Breaking: CBS2 Sources: Delta Flight From London Being Searched At Newark Airport Following Bomb Threat - June 15, 2015

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A Delta flight from London was moved to an isolated area at Newark Liberty International Airport following a bomb threat Monday, sources told CBS2.

Delta flight 69 had 202 people on board, including 191 passengers and 11 crew. They were all deplaned along with their luggage.

Bomb-sniffing dogs were checking them out.

Port Authority Police and officials from U.S. Customs are on the scene, sources said.



On Sunday, Alitalia Flight 604 was temporarily evacuated and searched while on the tarmac at John F. Kennedy International Airport due to a threat. That flight had just returned from Milan.
