The Internal Revenue Service is considered to be a Bureau of the Department of the Tresury; however, like the Federal Reserve, it is not part of the Federal Government. (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I.; Public Law 94-564; Senate Report 94-1148, pg. 5967; Reorganization Plan No. 26; Public Law 102-391), and in fact was incorporated in Delaware in 1933.

It is pointed out that all official Federal Government mail is sent postage-free because of the franking privilege, however, the IRS has to pay their own postage, which indicates that they are not a government entity. [The US Govt is but the enforcement arm for the IRS…Ed]

They are in fact a collection agency for the Federal Reserve, because they do not collect any taxes for the U.S. Treasury. All funds collected are turned over to the Federal Reserve. If you have ever sent a check to the IRS, you will find that it was endorsed over to the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve, in turn, deposits the money with the International Monetary Fund, an agency of the United Nations (Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th edition, pg. 816), where it is filtered down to the International Development Association (see Treasury Delegation Order No. 91), which is part of the “International Bank for Reconstruction and Development”, commonly known as the World Bank. Therefore, it is now clear that the American people are unknowingly contributing to the coming World Government.

The Secretary of the Treasury is the “Governor” of the International Monetary Fund. (Public Law 94-564, supra, pg. 5942; U.S. Government Manual 1990/91, pgs. 480-81; 26 U.S.C.A. 7701(a)(11); Treasury Delegation Order No. 150-10). The United States has not had a Treasury since 1921 (41 Stat. Ch. 214, pg. 654) and for all intents and purposes the U.S. Treasury is the IMF (Presidential Documents, Volume 29, No. 4, pg. 113; 22 U.S.C. 285-288).

Chief Justice John Marshall said: “The power to tax involves the power to destroy.”

Alan Keyes, the former ambassador to the U.N., who ran for President in 2000 said: “We ought to have realized that the income tax is utterly incompatible with liberty. It is actually a form of slavery. A slave is someone the fruit of whose labor is controlled by somebody else. A slave is not somebody with nothing. Rather, he has only what the master lets him have …

Under the income tax, the government takes whatever percentage of the earner’s income it wants. The income tax, therefore, represents our national surrender to the government of control over all the money we earn. There are, in principle, no restrictions to the preemptive claim the government has.”

The income tax is intended to rob the earnings of the low and middle class; or as the saying goes, “the more you make, the more they take.”

However, the tax didn’t touch the huge fortunes of Illuminati members. The tax was an indication that the U.S. was heading for a planned war, because they couldn’t go into a war without money. Since the tax provided less than 5% of total Federal revenues, increases were later made to accommodate World War I, FDR’s New Deal, and World War II. In July, 1943, workers in this country were subject to a payroll withholding tax in the form of a “victory tax” that was touted as a temporary tax to boost the economy because of the War, and would later be discontinued. However, the payroll deduction remained because it forced compliance.

JPMorgan Chase earned $4.9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014, the company announced on Wednesday, down from a year ago, but capping what CEO Jamie Dimon called a record year for the biggest U.S. bank by assets.

Despite this success, Dimon warned that "banks are under assault," from government regulators.

"In the old days," Dimon said, "you dealt with one regulator when you had an issue, maybe two. “Now it’s five or six. It makes it very difficult and very complicated."* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Independent: Cannabis eases chronic pain better than commonly prescribed opioids, study suggests

Cannabis can ease chronic pain more effectively than conventional medicines, according to a new study likely to flame the debate on the medical use of marijuana.

Researchers from the Australian National Drug and Alcohol centre found that patients with chronic pain who used the drug said it eased their symptoms better opioid medications, which are highly addictive and can cause accidental overdoses.

The study analysed 1,500 patients, aged in their late 40s and early 50s, who suffered from conditions including back pain, migraines and arthritis, and were being prescribed with heavy-duty opioid medications, such as morphine and oxycodone.

Professor Louisa Degenhardt, from the National Drug and Alcohol Centre and the University of Melbourne led the study. Her team discovered that nearly 13 per cent of the patients had used the illegal drug in the past year on top of their prescribed medication.

In comparison, only 4.7 per cent of the rest of the population used cannabis, she wrote in the journal 'Drug and Alcohol Dependence'.

"One in three said they found it very effective to relieve their pain, that's a score of ten out of ten,” she told the Sydney Morning Herald. "Now these are all subjective scores, but it means there is definitely a group of people who think that taking it was very beneficial."

Degenhart added that the study raised vital questions over whether cannabis should be more seriously explored as source of pain relief, as well as the negative effects of drugs, such as patient dependence.

Dr Nicholas Lintzeris, the co-author of the study and an associate professor of addiction medicine at the University of Sydney, said a huge number of Australians were seeking help for addiction to pain medications, as doctors are left with little choice but to prescribe strong painkillers. This was caused by a lack of access to treatments such as massage, he said.

The findings come after a father who was arrested for allegedly giving his two-year-old daughter cannabis oil sparked a debate on the drug's use in medicine this month.

This is a good summary of what is going on in the physical sense. In the greater sense of the community and environment around us, there have been decisive and astonishing moves made. No one in the Cabal expected this. Even with their tech that lets them see into potential futures, this one wasn’t there.

Some of the events that are now happening were foreseen, but not for another year. Everything has sped up dramatically. The Cabal does believe, and has been taught, that they must experience a full disclosure and apparent defeat. Only then will their Gods appear to rescue them and fulfill their prophecies.

Yet, what we are now seeing is that the entire solar system has been put on lockdown. Everyone is quarantined. No one can get in, no one can get out, and no communications can get in or out either. This may not be a big deal for a hyper-advanced civilization, but it has been a game changer.
Furthermore, in just the last 3 weeks, virtually ALL offensive weapon capabilities, including the most secret ones, have been taken offline and / or destroyed. This includes secret SDI stuff, nukes, you name it.

The Greeks end debt slavery, a bad king dies, the Russians attack, central banks panic and the Davos elite fiddle while the world burns

The world revolution against cabal rule and Babylonian style debt slavery continues to unfold, leaving Europe and the Middle East in turmoil. The Greeks made the boldest move last week when they kicked out the cabal slave government and elected a government promising to end debt slavery. The Russians were not far behind when they took of the gloves and began a full scale military campaign against the cabal mercenary army in Eastern Ukraine. Also, the cabal slave government in Yemen, located next to Saudi Arabia’s oil fields, was overthrown last week just as Saudi King Abdullah died.

The European banking system is also in severe turmoil with the European central bank being forced to issue over one trillion Euros, ostensibly to boost the economy but, in reality, to prevent total collapse of the European banking system.

These incidents are interrelated parts of a single campaign to liberate the planet from a satanic cabal that is still trying to start World War 3 in order to permanently enslave humanity.

January 26 (King World News) – Norm Crosby is an American comedian who is best known for his use of malapropisms in the routine. A malapropism is defined as “the usually unintentionally humorous misuse or distortion of a word or phrase”. When listening to the pronouncements of the central planners these days, it is reminiscent of listening one of Crosby’s routines, except that the central planners are not making us laugh. The malapropisms of the central planners are not jokes, just sadly conflicting and confusing statements attempting to cover up their predicament, their intentions and the destructive forces they are unleashing across the globe….

It is apparent that 2% seems to have a fascination for the central planners as a target for inflation. Wanting to understand the logic behind their objective, we searched the Web for anything that would enlighten us. After all, the central planners are the best of the best, the brightest of the brightest working from a sophisticated, historically based plan. It would be unthinkable that they would be running the world from the seat of their pants.

What turned up was a “backgrounder” put out by the Bank of Canada, “Why Has Canada’s Inflation Target Been Set At 2%?”, published in December of 2011. We eagerly anticipated our enlightenment. Sadly, it was another piece of central planner comedy.

The Bank of Canada said that their intention was to keep inflation “low, stable and predictable”. They then ask the question “Why does the Bank aim for a moderate amount of inflation rather than no inflation? “. Their answer was “Nominal interest rates cannot fall below zero (the zero lower bound on interest rates)”. They go on to explain “When interest rates are at or close to zero, the ability of the central bank to use its traditional tool, the policy interest rate, to stimulate the economy is limited since actual (nominal) interest rates charged by banks cannot be negative.”

Many of you are finding the adage “know thyself” as a common theme that is shared by all at this time in one form or another. The fine tuning and recalibrating is still taking place and now you look ever more closely within yourselves to look at all the patterns you have played out throughout your lifetime and are now willing to face self in all its many facets. You are willing to take full responsibility for all that has shown up in your lives. You know you are the one who first created the experience in order to bring this pattern to the surface as that which has limited you in your forward movement and which needs to be transmuted and released. Open your hearts wider to this experience and be willing to see the beauty of the gift it has given you. It has brought you freedom from self imposed suffering and has assisted you to move beyond former limitations, sometimes in unexpected and totally surprising ways.

You now look at how you may further allow the unfolding of your greater perceptions, seeing your life and the events in it from the perspective of your divine self. You see the dramas playing out around you and lovingly detach from them. You realize that there are always cycles, ebbs and flows in the patterns that are unfolding. You resolve to work in harmony with these energies rather than resisting the gifts of awareness that they bring. You are being moved on the path towards greatness of spirit and creativity that has always resided within you. Your new beginnings beckon with infinite possibilities and there is a sense of impeding magic in the air, a sense of something wonderful that is soon to come into view. As you move towards the manifestation of your dreams, you are also shining the light that you are as a beacon of hope for others and are uplifting the energies for the collective.

NEIL KEENAN UPDATE | Modern Day Pied Piper / Red Dragon Ambassador Exposed

Neil recalls that as a youth he loved listening to his mother read him fairy tales and found the story of The Pied Piperparticularly fascinating. It was hard to imagine any one person getting so many children to follow him into oblivion. What did he have to keep them entranced? What promise did he use to captivate them? What was he selling?



It seems that in this day and age we still have the Pied Piper running around selling dreams to both children and adults. And they are buying it. Their desperation and lack of desire to do things for themselves makes them easy-sells. They believe and follow a dream of getting something for nothing.

But Neil would have you hear some different pipes, “waking-up pipes,” in order to avoid being led over the cliff.

For years no one other than Neil Keenan had mentioned the name “Dragon Family.” Many doubted Neil’s claims that the Family itself is our salvation. Then, in many cases, when everything fell apart, everyone who had at one time denied even the existence of the Dragon Family made declarations that they had connections themselves, all unbeknownst to the true Dragon Family itself.

When Neil asked them most recently about the Red Dragon Society/Family, he was advised not to be concerned about them because they are renegades from Thailand and have no money to assist anyone.
