereas there used to be perhaps 3 highly noteworthy stories to track per week, and they would nicely add up over a month’s time into an obvious direction, that number is now up to 20 to 40 per week. Although each of these stories are vitally important, when seen as a whole they add up to something much, much bigger. We no longer have enough time to cover them all individually — so it is necessary to synergize the effort and look at the Big Picture.

“The reason I seem to be getting, by combining all the data in these very highly intense dreams with the equally intense insider data, is ‘something big is about to happen’. And by ‘something big’, I mean that a secret group of power elites who have seized control of Western institutions, including the financial system, governments, militaries and media, is finally being opposed successfully. This opposition is occurring from a vast international alliance — which I discuss in the show — as well as a huge coalition of benevolent ET humans…

“You have to understand that this is essentially a proxy war that we’re seeing on earth. For example, the Korean war was really US vs USSR, but the USSR was supporting the Koreans and the US was supporting the other side. Afghanistan was another example. The Afghanistan war was essentially a US versus USSR proxy war. What we’re seeing on earth, like between the US and Russia, is ultimately a proxy war between factions of extraterrestrial groups that are providing intel, actual strategy, and even intervention and battle actions. It’s rather complicated to explain, but there’s all kinds of stuff going on behind the scenes right now. If the average person knew about it, it would completely be the ‘taking the red pill’ approach.

“What Can We Do About It? That is the Key Question – That is THE question. A lot of people do talk about this secret space program, and the spiritual aspect. You have to remember that the universe is not built to be staggeringly complex. The answers are simple. The good guys are ultimately working off of a cosmic free will principle. That means that what really matters is how we choose to think and act towards others. That allows the positive guys to do more when we act more positively.

“…The bad guys are constantly trying to use (the awesome creative power of our consciousness) against us, by such things as predictive programming…

“False Flag Events Are Used to Fire Emotional Energy into the Visualizations They Create – So what they’re doing when they put stuff like that out there is predictive programming. They want you to load that hologram in your mind and believe this is what’s going to happen. Then they fire emotional energy into it when they create false flag events. The false flag events create trauma, which make people think about the things they saw – like in those movies. Then when we start putting our creative power into those thoughts and believe them, that allows the negative to accomplish more of these goals.
