Veeeeery strange!!! According to the Western Mainstream Media (MSM), Russia Today and all danish news agencies, 1 is dead, 32 other injured, 10 of them seriously, but The Catalan media, La Vanguardia, reports at least 12 deaths after terror attacks in the heart of Barcelona, unless my spanish is dead wrong. Like so many other 'terror attacks' in recent european cities, Las Ramblas was a popular area for tourists as well as the city's own inhabitants. The attack is set in close proximity to Plaça de Catalunya.. Recently, a vehicle hits pedestrians in Charlottesville, Australia, parade in New Orleans, Times Square NY City, London Bridge, Nice France, Stockholm, Glasgow, Jerusalem ramming attack and more will come. I mean, i'd never seen anything like this 😰 First of all, i have no clue what's going on, i was not there and can only speculate 😥 That being said, not to downplay anything - Barcelona attack looks very real, and all my love goes to the implicated people that was hurt 💜but... Like the Spanish saying: La cosa se complica (the plot thickens). Or Mr. Trump: "I'm sorry for repeating myself". How about spotting a rare white moose in Sweden? Better yet, how about going back a second time with a camera and being lucky enough to find it again and record the white moose so that we all can get a glimpse of one of these unusual creatures?
This is not to take anything away from Pinky, the albino dolphin with the pink hue. Pinky was first seen in the Calcasieu Ship Channel between the city of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and the Gulf of Mexico back in 2007 and, while extremely rare, has managed to survive and come back annually — including last week — and become a local tourist attraction.
The rare white moose (called elk in Sweden) is not an albino but is still stunningly white all over. Hans Nilsson knew there were about 50 of them in the western part of the Varmland providence and had narrowed his search to the Eda region on the Norwegian border. After finally seeing one last week, he went back and got the video.
“This white elk bull is local to the area. I saw it the evening before too, that was the first time. On Friday evening when I shot the video everything fell into place, the location, the light and the calmness. It was an experience to meet such a stately animal up close.”

In the description of the survey results, the FBI notes the following:The FBI Annual Employee Survey (AES) provides an opportunity for employees to anonymously share their perspective on the performance of FBI leaders and the organization.
The AES is comprised of two surveys: the Leadership Survey, measuring employees' perceptions of their supervisors' leadership abilities; and the Climate Survey, measuring employees' attitudes about their work, work environment, and the FBI as a whole. The FBI analyzes the data to help improve current leadership, pick new leaders, and encourage employees to express ideas on how management and the FBI can improve.
Each survey item is rated on a five-point scale. Each rating is averaged by the number of respondents. The following scoring breakdown is congruent with the scoring ranges identified by Human Resources senior level executive in the Senior Leader selection process:
Average scores between 1.0 and 2.99 indicate potential areas of concern which could worsen if not addressed. A focus on development in these areas would be recommended.
Average scores between 3.0 and 3.80 indicate positive feedback in these areas with potential for improvement.
