Selskabet KINGDOM OF DENMARK styres ikke fra København, men fra en adresse i New York. Forbindelsen mellem magtens centrum i USA og Danmark er mere end blot symbolsk. Manhattan er en ø, og Slotsholmen er en ø – historisk kendt som Insula Maritima (Den Maritime Ø). Det er her, Christiansborg Slot ligger, og det er her, søretten (Maritime Law) i dybeste hemmelighed danner rammen om magten.

Ser man nærmere på de afsløringer, der stammer fra Folkedomstolen via Anders Bak og uafhængige researchere, tegner der sig et dystert billede. Det officielle Danmark er infiltreret af en dyb stat, der opererer i skyggerne under dække af Royal Danish Consulate General i New York 10022.

Inden for dette system betragtes "personer" juridisk som maritime handelsprodukter. Derfor udstyres et nyfødt barn også med et manifest, som vi i daglig tale kalder en fødselsattest. På denne attest registreres biologiske forældre ikke som ejere, men blot som "informanter", der anmelder leveringen.

Dette betyder i praksis, at 'personen' – det juridiske navn – overgår til at være Handelsministeriets (Department of Commerce) ejendom. Mennesker bliver derved betragtet som statsligt inventar. Processen er rent maritim: Så snart barnet fødes (berthed) af det kvindelige "skib" ved fødestuens havnekaj, fortøjes det symbolskt til molen via navlestrengen. Fra det øjeblik, skibet lægger til, overtager landets regering den fulde ejendomsret over den juridiske person, som skibet har leveret – uanset hvilket land i verden, der er tale om... |
