(Ann Albers:) I started channeling weekly messages from the angels after 9/11/2001, in an attempt to reach as many people as possible with the angels' words of hope and inspiration. I didn't realize at the time that we would become an international community of lightworkers dedicated to expanding our capacity to receive and share God's love in the world.

As your year draws to a close, rather than breathing a collective sigh of relief and saying, "Whew, thank goodness that's over," take time to focus on your lives with gratitude and love. The soul knows that no matter how challenging, or how easy, every precious moment of life upon your planet earth is a gift. As the decade turns dear ones, use this as an opportunity to give thanks for your life, your blessings, and most of all for yourself.
You had great courage to incarnate upon the planet earth in these tumultuous and incredible times! You have courage every morning when you choose to reawaken from the heavens and dive back into your earthly dream. You have courage to be the bearers of Truth – that love is a greater force than hatred, that kindness is noble, and that to seek understanding is a higher form of power than trying "be right."
It was not an easy year for many of you. Your dear Mother Earth went deep within to nurture herself, which left many of you processing emotions you were previous unaware existed within you. Your political and social climates were extremely divisive. There seemed to be a mass exodus as many souls left the planet abruptly and without warning.
Many of you have asked us here in the heavens, "What is the world coming to?" There is only one answer dear ones... Love.
Your world is attempting to grow into love.

The scientists are starting to acknowledge the belief of the shamans, healers and spiritual master, that the mind is a powerful healing tool. Many researchers like Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. have shown that our thoughts, no matter if they are conscious or not, can impact on our bodies and our DNA, and that negative thoughts and beliefs will help in the process of destruction of the body. The good news is that the positive self – talk and unconditional love to ourselves can make miracles.
Every Thought Counts
The biggest mistake we all do, is not paying attention to the thoughts in our head, because the cells are listening our negative self – talk, 24/7. In the Useful Things To Be Saying To Your Cells, Ian Brown points out that – ““Cells are hoarders — of emotions, of thoughts, and of previous experiences — and nothing is given up unless you tell them to let go.”
But every single thought counts, which means all the loving, encouraging you are giving to yourself, and all the positive words and thought are being absorbed by your cells; because words and frequencies can reprogram even the DNA.
Is important to know that we are not a brain, supported by an inconsequential body, but a highly intelligent system. Every part of us has its own consciousness; and understanding this will help us in our self – healing.

Rundt om i København skyder grupper stadig fyrværkeri mod hinanden. Også i Aarhus har der været en episode.

Instead of "going it alone,” movements can amplify their message, leverage collective power, and build strength by seeking solidarity from aligned organizations and groups.
Look at Oakland’s Solidarity Schools. During the 2019 Oakland Teachers Strike, a team of volunteers got involved in a much-needed solidarity action: delivering lunches to school children. In Oakland, California, 75 percent of the district’s 37,000 students relied on school lunch. Not wanting the kids to go hungry; the food bank, parents, teachers, and students worked together to organize and distribute lunches for the duration of the strike. This helped the teachers maintain their refusal to work without dividing the community over hunger issues. Solidarity efforts also included alternative schooling and child care. After several weeks, the teachers won their radical demands that ultimately benefited the entire community.
Solidarity strategies can increase the chance of success for your campaign by widening the impact of your actions. Recently in Nonviolence News, I reported on a story from Finland. Postal workers went on strike for two weeks, but their victory wasn’t won by the massive backlog of undelivered holiday packages. The clincher on their struggle occurred when the airline and transport industry workers held a solidarity (or sympathy) strike, grounding over three hundred planes and causing chaos in the capital. As the strike impacted businesses and people across the country, the head of the postal service came under fire for mishandling the postal workers’ strike. The workers won their demands, thanks to the solidarity of other transport workers.
