Arcturians is a race that comes from the blue planet that circles the red giant Arcturus in Boote constellation. Arcturus circles about 36 light years from our solar system. Arcturians are the most advanced civilization in the galaxy, transcending into the 4th and 5th dimension. Many people know Arcturians as benevolent beings. But what only some people know is the teaching of Arcturians. Shrouded in mystery and lost in the spiritual translations through communication and channeling of Arcturians to humans, a race of beings appears to exist and communicate fundamental laws that govern the existence of peace, love and joy. Dear Readers, we welcome you once again to spiritual messages that in reality are not ours but yours, for they are expressions of your own state of consciousness. If they were not, you could not align with them. Whatever you are in energetic alignment with, you can experience.

You have evolved to a state of consciousness spiritually prepared to release the old programing, concepts, and beliefs you were taught and accepted as truth throughout many lifetimes.

This is the reason it often seems difficult or even unnecessary to let go of some ordinary concepts that have worked well in three dimensional living. The three dimensional mind in its limited capacity for anything other than what is already in the collective, keeps telling you that things should stay as they are; "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." However, you reading these messages are no longer in the third dimension.

We have stated many times that you have reached that point at which you no longer need classes, objects, rites, and rituals to gain a deeper understanding of God and spirituality. You have come to that place in your spiritual journey where you now understand that you already have everything you had hoped these things would give you. You now know that there is only One and you are IT. The journey now is about living this truth until it becomes your attained state of consciousness.

Metaphysical tools do not or can not make you any more than you already are. Continuing to depend upon and look to outside means after awakening to the truth that God is already fully present within, will serve only to prolong experiences of separation.

Please understand that we are not saying you cannot have and hold your favorite crystals, go to a class you are drawn to, see an energy worker, or participate in sacred ceremonies. What we are saying is that you must understand that crystals, rites, and rituals awaken and augment Light energy already present but not yet recognized within you. Once recognized, the spiritual student must begin to draw from within rather than from the without.

The crazy world you see around you is not as crazy as it may at first appear, because enormous changes, changes that were decided upon at the moment of your apparent separation from Source, are coming into effect, one after another with great rapidity. These changes are a major aspect of humanity’s awakening process, and are indications of the enormous progress humanity has made, and is continuing to make in its spiritual evolution.

The craziness has always been present, but because of the choice to be unaware of your true nature – at One with Source – you have been mostly unaware of it. There has always been conflict, suffering, dishonesty, betrayal, and corruption in the human arena, but what is happening now is that it is no longer possible for it to remain hidden. Modern technology has of course made it possible for all that is not in alignment with Love to increase in magnitude and greatly expand its field of influence. However, it has also made it possible for many more people everywhere to become aware of what is happening, and has been happening for eons, through modern communications systems. It is now impossible for corrupt or deceitful practices to remain hidden or secret, and they are increasingly being uncovered and brought to the attention of all. This truly is reason to celebrate!

What is seen can be changed. And that is happening all across the world as dictators and their cronies step down or are removed from power, while in so-called democracies the people are rising up and most vociferously demanding change. And change is happening! Do not be upset or depressed by the news of intense suffering, because none of it is new, it is just much more present in your awareness. Instead, if you can assist physically in relieving it by financial donations, or by visiting areas where assistance is desperately required and by offering your services, then do so. If not, do not judge yourselves as inadequate, thus allowing yourselves to be discouraged by your apparent inability to offer any meaningful assistance to those in desperate need.

One of my favorite lifelong spiritual practices is simply a willingness to smile.

A smile is an offering of goodwill as the spark of Divine energy in two people pulls back the curtain of perception to remember the light dwelling in all. A smile is a subconscious ethical agreement, exchanging the ways society interacts with strangers to the openness of engagement, now that eyes have made direct contact. A smile is a celebration of your untainted innocent heart, always ready and willing to burst with joy throughout moments of inspiration, no matter how broken down, beat up, or defeated the past seemed to be.

A smile is a declaration of freedom shining out from your eternally liberated nature, shouting from the roof tops through the cosmic language of silence, “I am here. I matter. I exist for a reason.” A smile is a gift of emotional generosity, like a gift certificate of healing energy, where the receiver can decide where such energy can be best used for the evolution of his/her soul. A smile is a confirmation of alignment with Source and being settled in your highest Truth, only revealing the need for deeper transformations the moment you look away, pull back, and hide.

A smile is a high five exchanged between angels affirming the perfection of their victory no matter how circumstances come to be. A smile is a remembrance of Heaven sent from the purest space within you to awaken the purity of all. A smile is a symbol of awakened heart-centered consciousness affirming all that is whole, right, and perfect about this moment exactly as it is. A smile is a spiritual cease-fire that only brings defeat to the parts and aspects that were never created to go any further. A smile is a moment of profound surrender, no longer needing to hold anything together or manage a journey that is too busy taking care of you to brief you on its plan.

Whether as a gaze of ecstasy exchanged by lovers, the admiration given from parent to child, support sent from one friend to another, or an offering shared by planetary neighbors, may today be an opportunity to remember the power of your smile.

As you take the time to smile more deliberately, openly, and authentically than ever before, may you rejoice in how often you are given opportunities to positively affect the quantum field of reality just by engaging the simplest and sweetest acts of kindness more often. May you come to know the happiness already within you that can be received with greater awareness the more often you open up and dare to shine.

Through the healing energy encoded in these words, I pass along to you the transformative effects of this powerful practice. After meticulous inquiry & investigation with the Teams to find the cause of the sudden & sharp drop in energies & horrific attacks this Monday (US time-zone), that also had a new & disturbing nuanced energy to them …

… it was discovered there was a significant event in recent weeks that lead to Monday’s massive attack & alarming change in energies, (don’t worry, it’s all been shut down in case you haven’t noticed)

This significant event involved a technology transfer from the Chimera/Draco, to the physical surface Cabal … to use on us.

So on this week’s special Saturday 3pm (EDT) broadcast of Ground Crew Command … I’ll be getting into:

.. and I’m going to show you another cool energy clearing technique to easily deal with the day-to-day interactions. In this case – handshakes or "hi-fives" with dark or infected people – that often transfer implants (typically plasma implants these days) inserted into them from plasma entities … then transferred onto to you with a handshake or light touch.

Nothing to be paranoid about. It does not happen often. But occasionally it does, especially if you’re a high-level target.

Last week’s lesson on how to stop Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) has proven successful for at least one 144k Member who informed us that it worked, after feeling her heart starting to ‘slip beats’ in that highly unnerving way that it does when a DEW is pointed at you.
