Don't get the shot! US now protects Big Pharma from liability in Ebola vaccine deaths

(NaturalNews) The drug companies rushing to develop Ebola vaccines in the wake of this latest manufactured epidemic won't have to worry about getting sued when their jabs kill people. A study recently published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) explains that vaccine manufacturers will have full immunity in the event of injury or death from Ebola vaccines, which is reason enough for the public to avoid them at all costs.

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell recently announced that, in accordance with the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act of 2005, Ebola vaccine manufacturers won't be held liable for claims brought against them, even if there's overwhelming evidence that the vaccines cause serious harm or death.

The PREP Act delineates that vaccine manufacturers are shielded from liability when their products are offered in response to an "urgent" public health need, including biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear agents of terrorism, as well as epidemics and pandemics. In other words, if the media is able to stir the public into a panic over some new disease or terrorist threat, drug companies can respond with drugs or vaccines that will incur for them no liability whatsoever.

Covered under the PREP Act are the following three vaccine candidates for Ebola:

-- GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) Recombinant Replication Deficient Chimpanzee Adenovirus Type 3 Vectored Ebola Zaire Vaccine, known as AhAd3-EBO-Z

-- BPSC1001 vaccine (rVSV-ZEBOV-GP), made by BioProtection Services, a subsidiary of NewLink Genetics

-- Ad26.ZEBOV/MVA-BN-Filo vaccine, manufactured by Janssen, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson/Bavarian Nordic

HHS urges other countries to shield vaccine companies from liability

The declaration reportedly went into effect on December 3, and Sec. Burwell announced that she hopes other countries will follow suit. Holding vaccine companies accountable for causing permanent harm or death is no longer an acceptable American value, and neither should it be for the rest of the "global community," as Burwell puts it.

"[W]e must ensure that legitimate concerns about liability do not hold back the possibility of developing an Ebola vaccine, an essential strategy in our global response to the Ebola epidemic in West Africa," she stated.

What this essentially means is that vaccine companies now have full license to kill, and there's absolutely nothing the general public can do if they become injured or die after taking a protected vaccine. 100 percent of the risk is borne by vaccine recipients, in other words, which is hardly a gamble worth taking when one's children are involved.

As you may recall, vaccine companies already have almost limitless protection from liability for all the other vaccines they produce, thanks to a 2011 Supreme Court ruling that exempts them from being held accountable to the law in a normal court (hence the creation of the phony "vaccine court"). But now they want even more protection during "emergency" situations like Ebola, which serves as a convenient cover for vaccine manufacturers to produce all the deadly vaccines they wish without consequence.

"Drugmakers that provide vaccines here in the US have been granted a no responsibility ticket when it comes to their vaccines," explains Age of Autism. "It protects not only those who create the vaccines, but protects those who administer them also. Simply put, manufacturers and medical providers can make and give all the vaccines they want. They are never held accountable for any of them, including the vaccines that harm or kill people."

There are two operant Crowns in England, one being Queen Elizabeth II.

Although extremely wealthy, the Queen functions largely in a ceremonial capacity and serves to deflect attention away from the other Crown, who issues her marching orders through their control of the English Parliament.

This other Crown is comprised of a committee of 12 banks headed by the Bank of England (House of Rothschild). They rule the world from the 677-acre, independent sovereign state know as The City of London, or simply 'The City.'

The City is not a part of England, just as Washington D.C., is not a part of the USA.

The City is referred to as the wealthiest square mile on earth and is presided over by a Lord Mayor who is appointed annually.

When the Queen wishes to conduct business within the City, she is met by the Lord Mayor at Temple (Templar) Bar where she requests permission to enter this private, sovereign state. She then proceeds into the City walking several paces behind the Mayor.

Her entourage may not be clothed in anything other than service uniforms.

In the nineteenth century, 90% of the world's trade was carried by British ships controlled by the Crown. The other 10% of ships had to pay commissions to the Crown simply for the privilege of using the world's oceans.

The Crown reaped billions in profits while operating under the protection of the British armed forces. This was not British commerce or British wealth, but the Crown's commerce and the Crown's wealth.

As of 1850, author Frederic Morton estimated the Rothschild fortune to be in excess of $10 billion (today, the combined wealth of the banking dynasties is estimated at around $500 trillion).

Today, the bonded indebtedness of the world is held by the Crown.

The aforementioned Temple Bar is the juristic arm of the Crown and holds an exclusive monopoly on global legal fraud through their Bar Association franchises. The Temple Bar is comprised of four Inns of Court.

They are: the Middle Temple, Inner Temple, Lincoln's Inn and Gray's Inn. The entry point to these closed secret societies is only to be found when one is called to their Bar.

The Bar attorneys in the United States owe their allegiance and pledge their oaths to the Crown. All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the International Bar Association located at the Inns of Court of the Crown Temple.

The Inner Temple holds the legal system franchise by license that bleeds Canada and Great Britain white, while the Middle Temple has license to steal from America.

To have the Declaration of Independence recognized internationally, Middle Templar King George III agreed in the Treaty of Paris of 1783 to establish the legal Crown entity of the incorporated United States, referred to internally as the Crown Temple States (Colonies). States spelled with a capital letter 'S,' denotes a legal entity of the Crown.

At least five Templar Bar Attorneys under solemn oath to the Crown, signed the American Declaration of Independence. This means that both parties were agents of the Crown.

There is no lawful effect when a party signs as both the first and second parties. The Declaration was simply an internal memo circulating among private members of the Crown.

Most Americans believe that they own their own land, but they have merely purchased real estate by contract. Upon fulfillment of the contract, control of the land is transferred by Warranty Deed.

The Warranty Deed is only a 'color of title.' Color of Title is a semblance or appearance of title, but not title in fact or in law. The Warranty Deed cannot stand against the Land Patent.

The Crown was granted Land Patents in North America by the King of England. Colonials rebelled at the usurious Crown taxes, and thus the Declaration of Independence was created to pacify the populace.

Another ruse used to hoodwink natural persons is by enfranchisement. Those cards in your wallet bearing your name spelled in all capital letters means that you have been enfranchised and have the status of a corporation.

Life for most of the Lemurian era and a lesser portion of the Atlantian era was exactly like logging into a 3D video game. The higher dimensional Spirits entered into a form that was clearly a ‘game’ on the holographic matrix of fourth dimensional Earth. At first, they entered the plants and animals. Humans were so un-evolved at that time that there was little differentiation between a human and any other form of animal.

Humans were male and female just like the other third dimensional animals. Visitors from other Star Systems who were in need of biped workers had genetically engineered these ‘humanoid animals’ millennia before. However, the early Atlantians, as well as the Lemurians, were androgynous and visited earthly forms to temporarily experience the concept of gender.

Due to the actions of the later day Atlantians, the Spirit’s state of consciousness lowered, and they suffered an increasing sense of separation from the higher dimensional expressions of their Multidimensional SELF.

Eventually, their consciousness lowered so drastically that the oscillation of the sine waves of their consciousness slowed to such a low frequency that they could no longer travel inter-dimensionally. Then they became trapped in the forms that they were once just “visiting.”

Travel via consciousness is based on the oscillation of the sine waves of the traveler’s consciousness. The higher the consciousness and the faster the spin and oscillation, the more easily the Spirit (true non-physical form) can travel inter-dimensionally via consciousness.

Because the frequency of consciousness is influenced by the rate of spin of molecules within the form that Spirit is visiting, it became increasingly difficult for the visiting Spirits to remember their true consciousness while they were inhabiting a denser form.

For many millennia, Spirits visited the third/fourth dimensional reality in which the masculine and feminine polarities were separated into two different genders. These visits became longer and longer as the Spirits became addicted to the experience of lower dimensional form. These longer visits into the increasing sensation of “time” on Earth further lowered the Sprits consciousness.

What exciting prospects lie ahead because you can rightly look forward to some revealing times, and positive indications that the long awaited changes are coming to fruition. We appreciate the reasons for your caution, and feel sure that given time you will have no doubt that you are leaving the old Age cycle behind. It has run its course and there is no way back for those of the dark forces who have supported it. Naturally there will still be obstacles to overcome, but their ability to maintain it has been sorely diminished. You can expect them to try and prevent the news becoming widespread, but it is of such importance that we will not allow it to be stopped or interfered with. There may be minor problems, but you may be assured that a wonderful future is assured.

The time selected for the announcement has obviously been chosen with the holiday period in mind, so that as many people as possible can be reached. Families can gather together and discuss the implications of the coming Cities of Light. It should bring about a great upliftment in people's hopes and faith in the future. Your experiences have been closely followed since the beginning of the cycle some 26,500 years ago. You have been guided to follow a path that would give you the needed experiences to hasten your evolution, and also opportunities to rise up above the lower energies. The end times were always subject to your choice of which direction to go in and we are pleased that sufficient souls of the Light have been successful. They may not have been a majority, but their ability to bring the Light through has been sufficient to overcome the dark energies that would have destroyed them and taken full control.

After having to stand by your beliefs often with little proof you at last have something to back you up, and as time passes it will become even stronger. Some souls will still find it difficult to understand the meaning of what is happening and will carry on in their old ways. That is fine inasmuch that each one of you must follow your own intuition, and decide your own future. In fact you cannot simply elect to move further into the Light than your own vibrations will allow. You must therefore allow others to define their own needs and path to follow. Be assured that all souls will eventually find themselves exactly where they are intended to be. This will allow them to proceed with their evolution in a manner that is appropriate to their level of understanding. In the long term all souls will rise up, since in reality there is no time such as you understand it. The higher levels are not bound by time and souls can move backwards and forward within it.

On Earth the news of the Cities of Light will cause a great stir and give the people great hope for the future of Mankind. Hitherto the future looked grim with chaos seeming to get worse and with little hope of any changes for the better. As you have been experiencing, the end times can be quite volatile as the old energies play themselves out. However, nothing will stop the full manifestation of the New Age that has already commenced. What is to happen will give people great hope for the future, and many advances that you have heard of can soon become part of your reality. Although you have been held back by the dark Ones, the fact remains that progress has still continued where new inventions have been made that will make life a lot easier. "Lack" will eventually become an unnecessary word and there will come a time when poverty will become totally eradicated. Hunger and lack of the material needs that make life more acceptable will no longer apply, as there will be ample supplies of all the necessary things that can bring it to you.

Dear Ones, by now you should have a good idea of where Humanity is heading, and it will make up for the many less acceptable experiences that you have had. All has of course been in the interests of your evolution and have been planned from one life to another, so that you have kept on rising up and raising your vibrations. For those souls that have been unable to do so, there are no recriminations but simply more opportunities given to succeed another time around. As you have often been informed, at all times you have had assistance and never been left alone to fight your battles. It may seem otherwise but please remember that we can advise you and work with you, but the final path you take is your decision and who are we or indeed anyone else to interfere with your choice.

Considerable karma is accumulated on Earth by those who believe in revenge for acts against them. It is in fact a way that brings you more karma, because nothing is ever gained by such acts. Each soul has to face themselves and their acts when the mortal life expires. It is of course difficult to become passive in a violent world, but bear in mind that all of the time you are creating your own future. If you are a soul of Love and Light that has reached the level of one who can express "love" in all circumstances, then you are surely ready for your Ascension. However, do not despair as there are different levels within all dimensions, and as long as you lead your life based on loving your brothers and sisters, you will succeed and rise up.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to be able to give the good news about the Cities of Light. They have been slowly manifesting for quite some time and it will be a wonderful sight when they do. They will attract thousands of visitors but we suspect that initially its appearance will be as you say “dumbed down”.. However, the Cities are quite large and there will clearly be enormous interest in them. The authorities will not be allowed to interfere and adequate precautions will be made to give it full protection. New evidence Bush misled Americans into Iraq war – senator RT News

The chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee has released new information claiming the Bush administration misled the American people in the run-up to the war in Iraq.
Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) said on Thursday that a 2003 CIA cable warns the administration of former President George W. Bush against making reference to claims that Mohammad Atta – the leader of the 9/11 hijackers – had met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in the Czech Republic before the attacks.
