Lige siden min nyåbnede restaurant, Restaurant Rusland, fik vel danmark- shistoriens dårligste restaurantsanmeldelse af Berlingskes anmelder Søren Frank, der regnes for en institution i branchen, har alle sagt, at den ville føre til restaurantens død. Mange har også ment, at det var unfair, at Søren Frank var en skidt person, der havde ødelagt mange folk på uretfærdig vis gennem årene, og at der burde gøres noget ved det. Nu, hvor Restaurant Rusland rent faktisk lukker efter 8 mdr., kan det være på sin plads at gøre status. Var det Franks anmeldelse, der ødelagde det? Var det fair? Eller er der tale om, at branchen har nogle mere generelle problemer, der gør det næsten umuligt at få tingene til at hænge sammen.
