They are in the process of trying to resurrect Babylon, but the issue I have is this. a) You don't kill the humans in doing so and b) they need to rebuild Babylon in tribute to Merodach/Marduk/Amun-RA, our former ruler and God of Earth otherwise known as Lucifer, the Fallen Angel. Ok as promised. 75,000 years ago the Igigi / Draco invaded earth, these were the days of Atlantis, Mu, Lemuria, Shangrila. When the Igigi / Fallen Angels / Sons of God(Genesis) / Draco found out the Annunaki were living the high life on earth whilst they were using the humans they created as slaves, whilst the Igigi were being used as slaves on Mars. This led to a mutiny by the Igigi and they decided to invade during Marduk/Amun-Ra/Lucifer's wedding.
This created the first Nephilim RH- hybrids on earth. The Igigi demanded Enlil, God of the Old Testament to allow them to marry human females because Marduk, his nephew had, but the problem was the Igigi / Draco were a reptilian species and dramatically larger than the humans and because of the gene mutation they had suffered on Mars, turning their blood RH-, they had severe compatibility issues as well as the humans dying during birth due to the fact that the Igigi were 2-3x the size of the earthling females. The results of this interbreeding produced the Nephilim. Some of these giants were pure evil and started mating with everything they came into contact with on top of habit of eating humans who strayed to close to their cities. When the Annunaki had learned about Nibiru passing nearby to earth would cause massive havoc and flooding, they purposely let all the Neanderthals and Nephilim die in the flood.
There were other hybrids created during those days that became the Elven, both light and dark elves that were some of the later Igigi/Draco hybrids that existed after the flood. Marduk who produced the IndoIranianAryan tribes married an earthling woman, so he produced many smaller hybrids that came about later. What most are unaware of is the fact that during the days of Atlantis, Earth possessed both a Magnetic North and South Pole, which created a perfect toroidal field at the time which is directly tied to not only our consciousnesses but our genetic codes as well. When the magnetic south collapsed during the destruction of Atlantis, it shortened out life span from 1,000 to 120 years approximately. There are other factors but that is the primary one.

So let's fast forward a few thousand years to when Marduk decides he wants to rule earth because the constellations changed, and Enlil flat out refused saying it was too early to rotate the command change, which then leads Marduk to go off and do his own thing with the humans and Igigi who followed him. This was the days of the Phoenician / Babylonian Empire when Marduk decides to build his own spaceport to come and go from earth as he pleases, which is where the betrayal of Lucifer against 'God' comes into play with his league of Fallen Angels. Enlil freaks out and orders the Tower nuked off the map and Marduk and the Igigi/Humans who followed him along with it. This is the second time Enlil / Yahweh almost wipes the Igigi from the earth. Marduk survives and is imprisoned in a tomb. He is eventually saved and released but banished to the northern regions of earth to wander with his followers. Eventually he is forgiven and finally given command of earth as Amun-RA and Yahweh/Enlil retired.

Ok, as promised the Atlantean War and the current situation, so PAY ATTENTION. These are the factions of the elves. Dökkálfar and Ljósálfar were the two factions of the Light Elves whilst the Svartálfar were the Drow which were Igigi (Draco / Cain hybrids).

This is just a taste of what is to come. For those unaware of this I isolated the entire neuropathy and blood types of the specific races we were derived from so let's start with blood types.
O- are Draco
A- are Draco
B- are Sirian Draco hybrids
O+ are Simian
A+ Pleiadian / Canine
B+ Sirian / Feline
Keep in mind, there are hybrids of all these types and it's more than possible to possess the blood of one and the genetics of another based on hybridization. Finding Pleaidians with Sirian blood and vice versa would be rare. The A- type two is from the Draco and were likely the Royal White Draco many know of, and were the upper caste in their society and were the military generals and chief scientists / technologists. The majority of humanity possesses the type one A+ Pleiadian type because it blends with the Sirian completely without any type of issues unlike the Draco have with the RH- incompatibility. There are three O types. Two were the original Ape / Chimp template used when they first created humanity. The chimp template allowed for compatibility with the Pleiadian blood types whilst the gorilla provided compatibility for the Sirian blood types. The third O- is the original Seraphim / Igigi / Draco type and O-. There is only one B+ type. B- are Sirian / Draco hybrids or Cat Dragons if you prefer. If you are O+ and white you are Pleiadian whilst if black, and O+ you are Sirian. The O+ just means you have more Simian than Cat or Dog neuropathy.
