A federal judge in Massachusetts on Thursday dismissed a defamation lawsuit against Bill Cosby by an actress who claimed he raped her, ruling that the comedian acted within his rights when he proclaimed himself innocent of the crime.

The civil lawsuit is one of a slew of cases brought against the actor, best known for playing the father in the 1980s television hit “The Cosby Show,” by about 50 women who say he sexually assaulted them, often after plying them with drugs and alcohol, in a series of alleged attacks dating back decades.

The vast bulk of the claims are too old to be the subject of a criminal prosecution, though Cosby is also awaiting trial in Pennsylvania on charges he sexually assaulted a former basketball coach at his alma mater, Temple University.

Cosby has denied wrongdoing in all the cases.

U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni wrote on Thursday that accuser Katherine Mae McKee had not demonstrated that Cosby defamed her simply by denying her claims, made in an interview with the New York Daily News.

“An accused person cannot be foreclosed ... from considering the issuance of a simple and unequivocal denial — free from overall defamatory triggers or contextual themes,” Mastroianni wrote.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Gakona, Alaska, will soon undertake its first scientific research campaigns since the facility was taken over by the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Geophysical Institute 18 months ago. Among the investigators is UAF Researcher Chris Fallen, KL3WX, who will be working under a National Science Foundation grant, “RAPID: Spatiotemporal Evolution of Radio-Induced Aurora.” Fallen says the HAARP transmissions will take place within the facility’s transmitter tuning range of 2.7 to 10 MHz and should be audible outside of Alaska and may even produce visible effects within the state.

Fallen's experiments will be carried out February 19-22.

“This time my experiments will largely focus on artificial radio-induced airglow that potentially can be photographed from nearly anywhere in Alaska — weather permitting,” Fallen told ARRL. “I plan to start and stop each experiment block with an audio Luxembourg-style broadcast — transmitting two amplitude-modulated carrier waves at different frequencies separated by about 1 MHz, with the resulting skywave signal being a mix of both frequencies.”

Fallen said that he has prior success reproducing the “Luxembourg effect” using two DTMF tones. “But this time, I have a short simple musical composition recorded by a local musician,” he said. “It was composed specifically to take advantage of the Luxembourg effect.”

According to UAF, Fallen, an assistant research professor in space physics, will create an “artificial aurora” that can be photographed with a sensitive camera within Alaska. The phenomenon has been created in the past above HAARP during certain types of transmissions.

Just which HF frequencies Fallen will use won’t be determined until shortly before he begins his research. “The specific frequency chosen during a particular experiment depends on the experiment’s objectives, FCC regulations, and ionospheric conditions at the time,” Fallen explained. He will use ionosonde data to guide frequency selection.

Your isolation from other Beings has however been intentional, to ensure that you could evolve without outside influence or interference. However, it will be necessary to sort the wheat from the chaff, as only souls that have reached a higher level will be able to ascend. It is a natural process and no one is choosing who is ready to ascend, as it is quite automatic based on your present vibrations. Be assured that every soul has been given the same opportunity to ascend, but many know that they are not ready at this particular time.

Hystericizing Westerners against Muslims: 'Mass sex assaults by refugees' in Frankfurt on New Year's Eve... never happened

Reports of mass sexual assaults on women in Frankfurt on New Year's Eve allegedly committed by dozens of drunken refugees, and which initially appeared in Germany's Bild newspaper, were made up and are "completely baseless," police said.

The story about mass sexual assaults by refugees in the Fressgass Street area in downtown Frankfurt was reported by Bild earlier in February. The article has since been taken down.

One of the victims, Irina A., 27, told Bild: "They [the migrants] grabbed me under the skirt, between my legs, my breasts, everywhere....More and more of these guys came. Their hands were everywhere," the Express said, quoting the original report.

Her words were supported by Jan Mai, a local pub owner, who said that a mob of Arabs was "highly aggressive, there was shouting and hand gestures."

"When I came in, the whole place was full with a group of around 50 Arabs. They did not speak German, drank our guests' drinks and danced towards them. The women asked me for help because they were being attacked. The mood changed completely," he told Bild, as cited by the Express.

It was claimed the migrants came from a refugee center in Hesse state, where Frankfurt is located, the Local said, citing the original report.

Police started an investigation into the alleged incidents and on Tuesday released a report stating that the allegations of mass sexual assaults had been invented.

"There were no massive mob-like attacks by masses of refugees in Fressgass [Street]. The allegations were groundless," police said.

We are Moving out of 3D Separation Consciousness…

This is a subject that feels timely because much ancient darkness is being released right now from the planetary light grids ad from our energy fields. We are passing through a powerful time in our collective awakening. Light and dark forces have pushed our collective evolutionary process to a crucial point. In the next two years it is likely that many Starseeds on the planet will be called to awaken (2017-2018). We are being pushed to awaken and align with our true authentic light. This process of mass awakening will continue until around 2032. Then we enter a new period of seeding the new earth. Now we are clearing out the ancient darkness. Anything that is not love is being pushed to the surface. Fear and separation consciousness are the hallmarks of the outgoing epoch. Love and Unity consciousness are the hallmarks of the new age of light being birthed on the planet.

This has been an Experiment in Separation Consciousness.

Earth has been a ‘dark’ planet for many thousands of years. We just have to look at what has been going on the past few thousand years to know this. We have been locked in a form of spiritual quarantine and it has been quite challenging until fairly recently to birth much light here. This has been an experiment in separation consciousness that has gone just about as far as it can go. Ask any Starseed (a being who is not native to this 3D-4D dimension of the earth) and they will tell you that there is something very wrong with the way things are done here on Planet Earth. There is something very wrong with the way we treat the planet, with the way we enslave human communities to work for short term gains that in no way enhance life on earth in the long term. Ask any Earthseed (a being who has been stuck in the reincarnational cycle of this dimension of earth for a very long time) and they may say they have no idea what you are talking about. To most people on the planet (currently Earthseeds) spiritual awakening is at best, seen as a self-centred indulgence and at worst something to be feared and blocked.

We are a Genetically Altered Race…

Cosmic interference goes back a long way and it is a truism that we are a genetically altered race. Now this statement has many aspects, both ‘positive’ and ‘negative’. We have been positively assisted in our genetic/conscious evolution here by a number of star groups. We have been helped particularly by our Pleiadian brothers and sisters amongst others. Much DNA material was gifted by our Pleiadian brothers and sisters in the distant past. In our more recent history there has been a more ‘negative’ form of interference and our DNA became spliced with lower frequency (Orion) DNA. This has made the human race more aggressive than was originally conceived. It seems that at a higher level this was a collective decision taken to help humanity collectively explore separation from Source energy. So humanity has both angelic and demonic potential. This no doubt explains much of its history since the demise of Golden Atlantis. Speaking on this decision to explore separation consciousness, who am I to question such a decision. Having walked this earthplane for nearly six decades I certainly ready and willing to do all I can to assist in helping as many as possible move on through this rather painful collective experiment!

This is the Time All the Prophecies Speak About….

There are ‘dark’ forces on the planet that are anti-light and anti-evolutionary. Mostly these forces are hidden though as the energies are shifting they are becoming easier to recognise. This is all part of the great game of growth. Around the year 2000 ‘dark’ forces became aware of what was happening in terms of the planetary shift and decided to do something about it. Please remember this is all part of the game of consciousness evolution even though it can feel more than a little tough for those doing the work on the ground. Before the year 2000 it was a little different. I remember the 90’s as being fairly idyllic with very little interference from the ‘dark’ side. We could manifest our car parking spaces will little trouble. Spirituality seemed light, hopeful and joyful. The world seemed less volatile. The New Age of Light seemed just around the corner. This all seemed to change around the millennium when a plan was put in motion to block the ascension process through all means available. This plan involved utilising both practical physical forces as well as lower energetic astral forces to block the ascension/awakening process. Certain Lightworkers/Starseeds were targeted and attacked. This is how the game has been played out. We are in a time where light and dark forces seem to be battling it out. This is also reflected on the inside with the ego and Higher Self seemingly wrestling to determine which path we will take in future. The path of fear and contraction or the path of love. This is the time of prophecy and so everything has to change. So many prophecies around the world have spoken about this time. From the Mayan calendar to the Book of Revelations, they all say roughly the same thing. We will pass through a time of great spiritual darkness to eventually emerge into a new time of light on the planet.

A large research synthesis, published in one of the world’s most influential scientific journals, has detected a decline in the amount of dissolved oxygen in oceans around the world — a long-predicted result of climate change that could have severe consequences for marine organisms if it continues.

The paper, published Wednesday in the journal Nature by oceanographer Sunke Schmidtko and two colleagues from the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research in Kiel, Germany, found a decline of more than 2 percent in ocean oxygen content worldwide between 1960 and 2010. The loss, however, showed up in some ocean basins more than others. The largest overall volume of oxygen was lost in the largest ocean — the Pacific — but as a percentage, the decline was sharpest in the Arctic Ocean, a region facing Earth’s most stark climate change.

The loss of ocean oxygen “has been assumed from models, and there have been lots of regional analysis that have shown local decline, but it has never been shown on the global scale, and never for the deep ocean,” said Schmidtko, who conducted the research with Lothar Stramma and Martin Visbeck, also of GEOMAR.

Ocean oxygen is vital to marine organisms, but also very delicate — unlike in the atmosphere, where gases mix together thoroughly, in the ocean that is far harder to accomplish, Schmidtko explained. Moreover, he added, just 1 percent of all the Earth’s available oxygen mixes into the ocean; the vast majority remains in the air.

Climate change models predict the oceans will lose oxygen because of several factors. Most obvious is simply that warmer water holds less dissolved gases, including oxygen. “It’s the same reason we keep our sparkling drinks pretty cold,” Schmidtko said.

But another factor is the growing stratification of ocean waters. Oxygen enters the ocean at its surface, from the atmosphere and from the photosynthetic activity of marine microorganisms. But as that upper layer warms up, the oxygen-rich waters are less likely to mix down into cooler layers of the ocean because the warm waters are less dense and do not sink as readily.

Med tårer i øjnene og en stemme konstant på nippet til at knække, gik skuespilleren Ashton Kutcher onsdag på talerstolen i senatet i Washington DC under en høring om moderne slaveri.

Videoen med den tydeligt rørte Kutcher er siden blevet delt igen og igen verden over.

I en passioneret åbningstale fortalte Kutcher om vigtigheden af at bruge teknologi til at bekæmpe slaveri. Han mener, at der er behov for nyt teknologi til at fange sexforbrydere på nettet.

Kutcher talte på vegne af Thorn, som han er formand og medstifter af. Virksomheden kæmper for at beskytte børn mod digitale sexkrænkelser.

- Vi laver software for at bekæmpe menneskesmugling og seksuel udnyttelse af børn. Det er vores grundmission, forklarer Kutcher til senatet.

Skuespilleren snakkede i åbningstalen også om sine egne børn.

- Mit andet almindelige arbejde er at være far til to børn. Det tager jeg meget alvorligt. Det er min opgave at forsvare deres ret til et lykkeligt liv og sikre et samfund og en regering, der også forsvarer det.
