Blogger: ... ("stack-em og pack-em" boligmodel) -- Var til åbenhus på Carlsbakken i Hillerød, som var til udlejning, samme dag (står ikke færdigt før 2020).. Stod i kø i 1/2 time, bare for at komme ind på området, venten i etageejendommens opgang, hvor man i dag, laver trappen så smal, at 2 fuldvoksne personer, ikke kan gå forbi hinanden... 

Selve prøveboligen, er så lille i udformingen, at de ligner små rum, taget fra japanske moderne kærlighedshoteller udviklet fra te-rum... 

Og et ovalt højhus boligmodel, som har en meget beskeden lukket baggård i midten, der ikke kan rumme, alle beboere.. Store vinduespartier, som alle kan se alle, hele tiden, uanset hvor du kigger hen... 

Til den ene side, en befærdet vej, til den anden side, stationen, og alle de tog som passere med larm og ballade.. Der er ingen mulighed for at parkere, ingen mulighed for opbevaringsrum, dog en cykelkælder eller skur?... 

Det er dagens nybyggerier og projektlejligheder, 50 km væk fra Københavns bymidte, TROR mig, de blev revet væk... Hillerød er voldsomt eftertragtet område... 

På Carlsbergvejen er der masser af skoler og midt i byen, så de rige mødre, stod allerede i Deres pelse og teenagere og var parate til at leje, hvor minimumsprisen er på 10.000 kr. for et 70kvm lejelejlighed og  op efter... Tror jeg sidder for mindre, i mit nuværende hus på 140kvm... 

Og lokalbolig samt entreprenøren, kommer til at tjene, kassen, fru madsen...
