(Buck Rogers) The world’s militaries have ownership of the sky, which is increasingly being weaponized to host elaborate surveillance, communication and warfare technologies. The public has only a very narrow understanding of some of the programs of which information has been publicly released. For example, we know a little about the space fence, rods from god, HAARP, the laser development atmospheric lens, experimentation with atmospheric spraying, geoengineering, and a handful of other endeavors, but we really have no idea of the full extent of what is being developed and tested in secret.
