These times are perfect for you to strengthen your connection with us here in the spiritual realms because you have plenty of time to sit quietly and relax into your holy inner sanctuary where Love and Peace are always in residence. Give yourself plenty of time to do this – you have plenty – and allow the peace of this holy inner space to envelop you. Distractions will arise – impatience, hunger, thirst, sleepiness. Therefore be ready for them by setting the intent, as you relax into this space, to maintain your focused attention – on a candle, your breath, the floor just in front of you, a plant, or anything that you feel comfortable and at ease focusing on for more than a few moments – and then be quiet, alert, and ‘listen’ for your intuition, inner guidance, or the spiritual entity to whom you direct your prayers, to commune with you.

I det daglige benytter vi ord som associerer til frygt. Lad os starte med en nรฆrvรฆrende situation som alle kan relatere sig til; Det kan tit vรฆre en svรฆrt opgave at bryde koden for det voksende ”frygt” baseret sprogbrug i medierne, for at fรฅ fat i den reelle faktiske oplysning og forstรฅ informationsvรฆrdien. Brugen af ”mulig” – er et kendt eksempel: 

– Overskrift: Mulig sammenhรฆng mellem Lars Lรธkkes tรธjforbrug og venstres nedtur
... Mulig – er noget som hรธjst sandsynlig ikke sker lige nu . 

”Et muligt udbrud af fugleinfluenza i Danmark.”  - 
…. Betyder der ikke har vรฆret udbrud, men en forventning, igen uprรฆcise "fakta" for at holde lรฆserne / lytterne aktive og skabe en frygt lignende tilstand. 
– Sensationshungrende  nyhedsmedier er mange gange prรฆget af mange ord som ”kunne”, ”mรฅske”, ”potentiale”, ”mistanke om”   – alle ord som bruges for at udtrykke mulighed eller sandsynlighed.  

Det daglige sprogvalg, som er skadeligt for os selv

   
Ser vi pรฅ vores egen iboende nutidige virkelighed, ord som associerer til frygt og det daglige sprogbrug, benyttes af mange og er rigtigt svรฆre at undgรฅ. 

Dog giver det mening, at udskifte ord som associerer til frygt  - med positive ord - sรฅ som ”glรฆde” der tiltrรฆkker glรฆde.  ”Jeg รธnske mig" …. Et given positivt eksempel ville vรฆre: Jeg รธnsker mig flere penge pรฅ min bankkonto. Hermed tiltrรฆkker jeg penge, i stedet for at tรฆnke/sige : "Jeg har aldrig nogen penge, eller jeg hรฅber pรฅ jeg kan klare mig med sรฅ lidt penge".

1.  Hรฅber pรฅ = Afmagt, ingen handling – brug i stedet vendingen - jeg glรฆder mig til.

At hรฅbe pรฅ noget = at man frygter det modsatte. Frygten ligger bag hรฅbet. Det modsatte for hรฅbet, er altsรฅ frygt. Frygten dominere sindet og frygt er = stress. Hรฅb er samtidigt afmagt. ”jeg kan ikke gรธre noget” – andre mรฅ tage ansvaret. Hรฅbet er det sidste, som er tilbage.
Send glรฆde ud for de ting som du ”ikke” รธnsker og de ting som du รธnsker, skal komme.  Et given eksempel ville vรฆre : Jeg glรฆder mig til at betale de regninger som kommer min vej. Med et, har du sluppet frygten og den negative virkning det er at betale noget man ikke รธnsker sig.  
  • Glรฆde tiltrรฆkker glรฆde
  • Frygt tiltrรฆkker frygt
Glรฆde forhindrer fรธlelser, i at blive oprรธrt. Oprรธrte fรธlelser giver stress.
