Arcturians is a race that comes from the blue planet that circles the red giant Arcturus in Boote constellation. Arcturus circles about 36 light years from our solar system. Arcturians are the most advanced civilization in the galaxy, transcending into the 4th and 5th dimension. Many people know Arcturians as benevolent beings. But what only some people know is the teaching of Arcturians. Shrouded in mystery and lost in the spiritual translations through communication and channeling of Arcturians to humans, a race of beings appears to exist and communicate fundamental laws that govern the existence of peace, love and joy. This basic law allows the Arcturians to push towards higher plans of existence and allow for continued growth in a limited physical universe. Arcturians are believed to come from a circular celestial body that has not been discovered by earthly astronomers.(SoTW)

... SoTW Sum: The current world chaos is a necessary phase of spiritual ascension designed to jar humanity out of old three-dimensional beliefs, forcing the collapse of outdated institutions so higher forms of Divine expression can emerge. Spiritually evolved souls voluntarily incarnated now not to "fix" the world through three-dimensional means, but to anchored higher Light by recognizing their innate oneness with the Divine (the "I AM") and remaining unswayed by fear-based narratives or the illusion of death ...
Dear Readers,
Increasingly more have become worried and confused about the status of the world at this time but you must remember that this phase of the ascension process is necessary for waking those who are spiritually ready, but unwilling or unable to let go of the old. Those promoting the concepts and beliefs of less evolved times have without realizing it, become catalysts for change. Activities of force, control, violence, and self serving dishonesty are causing more and more people to begin questioning personal and collective belief which in turn is opening them to desire change and higher ways of living.
The chaos of present times is about jarring a sleeping three dimensional world consciousness out of the illusory, long held, generally accepted, and still promoted beliefs of duality, separation, and more than one power that have held it in bondage for eons.
Before incarnating, you were fully advised as to what life on earth at this time would involve personally and globally–earth events and changes, unpleasant personal symptoms of clearing old energy, general chaos on all levels, and the collapse of many well established institutions yet you freely chose to come in order to serve earth’s ascension process. You would not be drawn to these messages if you had not already attained a level of spiritual awareness capable of adding Light to earth’s dense collective simply by your presence even if your earlier years may have been very three dimensional.
Much is about to unfold on earth. As earth’s energy continues to change and evolve so must its manifestations. The energies that have held weather, politics, organized religion, finance, education, health, and many established systems in place as you have come to know them are changing, evolving, and some even disappearing. You are going to see many established institutions change or even completely fall away as collective consciousness evolves.
