DO NOT mix strong base and acidic products. Natron and Lemon is like mixing Cola-Cola and Mentos (it's a no-go)! pH is an indicator of acidity. The body’s blood pH is strictly regulated within a narrow range between 7.35 and 7.45. This is because even a minor change in acidity may have devastating effects on protein stability and biochemical processes. 

Cancer cells loooooves an acidic body environment. The concept that the body is too acidic, and one needs to make the body more alkaline in order to “starve” cancerous cells is NOT a myth. Moreover, even acidic foods and drinks, are a major factor in the erosion of tooth enamel, leading to increased sensitivity, cavities, and other dental issues.

Some of the products can have a very strong built-in detoxification effect first few time you use it until the body has been balanced. Colloidal Silver just go and drink it.
