Just like Qatar, Iran, Iraq, Syria and libya etc. This just happened after the economic Petya cyber attack holding major shipping and oil companies worldwide on ransom. Danish shipping giant AP Moller-Maersk was hit BIG time, losing billions of dollars, multinational advertising firm WPP and Russian steel and oil companies, Evraz and Rosneft etc. We know that several of the countries in latin america is de facto enemies of US Deep State. Like Venezuela and Argentina. Let's assume pieces of evidence suggesting that California drought may be a HAARP-manufactured event. Properly something to do with controlling the outcome of orange production (wine grapes, pomegranates, citrus and avocados), freight companies of California, water truck delivery cost etc. I'm talking about the financial instrument 'weather-derivative' that the bad guys can buy or sale like it was a casino game, making bets on nature's behavior. After years of California drought, Hanjin Shipping filed for bankruptcy and bankrupted marine fuel supplier OW Bunker, has left the world's shipping terminals close to standstill. My gut feeling is telling me something fishy going on. Oil booms and busts and the control of shipping companies? As mention before the Qatar and Russia sanctions has nothing to do with terror, the crazy oligarchs or US Deep State trying to stop the Non-Dollar Trading that is killing the Petrodollar and the foundation of U.S.-Saudi policy in the Middle East. Somebody also trying to break the Qatar–Turkey pipeline etc. and now this: Congress Eliminates Export Oil Ban -- “The crude export restrictions were introduced in the US in 1975 in the middle of the energy crisis.
