The blackout slammed communications, metro systems stalled, airports ground to a halt, hospitals switched frantically to backup generators and critical communication networks collapsed temporarily.
But what really happened? Who is to blame? Was this a cyberattack or random malfunction or a deliberate strike in the ongoing covert war between CIA-Cabal Khazarian Mafia - The God Eaters and Trump/Earth Alliance and Galactic Federation of Light [ASHTAR]?
How do you react to emergency situations? Do you fight, flight, fawn, or freeze? How do you feel about your reactions? Have you been able to change these reactions over time?
My personally take on the matter is, that it was a TEST and preparation for the next step, in HUmanity's evolution. Positioned to use blackouts to disrupt deep state operations, sever encrypted communications, and force covert operatives into exposure. White Hats are testing how people would react to a EBS/EAS.

3. Google invests USD 690 million in Danish data center and acquired 73 hectares of land (7.8 million sq ft) in Fredericia and now operated a 42,000m2 data centre. Google has also acquired a 131 hectares site in Aabenraa for potential new data centres.
The million-dollar question is why would Black Hat risk their steady income and steal from peoples FB account and raw metadata from NSA's illegal tapping of peoples internet communication to go down? It's quite simple and it's not really.
