Major Clinton donor put on State Dept. board despite complete lack of experience

A major Clinton Foundation donor was given a seat on a sensitive government advisory board though he had no experience in the field, according to reports.
Rajiv Fernando was selected by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to serve on a key State Department intelligence board in 2011, according to an ABC News report that analyzed emails released by the State Department.
Fernando has donated $9,400 to Clinton’s two White House bids and has contributed to several other Democrats.
The Chicago-based securities trader, who is also a super delegate for the Democrats, has been a prolific donor to the Clinton Foundation, giving at least $1 million to the organization, according to its website
