Arthritis flaring like it suddenly remembered it exists.
Animals limping out of nowhere like:
“Yeah… something’s definitely off.”
Doctor. Vet. Full check.
Result:
“We can’t find anything.”

Also…
Heart doing weird stuff?
Palpitations?
Off to emergency you go.
They check everything.
Blood pressure doing acrobatics.
Diagnosis:
“You’re… fine?”
Detox symptoms also joining the party:
- Flu-like;
- Heavy;
- Weird;
- Parasites? Possibly packing their bags.
Please don’t go full warrior mode on detox.
Gentle. Soft. We’re not trying to win an award here…
