Press TV: Do you think all these more guns in the hands of gun owners have made the US any safer?
Webre: Well, no. However, we’re dealing with an issue that is at the heart of the US Constitution, that’s the Second Amendment, which reads the right of the people to keep up their arms should not be infringed.
And the principle driver, one of the principle drivers, in our analysis and this comes from a CIA whistleblower Admiral Gunther Russbacher, who died in custody.
He came forth and revealed that most of these mass shootings in fact probably all of them are the result of what they call mind-controlled assassins.
The CIA has a special program and has had it for a number of years to profile and identify potential Manchurian Candidates individuals who they then can grow in using remote neural and MK-Ultra technologies can then put enthesopathies in the false-flag operations such as we saw at Sandi Hook or at the US naval gun factory where my uncle an admiral was once the Come and Down.
So, we’re quite familiar with these CIA operations and so what we have here is a clash, what we call the secret government of the United States, which is actually the domestic section of the CIA, which is illegal and is not supposed to exist. Actually it’s trying to undermine the Second Amendment in a way by creating all of these mass shootings.
Their thought is that by creating a mass shooting; then, they can come back with Australian style confiscation of the people’s guns, which would be contrary to the Second Amendment. The Australians did not revolt against the British crown, the Americans did.
And so, plus we have the profit, the profit motive of the gun lobby and the gun industry. In order to solve this problem, we need to have public inquiry into the wistleblowing that Admiral Gunther Russbacher brought forward, why is the CIA trying to undermine the Second Amendment here, thereby causing school shootings, thereby increasing public fear.
It’s strategy of trying to force a confiscation of national gun is not working on the contrary now the Texas legislature has allowed individuals to carry guns at the campus of the University of Texas, where I used to be an agile professor in University of Texas of Brownsville.
This is an absurd situation in the United States and the covert domestic division of the US which is the invisible government and its policy of ... clandestine terror against its own people must be brought public in a public inquiry.
If not by the new president then by some international body or some public body brought for by the citizens of the United States, in my judgment, both as a war crimes judge and as a journalist.
