The Norwegian MoD confirms negotiations between Norway and the USA regarding a military agreement dating back to the Cold War...

'The agreement between the two NATO allies will let the U.S. build facilities at three Norwegian airfields and one naval base, but will not amount to separate U.S. bases, the government said.'...

Over the past years, the US military has been actively engaged in the High North and in Norway’s northern neighborhood. American military vessels sail further north in the Barents Sea than they have ever done since the Cold War, and US bombers operate in the Arctic, closer to Russia than in a long time...

Nej, Danmark skal ikke åbne for amerikanske soldater, våben og aktiviteter på dansk jord. Det går for langt i afgivelsen af dansk suverænitet. Og løsningerne på den aktuelle krise, findes i de politiske forhandlinger og økonomisk pres, ikke militær oprustning. #dkpol
